Gallye bought a Limhwa ToYou from me. She was very nice and friendly, paid very swiftly and was very helpful and patient when her parcel went missing.

In fact, the parcel got drenched in a local French Post storage place, after a thunderstorm damaged the roof of the place, and since the adresses were no longer readable, the parcel was sent back to the post office that took it in (thanks to the tracking number), but they couldn't inform me of the return of the parcel. I got it back when I went there to ask why the tracking number didn't work. Fortunately, the box containing the doll inside the bigger box was intact, so I checked on the doll, repacked it and sent the parcel all over again. This time we got lucky!

Gallye commissioned a sweater from me in April. It was a for a size I didn't knit for but was very close to another size that I did. After giving me all of the info that I needed she took the time to give me measurements so that I could make the adjustments. Her order was clear and her communication was excellent and speedy. Her payments were never delayed. She even let me know as soon as it arrived and even let me know how well everything fit (thanks to her measurements). I would absolutely love to work with her again in the future and would not hesitate to answer any questions she may have in the future.
