you'd have a lot of people fighting over those heads if you sold them! I have a NS head that is waiting for botflybaby to free up so I can send her to be painted. It is a beautiful, beautiful sculpt. I am anxious to share mine... when I get her painted!!!

guys I posted some shoe info in the minifee shoe thread, if you're interested in finding shoes... went a tidge overboard buying tonner american model shoes for my HH minifee feet........... dang. there are tons of shoes out there for american model that fit really quite well!!

I tried to buy a pair of each kind I thought might be good, esp since his shoes are CHEAPER than releaserain. They all fit pretty well, for sitting at least!!

 

Alayaya, I bought the camera in volks shop, but in Akihabara shop no in the web store. I don't know if they have more in stock I bought alls cameras because my friends order me. But if you would like one I can check in the shop if they have more.

 

I'm currently in the process of painting mine and I must say I really like all the Nanuri '14 that Ive seen. He doesnt have any eyes, wig or a body yet but I cannot wait to put him all together. Oh hey, he's officially my first minifee! Never thought I'd get a boy first as I've been wanting a girl for quite a while

 

I really love the Nanuri'14 face, as well! Unfortunately for me, I've jumped on the wagon a little too late, as usual, and they're all getting snapped up faster than I can scrimp together money to buy. I haven't the foggiest what kind of character I'd make if I did get my hands on one, though, so maybe that's a good thing!

 

That's good...its seems that if heel is smaller, they do fit better. I also want to try out some pumps from facetsbymarcia. I have 2 pairs of botts from her and they are pretty nice

And yeah I agree releaserain are bit too expensive comparing to others. Generally this shop went on higher prices ..they used to be cheaper, but then there's few pairs I would like in future lol

 

Oh man I'm falling behind on this thread again! works been taking up way too much of my time lol.
Seriously I'm loving all the spam though. Especially the nanuri '14! That sculpt is really growing on me! I've got nothing to contribute as it's been raining pretty hard whenever I have free time :S

I have such a hard time keeping up with this thread too. It moves too fast and there are way too many people in here. I find it way easier to lurk and only come out of hiding if I actually have anything interesting to say. That's kind of how I work in real life too though, I stand around and listen to conversations, rarely contributing... I only speak up if I have something that I feel is worth saying.

That's why I have a post count of ~400 but I've been here since 2007. LOL

I know, that's why I'm a little hesitant. My initial plan was for WS but there was none, so I got a NS in thoughts of trading but then a WS popped up and now I have both. I fear if I list it at the price I bought it it won't go anywhere. Maybe I should just put her up.
I'm pretty sure I don't want the NS...maybe...probably...

These are Arjuna and Hesio. I ordered Hesio in December 2006 from Luts with a custom faceup - he is my first You can easily see he is not so young anymore and his once peachy resin has mellowed to Volks normal skin but he is still very dear to me.


I wish I could also contribute to the Nanuri 2014 spam but the head is currently still with Fabula Rasa after traveling for more than a month.

However, related to that, I have some hybriding information:

To have a bit of variability among my boys, I decided to hybrid him. I decided on Angell-Studio and sent them a MNF hand for resin matching. Today, they sent me the shipping information as well as a picture of the body. While not a 100% match, I'd approximate it to be a 90% match. The body is slightly more peachy but since faceups usually darken the heads anyway, I estimate it will be very close. All in all, Angell-Studio was lovely to deal with and the service was very quick (and cheap! only 15$ for custom resin matching). So if somebody is looking for bodies to hybrid to, they might be of interest to you.

Sorry for my delay in replies to everyone, I was a bit busy, and then impatiently waiting for Vanareya's little sister to show up.
Her sister got here today, a Pkf mio. They make cute siblings, but I spent most of my time taking pictures of just the little one.

Mylene The tan dolls I think are only released as an event, or maybe even with new sculpts... Because the Tan skinned event was over, but when they released Tika and Rin they had the option of being cast in tan.
As of right now though I don't think there is a date for another Tan event
