There was an unexpected shipping delay but QuietYurei messaged me the day after and even included a few extras to make up for it. The package had a lovely note, the doll was wrapped very well and safely, the extras were VERY generous, and the faceup she'd done on the doll was just beautiful. I'm so pleased and would absolutely buy again.

QuietYurei sold a blank Souldoll Hae-Bin head to me. She accepted my offer and shipped almost immediately. The packing was great, a box in a box with lots of tissue paper, a face protector despite being blank. It came in a matter of days in the US. We had good communication throughout. All in all, a great buying experience for me. I would buy again from her in a heartbeat!

Anyway I bought a Dollzone 62cm body from QuietYurei in April of 2023. She was wonderful to deal with. Nobody packs a doll for shipment better lol. Would 100% do business with again. And next time I won't wait a year and a half to leave feedback

 

I bought a tan Hwayu elf from QuietYurei.
After the post service used an old tracking number, my doll took a 3 month holiday to Canada (during the postal strikes).
But QuietYurei was with me every step of the way, conversing with the postal service and keeping me updated and the doll arrived safely to Australia. I was very happy belated Christmas present arrived!

I highly recommend QuietYurei as a seller and would gladly do business with them again.
