Oh MikaRen I'm so happy you found your little girl. I bet she missed you terribly, and now she has a friend to play with now!

I also just went broke buying a new camera, but at least now I can take pictures of my two in their new matching kitty dresses, even if Devika's screaming no because she's bald. XD

 

Oh Lord, I remember PokeMon....... I have a binder of like 700+ of those stupic cards from way back when I was like 14 (am going on 21 now...)

Pukis are definitely a good use of Pokemon cards though, I must say. But then again, Pukis can make just about anything adorable.

Pukis and pokemon. One thing from my present and one from my past all in one picture. Poe looks like he is making sure that Thistle doesn't take unfair advantage of the fact that Wit isn't paying attention to the game so much as the pictures. (I also get the feeling that it is the attack "Dig" on the card that prompted a puki hut for him to hide in.)

I find it funny that my pukis are enchanting my roommates even without being here. One of my friends mentions a photostory she wants to do with my dolls everytime I bring up the topic of them in her presence. Another of my friends is considering getting a bjd once she saves up more. I am corrupting people to the way of the bjd, and hopefully my little ones will prove to people that pukis are irresistable.

 

I've never converted anyone into a BJD fan, but I did manage to infect LuckyXIII with a love for my favorite sports manga, which is almost as rewarding.

Speaking of which... I've been thinking that I might need another puki sometime in the future. I think one of my (currently a floating head) SD character dolls Shin, needs a little puki-version Sena from the series to hang out on his shoulder all the time. Cause it would be feakin' adorable.

 

Pukis and pokemon go hand in hand. Gotta get them all!

Last summer, i did a whole photostory based on pukis and pokemon. Pukimon! XD;





Edit: I dont think i ever realized that Lolli's dress matched my DS till just now o_O;;

 

My kids had the cards and the little figures in the red/white ball...and the gold card etc.

I named one of my dolls Evie, and my daughter made a face like she'd eaten something nasty(she's 15 so she makes a lot of faces). When I asked her what was wrong with that name, and she said it made her think of pokemon, eevee the little fox dude.

 

How many of the blasted little critters ARE there nowadays anyways?! I stopped soon after the first "next generation" came into popularity. (chicorita, cindaquil, tododile, all those ones, gawd it's so sad that I still remember their names!)

Torren, I remember that! And I still adore your Sugar's big fluffy pink Cupcake Fer-like dress, it's just tooooo cute!!

 

Oh! Torren, that's one of the shiny balls they sold at Burger King with the Gold plated card isn't it? Everytime me and my dad would go to burger king all the toys were sold out, so he bought me one of those balls instead...

I still like pokemon(not like I did years ago xD, just the games), I can't wait for the redo of Pokemon Silver to come out. I love Lugia! 8D

okay so I am soooo enthused about having Miyuki back and so is Thistle that he wanted to show how HAPPY he is to have his girl back! Plus they are sooooo cute!
I just need to get Thistle his eyes and work a bit on his faceup.

 

Miss Pygmalion: Yep! That damn thread drives me crazy, it gets ressurected every few months. Baffles me how people still find it, and if they do, why they post in threads that are well over a year old XD;;;

Kittyasauras: Yes! I've got three of those pokeballs myself. My mom and i freaking stalked burger kings for the whole time they had the silly things, cause i wanted them all XD Pukis fit PERFECTLY, btw. Even with Lolli's fer cupcake, i could close it on her. The cupcake of floof only helped protect her XD

(btw, a minifee head can fit too >>;; )

Oh man, i should make a new pink one for Lolz. That one was only the second one i made, before i discovered how to make them a bit better, with the neckline and armholes NOT fraying. XD; The recent ones i've made look so much better, i think ^^;; They fit better, too

There, this one's my most recent. Still has a minor issue with the seams up on the shoulders, but constructed a lot better.

i dooo~ ^^; I have one up for sale right now, one i havent posted yet, and i'm willing to make them in basically any color you want. PM me if you're interested, since i know sales talk in discussion threads isnt particularly appreciated from what i undersatnd XD;

I do kinda want to try to fix my pattern though, for future flufftastic dresses. Theres something about this one that just doesnt sit quite right. But thats probably because i'm fer-CRAZY, and actually own a real one now. And made one for myself.

That would be just too adorable! Sena really would be chibi then XD I think if someone made a Hiruma puki he would still come off as crazy. It's just the feeling I get XD but now I'm temped to try it.
