Has anyone tried any MDD clothes on their minifee? I tried comparing measurements and it looks like it should mostly work but my one concern is the hips being 1cm smaller. I'm interested in this dress specifically right now: WD000021 Cinderella Magic | [MDD] Outfit but I've considered others before as well. If anyone has tried any MDD clothes at all I'd love to hear how it went! Thanks in advance!

 

I have never tried those style, but frankly, if the bust and waist and the length of shoulder to waist/ shoulder to bust are good, it should fit fine ??

 

In my experience most clothes are absolutely fitting for Minifee.Maybe tight fitting bottoms are a little more loose fitting on a Minifee And dresses are a bit longer on Minifee than on MDD. My girls all share clothing. That’s my big reason to not buy an SD although I really am in love with one but with the MDD they can share

 

That was my thought too, but just in case I didn't want to spend that much money only to be disappointed, ya know?

2 of the tan dolls I panic-ordered back in June came in this past week.

Momo on the left, and Sircca on the right. Don’t mind them looking like demons, those are just the horrible default eyes Fairyland sent them with. My bag of good eyes are in another house, atm.

Did many people order Jiyu? Not much going on in the waiting room, and there's only a handful on insta.

 

They’re beautiful. Better panic ordering than regretting. I was too late for the tan order period. But I asked DDE if they will get tan in stock minifees and they said I should keep an eye on in stock. A day later they had one tan Rin and she’s with me now. So I think it’s better you got a doll too much that you can always sell than regretting not getting it.

 

I really wish I got him. I checked DDE after I saw people's Jiyu's come in but I didn't see any of his full set available. Definitely regret not getting that amazing full set. The sculpt also looks really pretty as a girl.

 

Sircca is so beautiful, even without details and with default eyes.

I haven’t bought a Minifee in a long time but this new bat girl is gorgeous. I’m so tempted to order her.

 

I can't get enough of her hands. I'm all in. Definitely going to do some IG splits.

I haven't shared many of my dolls on here lately, but Hazel is looking so different these days I thought I’d drop an updated picture. When I ordered her I always thought I’d make her my red headed girl... It’s taken several years, but with a new faceup and my dream wig, she has finally achieved the look I’d imagined for her.

Your Hazel is so lovely! May I ask what brand of eyes is she wearing? My girl needs a pair and I’m having difficulties finding the right one for her.

 

I'm betting Fairyland won't sell me the fullset with a boy body instead. I wonder if dde would be willing to play ball?

I don't want the clothes tailored to a male body, just a switcheroo on the body itself. Hmmmm.

 

Unfortunately DDE won't - or at least when I asked in the past to have a Minifee head on a Fairyline body that wasn't on the Fairyline list. Wouldn't hurt to ask them nonetheless.

@kameo thank you so much, I have been quite obsessed with her lately. Right after she got home from her new faceup and wig I had to pack her up and do a move over seas, which was a long drawn out ordeal, so I’m thrilled I finally get to take her out and enjoy her!

@MarvinRed sure, they’re Glastic eyes! I actually have them in various colors for all of my dolls right now because I really like the look of them.

 

Does anyone know when the Halloween mini fee will be available? I need her and I haven’t found much info about her yet.

 

They haven’t given a timeline yet. I understand your excitement! It can be so hard to wait.

Fortunately, I don’t need her as I have an Alicia coming in. It’s going to be hard to resist the new girl but that’s probably more about getting something new rather than actual want. This isn’t monster high, I can’t afford all the dolls.

And confirmed with dde: no substitutions with the fullset. I figured as much, but it was worth a try.

 

How about setting up a split for it? You can get someone to buy a head from the male body and the female body from the fullset?

 

Minifees aren't my favorite BJDs aesthetically, but I'm warming up to them, and I'm seriously considering acquiring one as a model for when I sell MSD items and as a reference to compare to lesser known BJDs.

I'm wondering which Minifee body and bust size is the most popular? I know there are multiple bodies available, and I'm feeling a little lost.

god i hope they bring tan back for winter...the only problem with me ordering is i'll probably be moving in a few months anyways and i wouldn't want my doll sent to the wrong address uuuugh maybe i could just email DDE..if this happens. I miss my old MNF Kyle and would love to get him in tan...

 

I honeslty really love the minifee girl bodies and hope to get one eventually when my ResinSoul Yao is all finished and dye one to match as close as i can to the blue resin I picked.

However if I had to get a minifee just to be a minifee, definatly a chloe from the m-line. The shape of her lips and her eyes really called out to me.

 

New to this thread, but i happily introduce my very first (adopted) msd: Minifee Eva on a moe-line with glamour bust & cutie legs. She has a gorgeous face-up made by the previous owner.
Shopping for wig & outfit, so i'll be back when all arrives. :-) and offcourse reading all the threads & topics for possible answers on possibly many asked questions

 

I absolutely love the new Minifee. I was waiting for a dress like that for so long.

@Natalie.Jua They don't sell out as fast as they used to. Lately they are there for days. So no worries. But I wouldn't risk waiting too long.

Everyone's dolls are so lovely! I love seeing all of them!

I think the most popular is probably A-Line girl with large bust (bust C) with cutie legs. I say this mostly because that is what they tend to release all the fullset girls with, so if people buy the dolls without doing a-la-carte that is the body they will likely end up with.

That said I far prefer the stability of the model legs myself but as far as popularity, I think cutie legs are the most common.





And while I'm here I hope no one minds me sharing a new picture I just took of Tori, my Spring 17 girl. We're both super ready for fall!

Aerie dug out her best witchy boho outfit to mark the occasion. The lighting was terrible but I didn’t have a lot of time and wanted to take some pictures either way!

In other Minifee news I finally got around to naming my Jiyu. (though still working out his look as Ciel Phantomehive stole his full set outfit)
Anyway meet Varius or Vee for short.

He is every bit as innocent and sweet as he looks, and in spite of the red eyes, green hair, pointy ears, and massive fangs he will swear he is 100% human.

 

I just saw the Vampire head for the new unamed minifee and now I'm definitely going to buy her. Everything about her except her body (I have too many) I want! My wallet still haven't fully recovered from Maya Valkyrie fullset and now this
