The more I see of these little ones the more tempted I am to bring one home. Does anyone have an estimate of how far we are from a PukiPuki tan event perhaps? :3

In the meanwhile please keep the spam coming :3 it's so much fun seeing your girls and boys playing.

 

They just had Pukipuki tans in the last event, so I don't know. I ordered my tan Greetje on November 1st, and got her early this year.

 

I got mine at DDE, they had her in stock so I ended up not having to wait for an event. At the time I got her I did not have any BJDs so I went small to "test the waters".

 

She is very cute - the blue eyes are beautiful with the tan skin. These little ones are my favorite Fairyland dolls. Her name will just pop into your head when she is ready to tell you

 

since they had the tan pukis in the last event my guess would be another two or three events at least before they bring them out again and probably at least one or two of those they won't sell puki's in any skin tone they seem to be offering mnf's, ltf's and pkf's in pretty much every event and shutting down some of the other lines for a while instead. it makes it hard for me to ever get an event head, because one or another of the lines i have on my wait list is always shut down!

 

It seems like these sweet little ones have lost some of their popularity. I had to bump them to the first page, page three is too sad. Once I figure our how to use my camera and post pictures to the internet I will try to spam my little ones.

 

It's not my fault! It's just that my new Pukifee absorbs all my attention... such a demanding creature she is... But I'll do some photostory with my winter sprite Tetje tomorrow.

 

I love the size, but I just feel like that they are hard to find items that fit them well. I wonder if there was better or more reliable source for their wigs and clothing if they would be more popular. Or it is just me that has a hard time finding them things...

 

For wigs I always recommend Tabloach's wig (to be found on etsy). The price is reasonable, shipping is fast, and the wigs fit perfectly.

There are quite a few items on Etsy for clothing that fit these little guys perfectly. Some of my boys just like to go wigless or with a hat, but I agree Tabloach's wigs fit perfectly.

My Choco pukipuki Pearl got a new dress.

 

Does anyone have any good recommendations for boy wigs for Pukipuki? Nothing too oversized. I just can't find anything suitable. I tried a wig from Tabloach but it looked lumpy along the seams and I don't really want to pay to try another one.

 

i find good boy wigs the hardest to find for tinies so i just make my own or else they go bald and wear hats instead. tashkabears on etsy sometimes has nice boy wigs

 

Both Elly and Marvin are sporting Tabloach wigs in this shot. Elly normally wears the wig in the profile pic.

 

@Darkwind those are some gorgeous wigs, I'll have to check that site out if for if I need to get Gil a new wig.

 

Is this the thread for RealPuki? Or if not, can someone help me find it? I have looked and so far have not found a thread specifically for the 9.5 cm dolls. Maybe they're just not very common.. Idk
But anyways, I love the Fairyland tiny sculpts! I hope I can someday own a FL in every size and skin tone!

Hey all, I was hoping maybe someone in here knows what has happened to ersaflora? I just went to order some more eyes for my pukipuki in the hopes that they would be in stock this time, but the shop is gone and I cant find any posts saying what happened

 

Is it an etsy shop? It is very difficult to access an etsy shop if there are currently no items available.

 

She's moving from USA to UK according to her Tumblr, so it'll probably be a while before she reopens. Though it seems the domain names have expired as well, so I don't know what's happened there.

 

Well yes she dose have an etsy shop with the same name, but she hasn't used it in forever. She has had her own website for her eyes (as well as wigs and wings) for at least a couple years. And now I can't find hide of hair of it. The best I have is a tumblr for her, but my old computer dose not get along well with tumblr and I cant read much on it before my computer crashes.

 

At last, a Pukipuki of my very own! This is Tuppence, a Madeleine sculpt. I won her on eBay and have been waiting so (im)patiently for her to get here.

I opened her pretty book-box and fell in love at that little face looking up at me. She was all naked and bald and in need of a new home.

I knitted the little cardigan last night, it is a wee bit too big but looks more like a 1930s dress-coat on her so that is fine. I popped it on her and held her up. And she seemed to be holding my thumb.

I have read many times that these little dolls are cuter in real life than pictures, but didn't think that was possible. Well, it really is! Even my son, who is NOT a doll fan, had to give in and admit that she is cute :-)

I am so very happy. She will be spoilt rotten!

 

Congratulations Tuppence is adorable - I love the Madeleine sculpt - but then I love most of them. Isn't it amazing how well the pose for being so little. They are demanding though so watch out for your pocket book.

 

i hadn't checked her website recently since i've been holding off on eye orders for a bit, but i've orderd lots of eyes from her before and would be really disappointed if she didn't reopen! i love her eyes, and several of my dolls wear them. i ordered direct from the website previously. the tumbler message saying she was moving is 2 months old so hopefully it won't take too much longer?

Try Happy Camille. She sold wigs under that name and I found somewhere recently (probably facebook) some recent activity.

 

I haven't done anything for him lately and despite that I spoil him to much in comparison to my other boys. I'm waiting for a set of hand (all they still sell atm) and yet another wig still in search for the perfect one. Now I've made another outfit and tried a new kind of hat. I still have more plans for outfits and would love to build a nice diorama for him. A little boutique or dressing room would be perfect.♡
I hope ersaflora will come back to work seamlessly. I'm in need for some other pairs of his eyes (omg I need them in green) and my other boys need her eyes too...

I wish I had known another person brought their pukipuki to katsu this year! The one year I brought all of mine, was the one year I couldn't find a single person with a pukipuki :P

Apparently there's a doll meet in the same place every year, every day of the Katsu weekend. In the main entryway across from the check-in is a little cove with chairs and a table and a mantle. I found it by running across someone carrying a couple of dolls around.

And I got the Cupid Curl Wig. I knew it's quite the bad fit in regards of fit and I take the chalenge. Some strands could be longer but it's cute. He looksso diffrent in that wig.

I don't think I have ever posted in this thread even though I've had my twins since 2008. They are always together, one can't stand being apart from the other so I don't have many individual pictures.

She's the epitome of happiness and very cheeky while he is all the contrary, soft, timid and very reserved with everyone else except with her. Jubilee and Almond.

 

When Ramune' found herself the perfect wig at Katsu, she found something new for Elly too. While Elly's usually a bit of a "tom-boy", keeping to short wigs, Ramune' does get her to dress up once in awhile and is hoping that with long hair she might get Elly to make that the norm.

My PP Pipi arrived today, and she's the most adorable little thing! I'm so glad I got her.

Her name is Gigi and she's a newborn/young infant in my doll family's story.



I had bought 2 tabloach wigs (all my children were born with full heads of hair), but they just don't look right, so she's bald for now. Maybe I can get a beanie or bonnet for her.

She's being held by a MNF. Her mother is still at AngelToast getting a faceup.
