i would say may be you can try dod new pink resin, but it is hard...... i got a kiss too, he is super yellow now.

some one even told me he is make in china all the time. i am sad too.

any way kiss still look nice in yellow, the more yellow he get the more ghot he is, looks like an antique doll.

 

Please more feedback for Dolkot! Has anyone ordered recently???? I really love one of their sculpts, but I am too scared to order

Same here. I like several of their sculpts but now i'm not sure... this kinda puts me off cos they aren't cheap at all.

 

I have 1 WS Hara, 1 WS Kiss and 1 AS Bera from Dolkot and a 'limited' WS Loon body.

None of my dolls have yellowed AT ALL. The oldest is the Loon body, which is about 14 months old now. However, none of my dolkot dolls are normal skin. The Albino skin is CHALK white, but is only 3 months old, so may yet yellow. I've found the girl body much better made than the boy bodies for thickness of resin; my girl is MUCH more solid and poses infinitely better. The worst parts I've found are the thin resin around the wrists and feet, which gets brittle over time, but if you are aware of it, it's not too hard to work around when restringing and the like. I DO NOT have a problem with the quality of my dolkot dolls; they are comparable to my other company dolls of the same value. They just cant be tossed around the room.

Service is...interesting. They have always been very helpful, and fast to reply. However they have changed english reps since the english shop first opened, mostly because the original rep took complaints seriously and offered refunds, or store credit or what have you. Ive not seen any 'compensation' offers since she left.

I've ordered a custom face up once, and was sent the default, and not even the default that closest matched my custom request; it was completely useless and had to be redone. Since then I have only used the make up request system, using the face ups they have available. They have not made a mistake using this system that I am aware of. I would never recommend a custom face up from dolkot as I dont believe they even understand what it is. The other system works just fine.

My advice with dolkot is keep the order as simple as you can. You want BLAH doll in BLAH colour, with make up number BLAH. Don't hassle them about anything and make sure you have your address and other details right. If you keep it simple its impossible for them to screw it up...supposedly.

They have switched from using dolkot carrier bags and dolls now appear to come with the cheaper manfrotto bags. I prefer this because the manfrotto bags are smaller, so the doll doesnt move around as much inside, but this might be an issue for some people. You can see what a manfrotto bag is on the dollsoom.com site if you want pictures.

Thin resin has always been an aspect of dolkot. The bodies HAVE improved, immensely. The girl knees ARE square, just like souldoll double jointed knees. If you don't like it, don't order one. Personally, I love the posability so it doesn't bother me. If you're worried about the normal skin, order white; its very white but with a pink undertone and still gorgeous. If you prefer white skin, order albino...its stunning :P

Dolkot are NOT perfect, but very few companies are at the moment.

Edit: my most recent order from them arrived in January, just before they moved to China. It was an albino skin bera and its in flawless condition and exactly as requested bar one detail; I paid for a manicure AND a pedicure. The manicure is gorgeous, but they forgot the pedicure. Again...I made the order too complicated. Keep it SIMPLE. Also, I requested the small bust body, as I was changing it to a boy bod and its less sanding, but recieved the mature bust body with HUGE boobs. Gorgeous boobs but still not what I asked for. Again...a little too complicated for dolkot, but I'm not unhappy with what I got at all.

 

I was curious if anyone had ordered/received any of Dolkot's Junior size dolls (more MSD size, I think) and if so what was the experience with them then? I am looking to *hopefully* get a Junior (Day, or Sun or something that is supposed to be their MSD sized Kiss) and was just wondering possibly what to expect with it.

UPDATE: I had noticed recently that on the Dolkot webpage they have updated their Junior section to include the dolls they once had sold out, like Day. I was wondering if anyone has had any recent dealings with Dolkot, in 2009, especially with getting a Junior doll...as I'd still like to get one even now...but am afraid of their past. Does anyone know about them in 2009 they can tell me?

I was really sad to see your experience with dolkot, Idemo. Usually its white skin people have issues with, but dolkot really does seem to have problems with the normal skin, and they dont appear to take responsibility for anything heh.

But I have had nothing but good experiences with them, one either side of your order, so it does seem to have been a one of thing o.o a weird one off thing. *hugs* Im really happy you still love your boy.

 

My Dolkot Day arrived today... I'm a little shocked hm, I've never had to contact a company about problems after I buy from them before so this is my first time ;;
He is very yellow, even more yellow than my year old dolls o__o; Also there is a chip and small crack in his wrist, and I think it's weakening it...it looks like the crack will split if I touch it...

