I bought a doll from Arteria, they were quick to respond and shipped the doll very quickly, it was well packaged and just as described

 

I bought a Souldoll Soulkid Crispin from Arteria. Shipped from Canada to USA.

When I first inquired about the doll, Arteria responded within a day and was both helpful and communicative. Once purchased, she packed and shipped the doll promptly very quickly, as well as provide the tracking information that I'd requested.

Upon arrival, the doll arrived in her original box which had been packed very nicely. The doll inside was also packed incredibly secure and arrived safe. All descriptions were very accurate and the doll, outfit, and wig were all in wonderful condition.
