There were quite a few problems caused by the company for our order and PoeticSoul was incredibly patient and very understanding of these problems and gave me unrelenting support. I can't thank her enough for being so supportive throughout it all, thank you so much *hugs!* Definitely recommended by me as a wonderful buyer!

 

It was beyond wonderful dealing with PoeticSoul, I commissioned her to replicate my wedding gown and veils for my girl (a very tough commission for anyone to take on) and though she ran into a family emergency which halted the commission for a week or so, she was professional and went promptly back to work as soon as she was able. She did a fantastic job on the dress and veil and it looks exactly as the real gown looks, she paid excellent attention to details and made it look fantastic. Overall she was a very polite person to deal with, kept great communication and didn't rush through to get the job done as quick as she could, but took her time and made sure the details were something she would be proud of. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend working with her, I will keep her in mind if I need anything for my dolls in the future. (Pictures to come soon.)
