* How was the communication?

Bad. She replied in the beginning -because I needed to ship the head to China and there was no China in the list of countries-, then after the payment she just disappeared. I asked her some questions, added if she had received the payments, but she replied with a number after two weeks of silence and never at what I was asking her. Then, the number was even inexistent.

* How easy was it to pay?

Easy with paypal.

* How long did it take to ship?

12 days.

* Were there any missing or broken items in your order?

No.

* If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?

* Would you order from this company again?

Yes, because I like her works, even if she need to improve the communication with her costumers. It was really nerve wrecking not knowing what was going on.
