I purchased a Dolores head from Alixir. The postal service gave us problems and Alixir kept an eye on the progress. She took extra steps at her PO to help when the packet was lost in transit. I did the same with USPS and my PO and had to fill out a few forms, which I think helped because she’s here now. Dolores was well packed and came with a handmade gift. Very good communication. Very nice person.
