This feedback is late, but I participated in Cauldroness' Leekeworld GO. She was a great host. It was a very organised split and we were kept informed. She shipped my item fast. Apparently Leeke thought it was fine to ship my resin horns without any protection whatsoever so thankfully when she received them she took care in bubble wrapping them. My parcel ended up lost in the mail and I had to open a case for it, when the box finally arrived it was heavily water damaged, ripped open, seran wrapped back together, and didn't even look like a box any more...if she hadn't taken such care in packing my horns they never would have made it.

I bought a Scarlett seahorse tail on layaway from Cauldroness. I have nothing to say but wow! She is great at communicating, shipped fast and let us do a very long layaway. Neutral feedback for Cauldroness

Cauldroness bought a Yumepi from me. After 10 years of selling in the hobby (not counting more in other hobbies) I, somehow, had a shipping mistake swap. I never made an excuse for this and took full responsibility for it. I still don't know how I managed to mess up so badly, but I was updating both parties at light speed and doing everything I could. It terrified me, isn't like me and I was fully prepared to send every penny pack to either buyer if the worst came to be. I paid expedited shipping for everyone, I refunded Cauldroness entirely for shipping in general. I did everything I could and was prepared to refund her entirely if she chose.

I asked both parties how they would like to fix this ie if they would like me to buy a label to ship the doll out or return it to me (I would pay for anything, of course) and Cauldroness chose to send the minifee back to me. However, she opened the package containing the doll that wasn't hers without my knowledge or permission, or permission/knowledge from the other party. Not only is this wrong and illegal to open someone else's mail, but she chose to include it in her own feedback to speak for someone else and involve the other party (who had already settled their own feedback and feelings), which to me is overstepping. I'm happy she repacked the faceup protector, but opening something that wasn't her own property or purchase was wrong as was leaving feedback for a purchase that wasn't her own, on a doll that wasn't hers, for someone who already spoke for themselves.

In the end, everything worked out thankfully and both parties received their dolls safely.

While the other buyer was extremely kind and understanding, Cauldroness chose not to be and was unwilling to try. I understand this was upsetting, but she is not a very flexible or understanding person. I apologized profusely, asked her to tell me if there was anything else I could do other than what I was doing and she chose to not respond to me. On top of that, the nit picking an accidental fee charge for $5 that I just got mixed up with invoice vs direct payment and refunded it was exhausting. Her doll was packed well and how Volks shipped it to me, but the tape got loose. There was no damage to the faceup other than one bent eyelash she said was fixable. It felt like at every turn I just couldn't do right by her and got no responses when I was actively trying to explain, fix, do whatever I could.

I have fully owned up to everything that happened. I am ashamed I managed to mix things up like this and it kept me up at night. But Cauldroness was very unpleasant to deal with during the transaction. I'm not saying someone can't be upset and I would have been if this happened to me, but to be so unwilling to even respond and work it out wasn't helpful either. I did everything I could, I felt horrible, and nothing was enough at any point.

 

And what you have failed to clarify is that the minifee box (that wasn't yours) was very, very clearly smaller than the SD box. Half the size to the point an SD wouldn't fit in it and you knowingly bought your SD doll with the box. And you still chose to open the shipper, see the MSD sized non volks box inside the shipper, open the top, remove the foam, picture the doll and then proceeded to touch the doll without my permission. You repackaged it which means you likely had to take her out or sit her up. You neglected to tell me this until several messages and days later and only chose to tell me because you brought up the mask slipping on your own doll to back your own argument up. There were many times you should have been alerted that this wasn't your doll. My feedback was not that you opened the box at all, it's that you went way too far opening the entire thing and then touching the contents inside that clearly were not yours and then not telling me until far later.
