    1. some of mine just seem to matt and get dull really easily, and some of my kids have special wigs to wear under hats just to prevent that. the monique wigs seem to last the longest. crystals is around 5? years old & i just got her a new one because she got a hunk of pine sap in hers from climbing in trees. i'll probably keep the old one as a spare "under hat" wig.

      I have such a pet peeve about bobble-headed dolls. But I want these! They're otherwise a good size. And there seems to be so much available for this size on the market.

      Darjeeling arrived today & hasn't quite decided whether she wants to take a bath or not! I did tell her she would have to take her clothes off before she could, but she convinced me it wasn't proper to be seen naked on the internet. :)

    21. There are magnets at the wrists and ankles. The posing is great, I managed Aava to stand even in a light wind.

      We spend a wonderful day at the beach, with lots of sun. Aava got new eyes, btw. They are great and just what she needed.

    22. Pukifees are generally great posers, but it takes patience and practice to be able to pose them to the best of their engineering capabilities. Each of mine has her own little quirks I had to work out, but I do like what they are capable of! There are some older photos on my flickr comparing the posing abilities of a pukifee, an older lati yellow and an asleep eidolon tiny.

    24. They can be a little bit top-heavy and sometimes they balance better with shoes on. And like Lubelle said, they all have their own quirks. But they're the best posers out of all of my dolls.

    25. Thank you everyone for your replies, I've been debating between getting a tiny delf or a pukifee and the choice is not easy.. I really lof td alice sculpt but i want a little body that can pose well and i can't afford to buy both TT TT all your little ones are great!     26. i have both (including 3 alices and 13 pkfs) too but if someone told me i had to give up all of them except for one, i would probably pick one of my pukifees (though i don't know how i'd ever choose!!!) i love my td's but the pukifees pose better and they have cuter elbows and knees.

    30. Zero_A's amazing deer girl back on page 44 is a tan Cony. There aren't many around but if FL ever stops releasing amazing limited dolls I'll be ordering one.

    37. trinlayk Those horns look really good on her. Rather subtle but very interesting.

      Rezei-chan May is looking good! Does she have really subtle freckles or am I just imagining things?

      And adding some drive-by spam of my Harper. She definitely has some posing quirks, and depending on how you catch her eyes can look a bit uncanny or cute as a button.

    51. that is great lynx! (i had to hide the screen from my boys 'cause they'd one some too, and i already have way too many projects on the go.

      speaking of which i was working on my assignment for my photo class and getting really frustrated. i have to take an every day object and make it unrecognizable or at least hard to recognize simple by taking close up pictures. it's a lot harder than you would think and of course i made it even harder by limiting my self to doll related things. amber decided to cheer me up when she figured it looked like a whirlpool and this is the result...
