Phanuel bought a Catsy from me, paid promtly, and made for an overall pleasant transaction. ^__^

 

phanuel joined my Dollmore GO. She got me her list of wants as asked, paid for her stuff on time and let me know when she had her stuff. Totally enjoyed running this with people like her in it.

 

I just completed a commission for Phaneul and it couldn't have gone more beautifully. Payment was super-speedy. Communications were prompt and friendly. Phaneul was just a joy to deal with throughout.

I bought Souldoll Gana(made in 2013) and received her 23th September 2019.

Beside packaging everything worked perfectly with phanuel. The communication was always prompt and clear. Paying was easy and the doll was mailed quickly after I payed via Paypal. Got a tracking code for the delivery too. I am thankful for getting her even though I wasn’t located in the preferred mailing area.

Only thing I am sad about my order is that the doll was not packaged as well as it could have been, and the doll got some minor damage in the delivery. The doll box itself was very well packed, with lots of bubble wrap around it. The doll inside of the box did not have any wrapping and it had a lot of space to move around. Face mask was not attached to cover the face up. The doll unfortunately got some chipping on some parts, but luckily nothing major.

PERFECT!
I bought a little Dollzone body from phanuel; it was a perfect transaction experience as well as a perfect fit for the intended head.
The body came with its original box and wraparound pillow which protected it well.The Dollzone box was protected inside another larger box filled with packing. It was shipped quickly and arrived in just 3 days. Phanuel was always prompt to communicate and very efficient. It's always nice not to have to wait a long time to get something in the mail.
This transaction also reminded me that I ought to check phanuel's doll gallery more often, where I see many sculpts that are unknown to me and I can learn about them. Their pictures are beautiful.
