So... I received my Juri '13 head today from the awesome anthrogirl. She borrowed my Ante's body for this quick picture but, will be getting her own soon

I'm looking at all the Nanuri14s and I'm starting to feel like she is becoming tied with Juri08 for favorite event head...
Would anyone happen to have both and give me a detailed ear comparison? (picky about my elf ears)

In other news I finally got my shoes from the group order I've been in for 2 years, I'll post pictures soon as I have some free time and good light. I will have this spam soon. I'm sooooo excited! I managed to get myself a nanuri 14 head. I fell in love with this head from the first moment the pictures were released, but I forgot the event ended when it did and the order I was going to place with the intention of getting the head was going to be too late. So I've been obsessively stalking different sales groups and even had the 50 some ladies and gents in my local doll group on alert and they all kept their eyes peeled for me. Well, Saturday one went up for sale and I was bombarded with messages from my local group alerting me. I happened to be away at a LARP this weekend but I managed to sneak off for a few minutes that night and luck was on my side! So soon I will have my nanuri 14 head at home and I can spam the two together. ..Now I need more bodies. And I was JUST caught up.

As for catching up to floating heads, I believe that is really hard to do. I myself have a body coming for a floating head and getting another head in the deal, and that's not counting my sleeping heads.

 

I ordered 2 weeks ago so I don't think it makes a difference lol.

 

Hey, can anyone show me how the minifee feet work? Are they like the hands? I have a minifee Rheia due any day and I am just so curious.


More questions! I was thinking of putting dikadoll lingiri head on a minifee activeline body do you think this would work??

 

It depends on if you have the magnetic ankles or not. M-line automatically come with mag ankles, a-line do not, but the magnetic ankles can be purchased separately.

 

julianne.82; My girl is MNF Juri'11 is a event head mod. So now is only possible to find that head in second hand market.

My minifee sisters arrived today! I was so depressed yesterday when the courier didn't even bother to knock on my door, just chucked the "missed you" note in my letter box. But I went and got them today and ohh I'm so in love. I've wanted a Chloe for the longest time for a specific character role, and Mirwen was second on my list. I took a "break" from bjds for a couple of years and these girls feel like the perfect way to get right back into things again.



I really need to find them some boho style boots to go with the style I have in mind for them. I can't find anything so far though Any tips appreciated.

So many Nanuri in the thread and not nearly enough Juri 2013! I didn't appreciate this particular sculpt at all but I gave faceup to mine and was very surprised how cute she is. This tiny button nose and big eyes-such a cute combination!

Hiya new here to the Minifee threads, Ordered a Moe Ante on layaway last month and was lurking around for information and found you guys so anyone know of good places to look for clothes for those massive moe boobies? I'm making a pastel goth character

 

Mixed news. I got the heads in the mail but my MNF Carl (Kick) seems to be missing his eyes. So no pictures of his new faceup as of yet. I contacted the artist and hopefully I'll get those home soon and spam him. BUT! My Nanuri 2013 is here and looking lovely! So here are my only two MNFs available to welcome a new thread:

 

I can try to help! mine's wig is 7-8, which she wears with a wig cap and fits perfectly (it's from Leekeworld though) and she has enchanted doll eyes size 14mm.

 

Found Kick's eyes! They were under all the packaging and under the inner box flaps! I would never have found them if the artist hadn't assured me that they had been sent! Yikes! How did they get there?! Quick picture of him by himself and maybe I'll get a group shot later!

~crawls outta lurk mode~ I was just wondering what the reception is towards hybrids here... I have one of the Breakaway heads on a different body, and I'm looking for where to post him. He kinda accidentally plopped into my lap as a result of moving the head that originally went with his body onto a different one, and then having a floating breakaway head that was given to me by my girlfriend. (She bought him thinking he was a normal skin, but he turned out to be white) I was going to wait and get a MNF body for him off the marketplace, but I liked how he looked so much with the one he's got that I kept him on it. ^3^ I just get mixed receptions for hybrids and don't wanna ruffle anyone's feathers! ~hides

 

As far as I've heard, so long as the head is a MNF your hybrid is welcome here

OkamiKodomo - I love hybrids personally! I don't have any but I have put one of my girls on the leek artbody and I just loved the look. What kind of body is your breakaway on?

 

I love seeing heads used on different bodies. A lot of people like variety in their body types since in real life people don't have the exact same body! In fact, I wish I could find a slightly smaller boy body for one of my boys since he's meant to be a younger brother. I also think Splynterhayde has posted Minifee heads on different bodies here. So yes! Please do!

So, I was wondering if anyone else noticed the announcement from Fairyland that they will start sending dolls with certificates of authenticity! I would link to it, but I am on mobile and can't figure out how. I'm excited and hope my Tika will come with one. I also hope it'll help in the future for part replacement and other concerns. XD

 

I love hybrids and would love to see more

so other company heads on minifee bodies are not welcome?

 

I've noticed the popular minifee heads are starting to be released in larger sizes (Feeple). Does anyone know if they might release Rheia in a larger size? I'd just love to see her face in a slightly older sculpt!

 

They usually go by heads since that's the most distinctive part of the doll. If someone asks for a specific hybrid that seems to be okay as an answer to a request. i think it's mainly an aesthetic thing - people who are looking for X doll will be going to X thread. When you post Y doll in X thread it's just sort of weird. (Aka: I have had a few minifee/souldoll hybrids and unless I'm posting with other minifees I keep them to the souldoll thread)

 

Unfortunately thats a question best directed at FL itself. It'd be awesome for Feeple buyers but I don't think anyone around here actually knows if that was a one time thing or something they have plans to continue.
They also made a few populars into Littlefees (would love a ltf Miyu) and made a couple SD heads into Minifee (siean and yldr?) so it is very possible that they will continue with the trend especially if/when they are low on other ideas.

 

I don't think its unaccepted, as in a concrete thread rule, but it seems unpopular. I have noticed it is more welcome among threads for dolls with distinct bodies, like doll chateau or something, since the body is of equal interest as the head.

 

I really love Shadow, Ban. She's so unique and gorgeous.

I'm so freaking happy FL is doing certs now! I always wondered why they didn't come with them. Luckily all of my open orders will be coming with one since they were ordered after the December start line. Kind of excited to see what they look like! Some companies just have tiny little cards, and others like Leekeworld have really pretty special looking ones.

I had been eying this cute set from little monica for my eventual minifee guy and their msd boys measurements seemed close enough that I caved and bought it. It fits Charlie pretty well though too! Shirt is a bit large on her but the pants fit really well (I'm worried they won't fit a guy!)

Anyway I went back to the site a day or so after ordering and they were sold out so I'm glad I got it when I did!

what elcia said, felly-pepper. the sword is reminiscent of lotr style swords, but definitely not in any way exact. the pommel has a cute little cat head on the end of it. hopefully they bring out some more as their weapons so far have been lovely.

Has anybody got any Rheia spam to share? I think she is next on my list of girls to finally bring home.

Now I know why so many people collect Minifees, they really are addicting. I already want to get more.

 

I'm glad to see the certificates are coming with most currently-outstanding orders; it means my incoming order will include them and I'm looking forward to seeing what sort of certificates they do!

I'm also grateful right now that they're being somewhat flexible with my current order, which is only a couple of weeks old now. I found a lot of photos of the Shiwoo SP head after placing it, and really started to regret that I'd changed my mind and taken that out of the cart before ordering; thankfully, it looks like they're going to let me add it back in without resetting the processing time!

So in anticipation of that, can I see some SP spam? Shiwoo especially, but I'd like to see others too!