The S-hook is rusty as well and the rust is spreading to the elastic...

My boy is pretty disabled as well T__T; He can't stand very well and bucks all the time, but I'm really impressed with how well he can sit and pose his arms.

I'm pretty sure he isn't new and has been sitting around a while at their warehouse...

And he has no ears...I hear the Dolkot MSDs come with removable ears...but...aren't they meant to pack that with him? Or was I supposed to order them seperately...?

I'm a bit confused and don't know what to think of this xD;;;

Overall I'm a little scared of ordering from them again ;;

Pretty easy. It kept rejecting the credit card I was using so I was like "WTF is up with this" until I realized it was the card, not dolkot.

About a month due to their move. Short compared to other wait times I've heard of, so I'm cool with it.

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?

YES!!! Yuna's gorgeous. @_@ She poses fairly well (nothing compares to dollmore bodies, so I'm biased) and she photographs amazingly. When I looked at her first, she had such profound emotion in her face. Loooove her.

Did the item look like the sales pictures?

Relatively so, but I think she looks better. ^^

Sorry ~~MY doll had just arrived today~~ but I feel really sorry to tell you that: THEY DID　ＮＯＴ IMPROVE THEIR QUALITY OF DOLLS. I am really sad to see my child with such a body !!

Hm... seems that only dolkot boys have problems of yellowing and such. Could you guys tell us what model you got?

Damn, i really wanted a dolkot... the sculpts are so pretty. But their prices are on top with the most expensive manufacturers and the quality doesn't seem make up for it.

 

Hello, I emailed Dolkot and they were very helpful...I'm relieved they answer emails so quickly with good english.
They offered to send me his missing ears they forgot to pack, and the broken arm piece replacement.

The model I order was Dolkot Day.

The MSD body is horrible and the torso joint is always popping out, his head also keeps tilting to the sides, but I'm assuming his elastic needs loosening so I'll work on that when his replacement piece arrives. His knee joints also lock strangely and don't bend unless his leg is -twisted- into position...it's kinda weird and so he doesn't go from standing to sitting pose very easily at all, maybe it's something I need to get used to handling.

He didn't smell or look new when I first got him, theres also a grazed patch on the side of his temple, but his wig covers it.

Overall, very yellow resin =_=;, I don't know why it is like this, I have a feeling it is yellow from age. It definetly isn't newly cast...
Go with Dolkot if you're willing to take a gamble, and at least their customer service is good when you do have trouble x__X Good luck.

I am so happy to recieve my dreaming Doll KISS yesterday(April 12), and I

like to order Ryu or Hara next time. The doll was ordered on March 22, and I

recieved the doll within 3 weeks with good packing. However, when I look

into it closely, I felt very disappointed and upset. His body is very yellow and

ugly. I don't think I am the most unfortunatly one who ordered KISS from

DK(some of other KISS were sufferring more).

My question: IS THERE ANYONE WHO SUPERVISES THE QUALITY

OF YOUR DOLLS AFTER YOU MOVED TO CHINA???

Below are some drawbacks of the doll:


1.The right leg can not be joint well as the left one.




2.The head has the big crack and the shape is ROUGH. There is some holes

at the back of his head. Everytime I change his wig, I confused whether it

worthes 550USD?????!!!! I only see these in a second-hand head.



3.
The side of the chest is THIN and ROUGH, I really wonder how they can

make it like this???!!!!The blemish on the left ankle IS THE ONE THAT I

CAN NOT PUT UP WITH!!!!! IT WAS SPLITTING TERRIBLY!!!!

Seeing this, they are really hurt me deeply! And I have the feeling that I was

cheated!!





4. The body what is really make me upset, beside what I have mentioned , is

the skin. Here is a comparison between my KISS and SD13, both of them are

normal skin, why he seems so yellow??



I don't think KISS is yellower than SD13, here is another picture for

comparison.



Though it was the old body, should new body be yellower than the old one????

5. The body also so dirty and I am shame of exposing its body to my

friends. It's oily and spotted. AND BOTH OF THEM CAN NOT BE

SCRUBBED. And the body is full of scars!! How can you give such a body

to my doll????





