Fairyland Pukifee discussion part 26

Oh, I love your Ante. She's very cute. I hope the wigs I ordered for my girl will arrive soon, so I can take some cute pictures of her, too.

 

Tuesday (Bonnie on the right) was my first pukifee and second doll. Couldn't love her more! Although given my Ante obsession I'm surprised it took three more years for Harper to make her way to me. They both tend to do their own thing, so I don't have many pictures of the two together.

Ha ha - that is funny! Luckily Kinsey wasn't there as she goes very weak in the knees whenever a half dressed male is around. (Actually, it is whenever ANY man is around!)

Hi everyone! What eyes and eye sizes can you recommend for pukifees? I'm specifically interested in Frozen, so any pictures would be much appreciated

Don't they all? Even if there are already 10 of them they still need one more friend.

I don't have Frozen but most of mine wear 10mm. I have one wearing 8mm and two others that would probably look good with 8mm - not that I'm going to change them now. The rest of them - 8 including the PukiFee head on a RealFee body - looks great with 10mm.

@auntbear and @Dustbunnie .... ahahaha, don't I know it. Pukifee are so cute, and I want like half a dozen more of them, but it'll have to wait.

 

agree with dustbunnie. but also oddly enough mako 12mm eyes fit most pukifees, if you want some really nice eyes. (they fit smaller than most eyes) safrin has a huge range of eyes too, and their 8-10's fit really nicely depending on the size of iris you want. they are a great source of less expensive eyes, as are ersa flora eyes (ersa flora has moved to etsy and i'm not sure whether she still does custom eyes and where you can find pictures anymore, but several of my girls wear hers)

 

Pukifee are quite addicting. This size is really easiest to just whip out and play with for me, personally. My little girl joined me during tea today. She's such a darling and comforted me when I spilled my cup. Guess the bigger you are the clumsier you get, haha~

 

How hard is it to restring a Pukifee? I fear I may have to try to restring my lovely Maddy soon. The elastic around the s-hook in her neck looks like it's starting to fray. And I'm a noob when it comes to restringing.

I just tried 8mm eyes on Maddy and I think I like them better. They're more expressive.

The 8mm eyes make her look older and more mature. I like them!

 

Oh gosh, so much cuteness! I'm a bit too tired to poke each one of you right now but just know that I really enjoy seeing everyone's pukifees!

The first doll I restrung was actually a pukifee. They're not too bad but the hard part I found was to get the elastic lenght just right (I restrung to tighten legs). Since they're so small, you have to get the lengt just right which can be tricky. I had to restring the legs three times before I got the lenght of the string right. So my best tip would be, if you're just changing out the string, make sure you get the lenght of the loop as close in lenght to the old loop as you can
And the little nub under their head, it has an F on it for "front" so be sure it's in the correct direction ^w^

To the left is a PF A event faceplate and to the right is a A-Line event faceplate. Blank they look very similar but there are a few small differences. When painted I think they look a bit more different ~

I found a poofy wig for that other girl ~ I like the combo of green eyes with blonde hair, I think it suits her. Now she just needs a name (and a body of her own in the future!)

And sorry for the spamming lately, I'm just so happy with my pukifees! Cotton candy princess Diza made a realization yesterday. Apparently not everything is pink! Oh noes! How can that be?!

I don't know why Cony is not more popular, I was a die hard Lati Yellow fan until I saw that sweet face and just had to have her even if she was white skin, she's my only Pukifee .

 

Oh poor Diza! Just reassure her that it makes her more special!

 

Diza would love one of my OT dolls, who also believes that it's pink or nothing. Every dress she had is pink.

And I have no idea why Cony isn't more popular, either. She's so cute.

 

Oh I totally agree. Cony is a really cute sculpt. I have a white Cony who is just beginning to tell me who she is, and what she wants to be in my little doll world. She is a pouty little thing with the most expressive eyes.

Is there a good source for cute clothes? I love Blythe clothes with their sweaters and layered pieces. Anything similar for Pukifee? Thanks for any ideas ☺

 

This picture is just so sweet! I need to play more with my little Tori (pkf ante) She's kind of just sat there looking sweet while I've been working on things for my new doll but all these pics are making me want to make her some more things.

Melly123 try searching for PukiFee clothes or Lati Yellow clothes on Etsy. There's lots and lots of it.

Just remember that even though PukiFees can use the same clothes as Lati Yellow there's something called Lati Yellow Special body and that's bigger.

Thank you! The Dollheart Lati clothes look really nice. But they don't mention Pukifees. Poor left out Pukifees!

 

I'm pretty sure Pukifee can wear Lati Yellow clothes ^w^ (although watch out for Lati Yellow Special like Dustbunnie mentioned)
