Nancy approached me several months ago about a SOOM Dover after having seen my WTB thread for awhile. She allowed me to purchase him from her on layaway and her communication was excellent and friendly, even going so far as to check up on me when she knew I had a few things going on slowing one of my payments down.

Dover was packed exactly as she said and just like my other SOOM dolls have been, all parts arrived safe and sound. She even went so far as to send me some stringing aids to make getting him together easier.

A little over a year ago, I started a layaway with Nancy for a delf body. And I'll admit, while I wasn't the most consistent layaway buyer, Nancy was so patient and saw the transaction through.
