Sent a head to be painted by Furau in their semi-realism style that was artist's choice. I only asked the expression be neutral. Their work is amazing and always responded to my questions. I wish to leave positive feedback for Furau . I saw their Marketplace ad and asked for a commission for two face-ups. I think they did a nice clean job on both bjd heads.
We did hit an error with the commission form. The forms are still being edited over time, to the artist's liking. Because of the improvements to the forms, I understood that something could be overlooked. Since one of my written requests was missed and the artist was almost done, the artist decided it was best to refund my payment for both face-ups and offered to remove the both face-ups.
I also want to note that the face-up was done over the summer and I was nervous because this was the first one I ever commissioned. I did not tell the artist about this because I did not want to stress out the artist. The artist was kind and did a good job. I hope this artist will continue their good work. And, I hope to commission another face-up, in the future. Thank you.
