After adopting my very first Minifee, I was so sad to discover that the clothing for my Narae and Unoa girls didn't begin to fit her properly. Now, thanks to Diverse Designs, my beautiful Rheia has the most delightful peasant skirt and top that fit her perfectly!
My Littlefee girls have always loved their charming ensembles from Diverse Designs and my Minifee Rheia can hardly wait to add more of their wonderful creations to her wardrobe.

I bought another shirt from lordsesshoumarusama! She sent me the wrong shirt by accident, but we worked together to get the shirt sent to the right place while my actual shirt was sent to me. She was quite patient with me while I shipped the mistake shirt back to her. She then gave me some MNF boy clothes as a gift to make up for her mistake.
All in all, she was quite understanding, quick to respond, and all items were well-made and well-packaged.

I recently bought a shirt from Diverse Designs and unfortunately as nice as she is it was a problematic transaction.

She accidently sent the wrong shirt to me which I agreed to mail on to the other buyer straight away. She offered to reimburse me postage which I acknowledge I declined as the amount was very minimal.

I had to wait quite a while for the other buyer to mail the shirt back to Lee-Ann, for whatever reason they couldn't mail it directly to me, which meant it was another compounded delay. In relation to that however I do acknowledge and understand that it is completely out of Lee-Ann's control as to what causes other people to delay and I don't hold her accountable for that.

Wherever she could she sought to very professionally rectify the problem and I appreciate everything she did to try and lessen the blow. Despite the trouble I would still recommend her highly as a seller for being so helpful and professional, everyone makes mistakes.