Above are my disappointed points on the doll I have just recieved.
I hope they can give me a reasonable solution. I don't want to have such a

bad impression on my first doll and I hope you can understand how angry

and depressed I am. I know DK have an office in China and just move there

last month. My doll was sent from Guangdong Prov, China. But they should not take these as an excuse that their dolls are producted poorly and the quality is worse than before. Even though in China, other companies' body are better than the one I have got.


Now I am waiting for their answer. Don't tell me that I was thick. Just because I love Kiss so much and he is my first doll. I am very cherish my love to him!!If someone says that I am the most unlucky one. I would say No, I am not. I am the luckier one within those whose Kiss are even suffer more recently!!

 

Yes I have all those problems on my doll too, shirohannya! My doll has cracks in his wrist as well the same way and the resin quality is definetly old...

My friends have convinced me to email Dolkot for a new cast and return the doll to them so I am waiting for a reply now ;;

 

Me too, if they don't give me any response or reasonable solutions, I won't trust them again and tell every of my friend not to buy their dolls. However, one of my friend's doll is in good condition when she got it last year. It was because of her sweet boy that I decide to choose Kiss as my first doll!!!

 

T________________T I keep reading this about DK especially on their SD, even more on Kiss!!! It makes me wonder about their China branch if they actually ship out "old" dolls when customers place order on them...

I was hoping to get Day by mid-year but with what Naoki said about the Day boy body, I'm having my doubts now... T^T ketteh303, you're really lucky on your Yuna... I wonder if it's the plaque on the Dolkot boys... >_> Has anyone bought the DK Juniors? I would love to hear more feedbacks from them...

 

I ordered a Dolkot Dai last year (September? October?) and mostly everything was great. He arrived with a broken finger, but I just superglued that back on (It really wasn't a big deal to me, although I can see how some people might freak out). They were really helpful with their communication (I couldn't figure out how to pay and ended up accidentally making 4 orders ;_; ). The doll shipped super quickly. I like the back he came with, and the little pictures they included were really nice, too=3 I have a set of Volks pureskin feet and hands to compare with and the resin was a touch lighter/pinker than the pureskin resin, but close enough to be considered a "match" IMO.

EDIT: Oh yeah, and the resin on mine was fine. No marks, no chips/scratches, no thin spots.

 

wow! i'm so sorry about everyones troubles! i really don't know what to do now.

i had my mind set on able, but i'm not sure now. however, i wanted the white skin version. i wonder if that makes a difference? there really shouldn't be so many flaws on such expensive dolls, unless of course they made a note of possible imperfections on their website...

 

I'm worried after looking through this thread - I've been saving up for a WS Bera for quite some time now, and planned to get a WS Lucifer later this year (I originally wanted him in AS but it's no longer available.) I'm wondering if I should even bother. :-/

 

I took some resin comparisons with my other dolls...I'm so dissapointed at the colour =_=;


DOTs are known for pink resin, but Calliel is over a year old now and he doesn't compare to the yellow of this. Shion (long white hair) is an old DIM doll and nearly a year old, they're not known for being very pink like their newer dolls. They have creamy skin with a tint of pink...but my dolkot is still alot yellower than him.


Resin comparison with my DIM doll...and this was with flash! In real life it's alot more noticeable...T__T;;

hey everyone. i actually just wrote to dolkot on their question and answer board, and sent them the link to this page. i told them that although they have beautiful dolls, a lot of the feedback was bad. i asked them if i could be guaranteed a nice, undamaged, unyellowed doll if i bought one. they haven't written me back yet, but i don't think it's an unreasonable request for the amount of money we're paying. i personally don't expect perfection, but the photos i've seen here are a little too much.

 

Good idea - I hope they get back to you on this issue. This is way too much money to be spending on dolls that have such severe imperfections such as the ones shown here.

I wrote a feedback on their board,and they emailed me to tell I can send my doll back and wait for a new. But actually I don't know whether to send it back or not. If the new one is still yellow, shall I ask them for changing me a white resin? I don't know whether they permit this.

After a few weeks. I think I could accept the color of resin, but I accept everything but the quality of the body.

It seems that only KISSes are complained about their quality recently. I don't know what to do with my poor boy!!

Shall I send it back and wait for a new one? or change a white resin? （AHHH~~REALLY CONFUSE ME~~)

 

I think wait for their reply on email first otherwise you might lose your doll and your money on top of this...

