Purchased a white CanCan SD/Delf wig from clowve. Clowve sent me the shipping number a late, as I had to remind her/email her for the shipping confirmation.

All in all the wig arrived safely, though the package arrived torn due to the flimsy envelope material. The wig was safely protected within. Thank you!

(I'm having some problems with it too), but luckily I'm in the same country as her and so I could pay her by transfering to her bank account. And in truth, this is my first time actually purchasing from a DoA member, furthermore a local one too. XD She replied to every of my questions and being very patient with me. The pocketwatch came to my doorstep the next day, and I am very happy with the watch. ^-^ It is more beautiful than in the pictures. XD And it really functions too! Really pretty to make for a necklace too. So yeah. I would love to purchase from her again. (Also wanna meet her too. XD)

I ordered a SLR camera from clowve waaaay back in October. XD;; The camera never arrived, probably lost in the mail, and I sent off a PM to her letting her know. Despite the fact that she was on vacation, she replied promptly to me and offered to send off a replacement camera the next day.

The shipping was exceptionally slow (it took a month, omg! XD;; ), but it totally wasn't her fault. I just got the package today and it's everything that I would want for the camera! ^^ I'm super happy with it and I really appreciate the concerns, promptness, and understanding that clowve expressed all throughout the transaction. Would definitely do business again in the future~
