I had an *excellent* transaction with killbill; I bought a qipao for Hound, and killbill was very responsive through PMs, very easy to communicate with, and very accommodating about waiting to ship until I returned from a long seminar. The qipao is beautifully sewn and detailed, and killbill used high-quality fabric and notions. The qipao is also a perfect fit.

I bought SD-sized clothing from killbill's sale thread on the forum.
She gave me a wrong Paypal address first by accident, but noticed it very fast, and was really polite to offer to send me the items for free (Luckily the other address didn't exist, and after Paypal refunded my earlier payment, I succeeded to send the money to the right address, so it all worked out greatly ;3 ).
After the payment, the items were shipped very swiftly, and with a tracking number.
The quality of the clothes were absolutely superior, and they were made extremely professionally.