They haven't reply my emails in a while now, I'm assuming either they're ignoring me about the replacement or they're swamped with other email... either way I don't even know if they're really going to send the part to replace his wrist and his missing ears to me at all x__X;

 

I think you'd better write on the Q&A board. It will help you a lot. They replied me for the address today on the board but the email I sent to them 2 days ago. Board is efficient than the email~~according to my experience recently......

I ordered I white skin Bera (actually I wanted albino but it´s not available anymore, so I settled with white) that I just received today. The body looks fine but there´s a little problem here: She ´s not white skin. In fact, she´s actually darker and yellower than my natural skin Volks dolls. I´ve written to Dolkot about the problem but after reading the first message in this thread I´m afraid they´ll just going to pretend that is their "new" white skin resin color.

I´m so disappointed... The character this doll was supposed to portray needs to have very fair skin, almost white, and now it turns out that she´s darker skinned than most of my "natural skin" kids (Volks, Iplehouse, Angel Region). I hope they offer me a solution, I´m willing to send this doll back if I can finally get my white skinned girl. I was really happy when she shipped so early, and now... T___T

 

Are you serious?! Is Dolkot turning into Luts now? Have they responded to your e-mail or Q&A board question yet (assuming you've already done these)?

I'm this close to scratching off Bera and Lucifer off my doll list entirely.

It seems that now "white" color is darker than Volks "natural skin"... If that´s "white", I don´t want to know how "natural" is supposed to be. At least they´ve offered a refund which I´m so going to take. I loved Bera and it´s a beautiful mold but I hate being cheated like that.

And what frustrates me more than anything is the fact in the Korean page, albino skin is still offered as an option. I don´t understand why they can´t produce a white skin doll for international customers, then. International customers dolls are being made in China while Korean ones are still being made in Korea? As they state pretty clearly in the mail, there´s no "lighter" option than what I got when the doll comes from China.

It´s hard to believe. Maybe I´m being paranoid but I´m starting to think they´re just selling older dolls from China and simply run out of white skinned Beras so I got stuck with a natural skin one instead. And they´re not making anymore white skin so the only option they offered me is a refund (which I´m grateful for, but I really wanted my fair skin Bera). That´s the only logical explanation that comes to my mind right now...

I added a picture. I dressed the doll and put a wig on her just to see the effect... And she doesn´t look any whiter. In fact, it looks like the head and the body are from different batches, the body is so yellow... The picture is taken with flash, colors are actually darker under natural light. How can anyone look at that doll and think she is WS? That's ridiculous. And I'm also steamed about the fact that you can apparently still get AS on the Korean page, which is what I originally wanted in the first place.

This is very disappointing as I really do love the Bera mold - in fact, she's the only female mold that caught my eye and made me want a girl doll in the first place. I had a fully fleshed-out character for her as well as the Lucifer mold. I'll be looking elsewhere now.

I hope everyone here gets their refunds/replacements in a timely manner. Dolkot needs to get its act together.

So...has anyone purchased a doll from the Dolkot English site since their move to China that has actually been satisfactory?
I was finally planning on picking up a white skin Dolkot boy...but if he's going to come in the color of the doll posted by arashidono...that's not what I want at all! D=

@orphansparrow: Well, of course they're going to say that, they want you to buy their doll. -_- It seems like they're really trying to have quality, but the factory they are getting their dolls cast at now is falling short of expectation--a fact they are aware of, and not too happy about...yet at the same time they don't seem to be saying anything definite about what they are doing to try to make the factory improve their quality. We're totally in the same boat, now! I want an Abel as well, in white...but I was expecting him to be quite pale like the older Dolkot dolls I've seen. I don't feel that I can buy him until I'm sure that Dolkot has solved their resin issues. I'm rather upset about it, too...I wanted to buy an Abel as soon as he was released but I've been putting off buying him for various reasons...and now that I have the money on hand and was actually planning on placing the order, I see all this. T____T

what do i do??!

he was to be my first boy, but, same as you, i don't want to buy him looking like a normal skin-tone boy...

i'm still wondering if i should risk it or not. the evidence for that is not very good though.

I was planning to get a Dolkot junior body for one of my floating heads because apparently the resin would match, but after hearing all of this, I don't think it's safe to make such assumptions. -.- Thanks for the info, guys.

