I just had the pleasure of completing a layaway for a LoongSoul MinYan (now named Ansel) with Nissa, and everything about the experience was fantastic! Not only was communication smooth and clear throughout the entire layaway, but getting to meet her in person for pickup was a delight. It’s exciting to connect with a fellow Colorado based collector, and Nissa made the entire transaction feel so easy and welcoming. She was kind, punctual, and just a joy to talk to truly a positive in-person hobby exchange. I would absolutely work with her again without hesitation. I had purchased a Telesthesia Jack from Nessa and the transaction was wonderful. Communication was super great and they made sure to let me know when they were shipping, received payment, etc right away. They thoughtfully disassembled the doll to fit into a box and made sure to label one side of the body by putting a blue ribbon through every part of that side which I super appreciated. It made putting him back together super easy. He was also packed incredibly well, every piece bubble wrapped and the rest of the box filled with shredded foam (which looked like an upholstery foam, but I am no expert do don't quote me on that) that made sure no piece was harmed because it didn't leave much space to move and honestly was a genius move as it provided the perfect padding.

Absolutely recommend Nessa as a seller, the experience was wonderful.
