Uuuh, I'm just going to leave feedback for hhisprincess here too since this is the only thread for them in the feed back forum.

Bought two pairs of hands from her, and the transaction went VERY WELL It got sent back the first time, due to me moving, but she shipped it back to my new address with no problem at all! She kept in contact to make sure I got the package alright Would definitely deal with again! A+++

Hisprincess recently sold me a pair of sneakers she advertised as "MSD" sized, but they were actually American Girl sized shoes and HUGE.

To be fair, she offered to let me return them, but it'd cost me more than I paid for the shoes to do that. I feel this could have been avoided if the shoes had been properly advertised in the first place. :-/

She was quick in replies and kept participants updated, and was also willing to have the items delivered to me as I needed them urgently. Although she placed an order for the wrong shirt for me, she offered to contact the seller to see if there was anything that could be done.

I participated in a GO hhisprincess organized. She was very nice throughout the whole process, even allowing me to order from a shop that was not listed in her recommended shops list. Although the wait time was long, it was through no fault of her own. She was communicative, and when the items arrived she paid for shipping out of her own pocket for me as an apology. Her agent also lost a shirt that I ordered, and she has since communicated with the agent and sent out the shirt. I still have one missing item which the agent did not order for me, and as such I will post in this thread when I receive said item. All in all, an excellent seller, and very nice to deal with. I will not hesitate to deal with her again.

 

I bought an SD-13 jacket from hhisprincess. It was packed very well, but was slightly damaged in transit. The damage (a broken chain) was easily fixable, and was probably due to improper care from the postal service, rather than through any fault of hhisprincess.

Aside from the damage, the transaction went smoothly - there was fast, easy communication, fast shipping and the garment was packaged well. Would buy again! ^_^

 

Just to say that I have received the shirt in perfect condition as stated in the above post. No damage to clothing and the shirt is wonderful! Again, I would say that hhisprincess was fantastic to deal with and I would not hesitate to deal with her again~

Was in a group order run by hhisprincess. I felt she ran it very well and kept plenty of updates about what was happening throughout the group order. The items arrived very well packed and she was very patient about questions I had or other requests (such as when I accidentally deleted the tracking number PM and had to ask her for it again). I felt she did a good job corresponding between the agent and us-- especially because when one of the larger items I had purchased was not sent to me, she spoke to the agent for me. The resolution they came to was a reasonable one that I can understand, and it is not her fault that I did not receive my doll's coat anyway. Thank you for hosting!

I was missing a shirt, a boot was in the wrong size
And I had an extra random mismatch set.

But hhisprincess was empathic and
After apologizing she offered to either
Have the items sent back for a full refund,
And the other was a 30% refund.
I understood it was not intentional,
I did not accept the partial refund,
And will just sell/keep the set.

Overall, this Go was not the smoothest but
hhisprincess handle the situation very professionally!
She did not get annoyed or try ignore me
And did her best to correct her mistake!
I don't think I mind joining

I purchased a pair of new and un-used dollzone gloves from Hhisprincess. Communication went very smooth and shipping was fast. The gloves were in good condition when they arrived yet unfortunatily the fabric crumbled and teared when trying them on my doll's hand. Nothing I can hold her responcible for, this was obviously an error of Dollzone. Hhisprincess was very friendly and understanding and we worked something out. I would certainly recommend her
