I purchased a DOI body from mo29368 and everything was perfect! Communication was prompt and answered all of my questions. She shipped it out exactly when she said she would, and the packaging - wow! I don't think I've received a new doll straight from the company that was packaged as well as what I got in the mail ^_^ She sent the body unassembled to save on shipping cost, and everything was wrapped wonderfully and labeled for easy assembly. I could not be happier with the whole transaction
