I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice regarding Glorydoll? >< I'm currently awaiting 2 different orders from Glorydoll- one order was placed on August 18th- and was apparently only shipped from them on September 17th. I have however not been given any tracking number- and they are not replying to my e-mails... My 2nd order has not been shipped from them yet and was only placed a few days ago. Because of the lack of communication from their side, I'm starting to worry if I should cancel my 2nd order? ;___; Anyone got any advice on what to do? Are Glorydoll known for not replying to their e-mails? I would highly appreciate any help!! Thank you~~ UPDATE::: 24 November I received my GloryDoll Lucy today...FINALLY! I was interested in purchasing a doll from this company. However after emailing them with some questions regarding the doll .. makeup choice etc and NEVER getting a reply from them to this day (been 3+ weeks) totally put me off and i decided i wasn't going to try my luck and purchase from them. Glorydoll has very bad customer service which they need to improve on if they want more people purchasing in my opinion. But good luck tho , i do hope both your orders will arrive safely to you.
Lotte... I ordered my Glorydoll Lucy after seeing Tinoose's photos. The wait was forever!!! The only email I received from them was the one verifying my order and payment. Future emails were unanswered. I finally emailed them, threatening to contact paypal. Bingo! That head arrived within days. I believe you 'will' get your orders and you will be happy with them. I'm looking forward to seeing how you paint them. Very intrigued by your faceups and presentation of your dolls.
Thank you for your replies *hugs* I wish I had known this earlier on, as I most likely would have thought twice about ordering from Glorydoll ;___; Hopefully their custom service will improve... I will update with feedback for Glorydoll once I have received my orders. I hope others will do so too~~ thanks
Have you triad the "care service centre" on the bottom left hand side of there site? I ordered glorydoll lucy on the 8th of September. I contacted them through the service centre on there site yesterday to ask when my order might come. They sent me a answer today saying my order will be shipped out within the next week.
I ordered a Doris two days ago and didnยดt get any mail confirming the order or the payment ... but I did get a mail for a successful registration, so it isnยดt my mail adress that is not working. Also the order status hasnยดt changed to "payment received", even if I paid at once two days ago. Eh, this is starting to make me slightly nervous.
They said on the 4th it would be sent within a week and I haven't heard anything about it since. My order status on the site still says "before shipping" so I sent them another message about it today... Its been almost 6 weeks since I ordered so I'm hoping it will come soon.
After posting on their Q&A board and using the Care Service Centre I got an order confirmation and the status changed to payment received - oh, and I got a very polite answer. So for the moment I am happy ^^ nivia, I hope your Lucy will come soon!
OMG... %( Ashemanu I'm waiting a Doris too. My friend ordered it for me three days ago. And I'm distressed after reading this tread. I think I'll see my girl not earlier than two months... if all will be right.
Murmurelle: I wouldnยดt be too distressed! Here are 4 or 5 people complaining (including myself ^^), but they will have far more customers - so they will not always be that bad I still have hope everything will turn out well!
Actually, I've had no issues when dealing with glorydoll. So far I've ordered 2 items from them. A 1st edition goth lucy and a renewal girl body. Both items were shipped out within the expected time frame, although they only give you the tracking number if you ask them on their Q&A board. A little strange, but otherwise, it's fine. If it takes longer than the time stated on the sales page, you can always ask them about your order on the Q&A board. They normally take a day or two to reply, and are quite friendly when answering your questions.
I order goth lucy on 12th Sept, the item was said to be "on shipping" on 25th of October. It has been a week and I still haven't recieved her yet... I am starting to get worried... I suppose they use EMS right.... The last time I ordered from them, the ems didn't take THAT long.
The lucy I ordered still has not come. On the 23rd of October they sent me a message saying they were sorry about the delayed shipment and my order would be sent the next day. I still think its going be worth the wait. I'm already tempted to order a second one now they have the older face-ups back.
nivia~ was your status "on shipping" now? BTW, I think the Q&A board manager checks the board every friday.
Yes, it still says "on shipping" shipping on the site... They will probably send you an email just before they send it.
I've recieved my parcel today~ She is such gorgeous doll~ the customization is simply brilliant it was shipped on 1/11 as written on the ems order form So I guess it usually takes around a week after status change to "on shipping" for glorydoll to really ship it out.
My Lucy came yesterday to! I'm really pleased it was totally worth the wait. I think Ill definitely order from them again (when I can afford it). I hope everyone else gets there orders soon.
I'm really upset with Glorydoll right now. I ordered Lucy with a body and no makeup on September 14 and paid right away. Still no Lucy! They've had her listed as "on shipping" for weeks now. I emailed and also posted on the Q&A board about this and they said she was sent back to them! So I confirmed my address as requested (which they had correct). Then still no Lucy for ages so I contacted them again. They said she had been resent. Well, that was almost two weeks ago and still no Lucy, no responses to my emails or Q&A. I'm quite upset about this whole thing. I hope I get my girl someday. I'm at least a little encouraged that nivia received her Lucy. Honestly, if it's going to take two or even three months to make Lucy, that's fine as long as I know that up front. I hate all this, "yes we shipped" and still no Lucy routine! Feeling disgruntled and anxious and sorry to pester everyone with my grumpy post. Jay

I too am awaiting my doris which I paid for on the 18th of October. have posted on the q & a asking when it might get here as its a xmas gift
Once I got my tracking number, Lucy arrived in just a few days. But I had to do the old "threaten to contact Paypal thing" to get them to provide me with that. I think part of their problem is that they say it will take a month to ship when what they really mean is that it will be two or three months. But they won't tell you that up front. I wish they would just be honest about it. Anyway, Lucy is here and I'm lost in love over her! Jay
Now I am starting to get annoyed too. I ordered Doris on October 15th. They told me she will (probably) ship at the end of November. Well, now is December and no shipping noctice. I asked again on their Q&A board, no answer. They answered two questions yesterday and ignored the rest ... including mine. I am sure I will get my doll eventually, but I really would like a bit more information and concrete shipping estimates.
