I bought a doll via PP on their website, but apart from the PP confirmation I didn't receive a receipt from Fairyland. I sent them an email and haven't received any response back yet. Is this normal? Thanks in advance.
Maybe it went to your spam folder? I know mine did when I made an account with them. I’m unsure if they reply to emails though.
Most Korean doll companies tend not to reply to emails and only reply to questions on their Q&A board. It's been forever since I've ordered from Fairyland and it looks like they've updated their site... but they should still have a Q&A board. I think it's under 'Contact us'? Also, try checking your order status on the website. If your payment went through and order was received, it should say so.