 

The evidence does seem to be against the risk right now...and so, as much as it upsets me, I'm not going to be ordering an Abel until their quality most definitely improves, and I see photgraphic evidence of it.
I've been planning the character for this boy for almost two years, now--first he was going to be a Kiss, then when Abel came out he was so perfect I couldn't believe it. I kept putting off buying him in order to get a lot of limiteds, though, and now that there aren't any limiteds I want for the first time in ages I still can't buy him due to this!
So I guess that means I'm going to keep watching this thread in the hopes that someone can post something positive soon....

 

I'll be doing likewise. I've been looking at other doll molds, but nothing that's currently out suits the characters I have in mind. From the looks of the Q&A board, it seems some people are still waiting on their orders to be shipped. Hopefully we'll hear better things from them. >_>;;

 

What a pity! I love Kiss. I had heard before that Dolkot's resin is weak and/or prone to yellowing (there was the infamous incident of the tan Kiss that turned green after only one day outside). I was waiting for Dolkot's quality to get better, not worse!

I think I'll have to wait longer, but hopefully someday we'll hear reassuring things about Dolkot's quality again. Their sculpts are very beautiful and (as far as I can tell) fairly popular, their prices are mid-range, so I don't understand why they are cutting corners.

 

Oh man, reading this thread is making me feel bad. I have a DK Hara that I purchased last year through Dollmore, just before Dollmore stopped carrying Dolkot products. I have had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS with my doll.

I was delayed shipping ten weeks by Dolkot who kept jerking Dollmore around, and when I received him he was strung so tightly that the S hook snapped free of the elastic and lodged in his neck when I tried to pose him on the first day I got him.

The resin was a nice colour initially, but it has yellowed significantly in a year, and is closer to my NS Kdoll Karon head in colour than the original pink despite my efforts to keep him out of sunlight. The resin has always been thin and almost translucent at his wrists, ankles, hips, and ears. The ears are reinforced in the paper-thin areas with glue, which I was unaware of until I wiped off his default faceup in October. This concerned me, and I contacted Dolkot about it and they told me it was normal.

Today, I discovered his ankles both are sporting significant cracks; one of which is close to breaking a 2-3cm chunk out of his leg. I have no hope of selling this body due to how horrible it is, so I reinforced the ankles from the inside with epoxy to see if it will be a fix that can last long enough for me to save for a couple of months before I can afford a replacement body.

I love my Hara so much and have absolutely no intention of getting rid of the Hara headsculpt at all. The body on the other hand.... I just want to throw it against a wall. Is it even worth my time to contact dolkot now?? I don't know. I've had this doll for a year, he was my first doll. I have two minis now and a floating kdoll head, and none of the other dolls I own have any of the production defects that the dolkot parts have. Arugh!

 

i'm with you there. i definitely still want him, he is my dream doll, but i am going to wait for a lot of positive feedback before getting him.

i feel like dolkot should know about all of this. i know that it would take them time to improve there production techniques, or whatever the problem is, but i would hope they would want to! if they knew that more people were disheartened by their lack of quality, i would think they would rush to make the necessary changes!

That's awful that you've had so many problems with your boy. But I wouldn't say you have "no hope" of selling the body. You might have to sell it at a lower price, but there are a number of people like me, who want to practice modding. These people are willing to buy damaged bodies, so you might still be able to sell it and recoup some of your money. Sadly, you shouldn't have to do that though... I would love a Bera someday because she's beautiful, but I'm afraid to get a Dolkot doll after reading stories like yours.

 

Yesterday I wrote up a rather lengthy complaint and posted it on the Q&A board on the Dolkot site. They're responded to everything posted except mine, but it could just be because it was long and English isn't their first language. Keeping my fingers crossed...

 

yes, i would give it some time. they took a few days to respond to my questions. i think they probably don't have quick answers for these more difficult questions. as someone in this post has said, it may not be dolkot's fault (ie: the actual company and artists), but rather, just the people doing the production of the sculpts in china. because, before the move, they didn't seem to be having this many problems. still, they of course should fix it.

