Wanted Fantasy Part Blushing/Restringing in DC/NoVa Area

I'm looking for an artist in the area of Washington, DC and Northern Virginia who would be comfortable with meeting up in person to pick up the doll they would be working on. Shipping it would be really difficult (not to mention expensive) for me, so I would prefer to do an in-person exchange.

For further details, I have a Soom Sard that needs his fantasy parts (hooves and horns) blushed to match his hands and faceup. He also needs to be restrung, and I'm really bad at it lmao.
