It is cool yours have no seems, I wouldn't worry to much about them they should be fine to be fair. I wish I could have afforded more hands to be fair but I am happy I got 3 pairs! They are really lovely because I think they can really help with body language in photo's and thinks like that and I think they can really help you be expressive with them.

It was when I saw a minifee in real life that I just had to have one. I ran a charity event a few years ago with some friends and FL sent us a doll to raffle off to help raise more money. So before the event I had a look a the doll and have a quick play with her and I really fell in love with how they move and the joint system. She was a joy to play with. It was like no other BJD I had played with, so that is when I started saving for my own.

Sorry I can't help with the larger bust dolls since I don't own one. It might be worth trying nine9 style dresses though because some of them are too bug on the chests on my own dolls. However I can't say from personal experience.

Frezje I was telling my friend once how Celine would look nicer with more closed eyes / more mischievous look, and I see I wad right! XD Yours might be the only Celine I really like 83 (no offense to other Celine owners, to each their own right? >< )

Frezje - She looks stunning! I was staring for a bit trying to figure out the sculpt before I read that it was Celine. I like her dark look.

 

Whisper got a new wig today! Not really sure if I like it. :/

Awww! I love the Celine sculpt so much! Both Whisper and Alessia look so great and so different. It's absolutely wild and beautiful.

@karla-chan: yeah, I never really got to play with a minifee before Bellevue. A couple people in my local group have them but I was always afraid of hurting them so I didn't play with them too much. Now that I've got this girl, though, I completely understand why people have armies of them. The sculpting is gorgeous, she poses like a dream, and even holding her just feels nice somehow. Maybe because she doesn't flop in my hand like my other minis. She is engineered so well that she is simply just a joy. I'm afraid Fairyland has completely won me over. I actually didn't want that to happen, but it did.

 

I know FL has won me over I keep thinking I am "done" with them, but then I keep going back and they just keep tempting me. I have not really have trouble with my other mini's flopping in my hands, mind you I tend to re-sting a lot of my dolls with thicker sting then they come with because I think it makes them pose better. I use 3mm for arms and 4mm for the legs.

Although I do admit I have only had to re-string one out of four of the minifee's I have bought. My minifee girls have been OK from the box. I will agree that nothing is engineered like a minifee and even though I currently own 3 out of my collection of 8 dolls I can imagine getting more in the future because they are lovely dolls.

I am so happy you are so happy with your new girl and I am happy you are enjoying her.

Razzy, your girl is gorgeous. I love her eyes and she looks really cute in that wig, although I can't recall her previous wig!

Redid her faceup again. The Last version just wasn't her. She's still without lashes. I'm looking for recommendations for a place to buy some nice dolly lashes. Anyone?

 

Oooh I do like her with more...um...closedish eyes? XD I think I just like the Celine sculpt overall. She seems very versatile.

Yep...I hate life. Why does the Nanuri have to look so awesome? There's no way I can afford to buy anything from FL now. *sigh* I'm really disappointed. I really like this head. :/

Oh man the new MNF event head is one of the best heads I've seen sculpted from them in a while, it's adorable and has such a cute nose! I'm in total love @~@ (I guess this means I may need to keep an eye out for any that pop up in the MP in the future...for a reasonable price that is >_O oof those 2nd hand prices send shivers down my spine!)

 

I actually really like this nanuri head. Its so sweet looking.

Maybe you can contact fairyland to see if they will add it for you. I know they did that a lot with the juri event and it never hurts to ask right?

I've recently become a convert to Fairyland and got my first Minifee. I can't get over her posing abilities! I bought from Sweet'n'Honey (who were excellent to buy from) and didn't get any customs - woo! So pleased with my new Celine



Please forgive her naked face - I'll be getting onto a faceup soon, once I've worked up the courage to do those little teeth!