 

I'm not sure I should write here because I don't have a Dolkot doll yet - but the thing is I doubt I ever will have it. In the end of March I ordered a LE doll from them (right before it became known what really big problems Dolkot has... lucky me ) Anyway, I thought how it could go wrong. Their LE dolls are one of a kind, it means the doll is already made, has a face-up, clothes and everything. Well... it's nearly four weeks now, and the doll is still not shipped. I asked them on their message board twice when they are going to ship it. At first they said April 14-15, then, when it long passed and I asked again, they said yesterday. Well, today nothing is shipped yet. I'm not trying to be difficult but I don't like being lied to. It looks like they just say a random date in future without even planning to ship. And I really don't understand why it should take four weeks to ship a doll that is in stock. If the doll had to be manufactured, I would wait absolutely patiently. But how much time do they need to take the box with the doll that is ready and ship it? I find it suspicious, really. Like they don't have that doll, sold it or lost it, but they don't want to tell me that not to lose face. Okay, maybe I am paranoid. Anyway, I'm going to write them once more today - and if the situation doesn't change in a week, I think I'll try Paypal dispute. What can I say... the guy who answers on the message board is always very polite. But being polite is not enough; I want my doll and at least I don't want being lied to.

I've been searching for a second doll and USD550 is a LOT of money. I think that Hara is a beautiful mould and wanted to start saving for her until i saw this board. I have a feeling that Dollkot doesn't really understand the size of the problem with non korean buyers. Maybe what we can do is send them an email and tell them how many people actually liked their dolls but will refuse to buy them until they show improvements, to let them know how much business they are losing out ?

I have two Korean friends, maybe I could ask them to write something for us.

 

That would probaply(?) make them understand the situation.

i've been saving for WS bera for the last 3months now, and i _was_ supposed to order it in a week from now or so... im not sure anymore.
the character i need bera for, really has a white skin, so pinky/yellowish is not an option. and well, seems they really have a mess in the company atm.
*sigh*

i also posted on their Q&A board and asked about restocks and orders.

They gave one response, and it was pretty much "i'm so sorry,but i cant give you a specific date of restocking."
so uh, they didn't even reply to all my questions.

it saddens me, since bera is one of the Very few female molds that have appealed to my tastes. and dolkot has such beautiful molds in general.
If things truly were better before the move to cghina, shouldn't They realize it too... these cases with the resin cast and colour have really given a bad image to the company.

i'm still not sure should i take the "risk" and order a the bera. it would be nice to see if they have made a better turn, or is the situation still the same.

I don't know when they switched to Chinese production... when did that happen? Because I got my doll through Dollmore in early 2007, so it was shipped to me from Korea (where Dollmore are).

This sounds very much like what I went through with them. I ordered through Dollmore, who were told the blank doll would be sent to them immediately and it would ship in a week. My order was delayed--- by Dolkot--- five or six times before he finally shipped ten weeks later. They would just neglect to send out shipments, and there were other people at the time having the problem with Dolkot. This seemed to ultimately lead to Dollmore discontinuing Dolkot products in their shop. I hope you get your problem resolved, I know what you're dealing with!

 

From the looks of it, Dolkot have used production in China for a while, but seem to have moved their offices there too so they don't have to pay for shipping to Korea for the assembling...Not a good sign either way~

I still haven't received any news from them about my doll replacement parts yet...Considering the problems, I don't even know if he's worth keeping anymore even though he's supposed to be 'brand new' =__=;

 

Oh No! My heart is breaking! I fell in love with Dolkot dolls, Bera is my favorite. But now there's no way!!! I will ever order from them. It's so sad that these beautiful dolls will be passed up because of crappy casting/ resin quality. Really, when I saw Bera I got so excited and now I could honestly cry. I am so sorry for everyone who had such a bad experience. I don't know what I would do if I pulled my dream doll out of the box and she was cracked, yellow, and had rough shiny patches.

 

i also am seriously in love with bera, i LOVE her, and i really dont like too many girl molds....i had my heart set. but this thread worries me....i suppose you could always just order the head and get a different body? that would be better for me as i dont like the knee joints, but i think i may have to do that.

 

I wanted to get a WS Bera from Dolkot too, but I've read your comments, and now I'm pretty unsure about what to do.
Bera was perfect, because I was looking for a female doll with full lips, beautiful body and round face... But now, I feel that I could be very unlucky if I risk the purchase.
This doll is supposed to be a present from my parents for my graduation, something special.
But how special it could be, getting a doll below my expectations, casted with yellow skin and sculpted very badly.
Now on the Dolkot's homepage they state that "Everything is finished in the new office" but what does it mean? They now could assure quality and satisfaction to their customers?
Still, I'll wait till the situation improves, if there are any improvements. I can't imagine another doll for the character I have in my mind.

And for you, who got damaged dolls, you have all my understanding. It hurts me to read such things!
