CandyKane bought some SD clothes from me. They chose the less secure of the two shipping options I offered, with no insurance, and the parcel was lost somewhere overseas. I ended up having to refund them $98 out of pocket and I'm out $98 worth of doll clothes as well.
It's not their fault, but this transaction was not ideal. I think anyone buying from or shipping to another country right now should go with something more secure than airmail.

EDIT 2021-12-07: The items did arrive to CandyKane after all, and they paid me for the items after I had refunded them. We're all square, and the transaction turned out satisfactory. Really appreciate their honesty in informing me that they got the package.
