I bought a Wimukt set from Ahyu that unfortunately got sent to the wrong address. It wasn't her fault at all, somehow my paypal account had switched the default address to an old one and I had failed to notice. The set was lost in the mail and Ahyu went above and beyond to help retrieve it. She updated me frequently without me having to nag at all and took many steps to try and recover it. Eventually, we had to accept that the package was not going to be found and Ahyu ended up giving me a partial refund on top of going through all of the effort to find it. I may not have actually received what I got from her, but I would definitely buy from her again if I had the chance. With the right address this time.
