Shopping Faithz/Switch

I know Muhyul was a pre-order a few months ago, so he's sold out via Switch's website, but it looks like he's available again on Faithz's website under the in stock and preorder heads section. I know Faithz is an authorized dealer, etc., but I'm wondering if him being listed means he *is* still for sale, even though he's not available through Switch directly. Other pre-order things either list a deadline or show out of stock if they're still on the site, but I'm just a little nervous to place an order, just to be told he's not available after all.

I haven't bought from Switch or Faithz before, so I'm a little confused about the ordering, since I know Switch also does monthly pre-orders for specific models. I'm not sure what the difference is between those and the "regular" pre-orders, or how common it is for one to be out of stock from them, but still available to pre-order from the dealer.

 

He's still listed as a pre-order on Faithz's site though, not an in stock. It's just the pre-order and in stocks are listed in the same section, I mean.
