They take between 2 working days to a week. * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Some of the items yes, some, not so.The jeans were really worth it, I love them! The fur wigs are very affordable, but I don't like them as much. My friend's jacket looked super well-made, even though they're a bit pricey, imo. * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Generally, yes. The fur wigs look a bit different though. * Were you satisfied with the product? Some, yes, some were okay. * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? I think that they were definitely worth it. The jacket that I got was amazing- it was lined, had buttons, working pockets, and all sorts of other little details. It was expensive, but I feel like it was a worthwhile purchase. As for the jeans, I love them too. They are very good quality and the fit is great on them. * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes, both items looked exactly as they were shown on the website, if not better. * Were you satisfied with the product? Very good. I received immediate notification that my order was accepted. * How easy was it to pay? Couldn't be easier. They take Paypal. * How long did it take to ship? My items arrived on the 5th, so it took three days. * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? I think 4D makes some of the best quality clothing available for BJDs at this time. I think the price is equal to the quality of the fabrics and the beautiful crafting of the clothes. * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Absolutely. The fabrics are much nicer in person though. * Were you satisfied with the product? Yes, I've bought from them before and I'll buy from them again.
