Feedback for Dybbuk

I bought a Volks SD17 Hajime Saitô from Dybbuk, and this must be one of the best transaction I've ever made in my many years in the hobby ! Dybbuk was super helpful. She was very communicative, packed the doll very carefully (I asked for him to be shipped unstrung) and even separated and labelled each part of the body so I could put him back easily. She also was very responsive when the tracking stopped being updated for a few days (but it was nothing to worry about, the doll arrived safely ). I'm so happy with my doll and the way this transaction went !

Another great transaction with Dybbuk. My second time dealing with this seller and once again had great communication, super nice to deal with and over all, beautiful workmanship. I bought her Luts Grand Senior Delf Hespe (Lavender) with a face up done by Dybbuk on layaway for several months. Once the layaway was done, not only did she packaged him well, but she also took the time to label the pieces. Which I truly appreciated since this is my first big Luts bjd and he's strung up differently that my usual BJDs. She shipped him quickly and I'm very happy to be his new owner. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend her as a seller as well as an artist and I would not hesitate to deal with her again.
