Bought a SD16 Megu head from Fransyung. Great seller!! Had great communications. She shipped quickly, worked with me on the payment, and packed her very carefully! Highly recommend!!

 

I've bought a Volks Piccolo from Fransyung, and it was a very pleasant purchase. Fransyung is lovely person, all was just perfect: communication, purchase itself, shipping, packaging. The doll has been in excellent condition. I can just highly recommend Fransyung for everyone!

 

I joined a split with Fransyung for a Soom Puss 'n' Boots human head with faceup. Communication was excellent and things went very smoothly. Despite customs and the mail holding the head in limbo for about a month (totally not the fault of anyone), the head arrived safely and very securely packed. I would gladly do business with Fransyung again.

 

I commissioned Fransyung to do 4 faceups for me and i was incredibly impressed by the work she did. Really beautiful faceups for all four, including a really gorgeous steampunk style tattoo. I am so happy with the work, they are better than faceups i've paid a lot for and, considering there were four to do, she was also quite quick.

 

I messaged fransyung asking if she would sell me a SD17 hand, having broken one of my boys'. Luckily she very kindly agreed to, and was very helpful throughout the entire process! Thank you so much, dear~♥

Their price and proxy fee breakdown were communicated clearly to me, and I was even notified of the date of the appointment for picking out the doll and parts. Shipping was very fast; I received the package in just a couple of days in an official Volks shipper. The doll and extras in the box were also wrapped with extra materials to ensure their safety on the long journey and I can say with confidence that the quality of packaging is among the best I have ever experienced.

Fransyung acted as a shopping service for Home Town Dolpa Kyoto for me. They got a book for me and were able to get it signed by some important figures at Volks, which I am grateful for. All communication was smooth and they were able to get my item even though there was a long waiting time. When the package arrived it seemed as if it hadn´t been treated with a lot of care - yet the book survived the trip in perfect condition thanks to secure packaging by Fransyung.
