Everyone's dolls are so beautiful! I can't wait to bring my own home Dx (and to hear all the perverted jokes from my brothers..xD)

I'd definitely love some juri 08 spam here. My hearts been melting over her for months now!

 

I don't remember who asked, but regarding the Moe line feet:

I find Yo-SD shoes to be kind of hit or miss. My girl does fit Leekeworld yo-sd shoes, but you have to force her foot in them a little because they are chubby feet.

Also, I tried to put some black Dear Doll size (Yo-SD) shoes on her, but they wouldn't go on. Her feet were never going in those shoes.

However, I also have Dear Doll size snow boots, and they DO fit her. It is a snug fit, I had to squeeze her feet in a little, but she can stand just fine in them, and I think they would fit even better with no socks, or thinner ones.

 

Anyone have some more tanned beauties to fill my waking hours with?
I would love to have a good idea of what the tan is like in person. SO EXCITED!!!
Already stalking Brennil's forum for a slot in her waitlist so I can order the stuff I need!

 

I got my shipping notice from Fairyland today...my tan Celine is on her way and I don't have a wig or clothes for her! Better run off to etsy!

Ohhh wow I love the look of it! The tan looks not too dark but not to light either.

FMD only really has styles I like in that size range, and I hear with a silicon cap she can wear them no problem.

I think it suits Tea best - looks over sized on Angel and not the right shape for Wren.

She is so cute and that hair color suits her well!

I've got one dollzone MSD wig (at least I think it's a DZ 7-8) it's a little big on my MNFs, it would fit better with a wig cap or maybe a rubber band or two to prevent slipping.

I will defiantly try, nothing is fitting because I don't have clothes, haha. I have maybe one outfit for each girl so far and well little miss moe-line has no clothes as of yet, they are still in the mail and I am getting very impatient for them, so I am making due with what I have so its a bit more, artistic? Haha. But yes she is on the Moe-line with a Full Bust, so just working around that small curve.

Glowbee I love her in that color! She is so gorgeous makes me wish I would have picked up another tan.

I think it's her face-up that's keeping me from taking more pictures of her, it's very nicely done, but it just isn't quite my style (I'm incredibly picky about face-ups, that's why I ended up learning how to do my own) I can't really wipe it though since it's a good face-up, so she might not end up staying (especially since my new MNF Luka really looks very much like her)

 

i made Sage a little hand sewn singlet today she doesn't really have any 'casual' clothes yet but this will do for now~

Careful you say that and half the BJD community will start stalking you for her.

She is exceptionally cute though, I looked at her and immediately thought "see this is why I want a Juri08 someday!!" Maybe she needs a bit of wig and eyes and clothes swapping so she looks fresh in your eyes?
Anyway here's hoping you fall in love with her again, because she is adorable.

 

The Luka sculpt does look like the Juri 2008. I'm surprised more people don't buy it and have an ear mod done...Hmm, that's actually not a bad idea!!

I think you just need to try some different things and I bet you will become more interested. I had to do that with one of my other dolls (not a MNF). It's because I had my first bad experience in the dolly community with her, and I was turned off for awhile. But I came to appreciate her cuz it wasn't her fault, LOL!

What about trying that head with that face up as a boy?? That would be pretty rare, a Juri08 boy!

Actually speaking of the coveted Juri'08 what do you all think of the idea of asking FL if there is any chance they could bring back the Juri'08....(yes I know that's been done and that the answer is no) in a different size. I continue to think she and Miyu would make for fantastic Littlefees but I was thinking the Juri"08 would also make for an adorable Realpuki (sadly at the expense of those precious precious ears but still).

If the issue is (as rumor had it) about their lacking a mold more than any other reason then this solves that one problem. A different size would need to be largely re-scuplted and molded.

I have been meaning to ask Karsh owners, do you use 10mm, 12mm or 14mm eyes? Anyone got a picture with both? (I am guessing that 10mm is too small and will gap).
I am so excited and just planning out all the stuff for my girly is so exciting!

I kept the 14mm eyes that came with mine when I had my karsh boy. I am getting a Karsh girl as soon as she gets freed from customs and I have bought her 14mm eyes ready.

Oooh can't wait to see her. I love tomboy girls! Mine's going to be all cute, tiny and girly I think though. XD She looks great on the Moe body. When mine comes in I can take some M-Line pics on a small chest but again there will be resin differences since my head is coming in BW and the body is NS. XD I just hope they ship soon but I'm expecting another few weeks now. x_x;

I have a modded Karsh but I use 12mm - her eyes are smaller than normal Karsh but 10mm would be gappy in her.

Sooo... I've been fighting off getting antsy in the FL waiting room, since lots of orders before and after mind have shipped and arrived. I will admit to being a bit obsessive about it, though, and have been daily checking my order status.

Today it has changed to "before shipping!" With luck, my tan Rheia (and her tan OT companion and a large amount of other stuff, including event heads) and my BW Juri '13 will be on their way home in just a few days! I already have a body for the Juri head, and have a massive load of eyes and hair to try on everyone to see what suits whom best!

So gorram excited!! This is the kind of news I needed to boost my day.

Thank you for the wig advice! I asked a lady on Flickr, and she said her Chloe wore a 7/8 from FMD with a wig cap and it fit nice and snug.
She said the 6/7 was really tight. So I went for it and ordered the 7/8 with the cap.

Ahhh, Bunny is gonna ship soon and Im so anxious.
The wait feels like it flew by, probably because I didn't obsess over her like my last FL order.
But now the wait is really getting to me, I can't wait!! ~

 

You and siruveru are making me think I made a mistake going for Celine. I always loved Chloe, and she looks so perfect in tan!

 

My m line Eliya (with extra boobage) should be shipping in the next month (she's normal skin and ordered at the end of June). I am now rushing to finish all my other doll face ups and projects before she arrives. Could I request Eliya spam to keep me going over the next few weeks?
