I bought a SNG Rusi head from ichigo-pan43, and the transaction was perfect from start to finish! She is very kind and sweet in her PM's, very nice person to talk to and she is also willing to help if there is any problem during the shipping. (the shipping got delayed, but not her fault at all. The PO kept my parcel on hold in their office for almost a month for some reason, and Ichigo was willing to help me to get it solved :3 )
The head came perfectly and securely packed, and the head is in perfect shape, just like in her pictures.

I have dolls that are difficult to buy shoes for, and IP43 took the time to measure the inside of the shoes when I asked her to please report the measurements.
