Sold a Oriant Doll So Ji to asunai with layaway payments. The transaction was amazing, she was fast with the first payment, kept me up to date, and even ended up paying the full amount off early! Also let me know when the doll arrived! Wonderful transaction, I would be happy to work with asunai again!

I participated in my first trade with Asunai. To her, I traded my Doll Leaves Pepper in exchange for her DollZone Tarot The Moon.

During the trade, throughout the process, Asunai was quick to respond and prompt to comply with my requests. Asunai provided photos of the packaging process, which was much appreciated.

The only trouble encountered with Asunai was when she neglected to tell me she was sending my doll later than planned but this wasn't too big a problem as she was swift to respond as soon as I questioned her about the lack of updates shown in tracking. She explained what caused the delay and sent the doll soon after as she said she would.

Asunai was very clear when communicating with me, she made sure to double check that I understood what I was receiving; that I was aware The Moon had a broken spine and chipped ear. The flowers that came with the doll were snapped as the base, which I was aware of. I was aware of all of this, everything was as described on her Sale Page.

Overall, she's excellent in communication.

Asunai was fantastic in packaging my doll; the doll was well wrapped and secured. The box was big enough to fix the flowers included with the doll too.

I definitely recommend Asunai and would be happy to do business or a trade with her again!

Asunai purchased a LUTS Ani from me. She originally needed a long layaway but ended up paying her off much quicker than originally agreed. She was a pleasure to work with. Kept in good contact, was upfront about payment, and was an overall joy to work with. I'd definitely work with her again!
