Fairyland MiniFee MNF discussion part 31

I'm wondering, since they're renewing the female body, if they're planning on releasing a new male body as well. :O

 

I think I could like the new body, I think the only thing I really dislike is the huge boobs. If they give options for different boob sizes then I could be really nice. I do like to have variation in body types when it comes to dolls, so it could be an option if I fell in love with another MNF.

Although I will admit, if the feet are smaller then the feet on the old A-line body that would put me off since all my other dolls have the same size feet and that would be a factor.

 

As for the new MiniFee body?

It looks very interesting. I am all for more jointing normally, but the lower joint is really not very useful (at least no so much on my big Delf girl), so removing it really streamlines the whole doll.

Just when I thought I might be safe from the MiniFee bug...

 

I find the likelihood of a new boy body to be INCREDIBLY slim. This body was crafted two years ago and they're only releasing it now. (Probably due to any contracts they had signed when crafting the Mami doll) I think this is more of a "We already had the molds for it so why not" kind of thing.
I am going to make a pretty blunt statement but I wouldn't get anyone's hopes up for a boy body being released with this one. It just seems unlikely.

 

I see, that does make sense. I still really hope that they make the body with smaller bust options because that would make it very tempting for me. I am not a fan of huge boobs.

they showed two sizes on their blog. the "these only cost me $5000 " and a kind of medium, which look close to the A-line large. but yeah, I'd also like the cutie bust!

this body is really growing on me. if we can switch the feet to the old ones and if FL release a basic (human) Siean head, I will probably be getting one

 

I see, I am finding it hard to get good pictures to be honest. I would like it with a cutie bust. Although can you buy FL feet separate, other then the high heal feet? I would honestly consider that...

I would just have to wait for a cute elf girl to come out and I know what character it would be good for...

 

if they feet are interchangeable they might add the option of buying flat feet separetely. they do it with the feeple65.

If you go about two pages back I posted the original link to the original Mami Tomoe doll sale from 2011. It also talks more about the body and has some pictures as well.
In the pictures it shows the doll posing with the cutie bust.

I was a bit confused by that, but that is because I am not very good at using Goggle translate. Plus everyone was talking about the dislike of the large boobs and not saying, oh I prefer the smaller boobs. That is what threw me off a little. I think not helped by the fact it was the Tomoe doll. Which I have never actually seen before.

 

Hmm, I'm kind of on the fence about the new body.

I like the new shoulder shape and the lack of waist joint but I'm really not a fan of the large bust, to me the rest of the body seems more youthful so the chest feels out of place, the feet look quite odd to me too. that said if I end-up getting another MNF I might consider the new body (with a small bust) for a younger character.

 

I was hoping but I'm probably going to be disappointed. They wouldn't have the ability of changing heads between lines like with the Chicline right? I'm looking for Littlefees onto this new MNF body :/

 

that would be so neat! I'd love a LTF Chloe on the new body...

 

Oh I remember the Mami doll now! I just didn't remember seeing the body pictures before, just the doll herself. That's pretty cool of them to use the body mold. Might as well if it's just lying around the building.

samson Yes I painted them, but I have been practicing only for a few months, so I am only a novice.
The new Pose line test (will it be called P-line?) is interesting, I am curious about the photos, comparisons, with a small bust it is quite cute. I am eagerly awaiting the new hands, I like variability very much.
Ebony Rain On Fairyland's blog I also checked out this head on a Pose body. I did not recognize it I also think it resembles Lisa, but I must say I really like it.

 

I think I am one of the few people who actually really really loves the feet! Maybe Im just a weirdo, hahaha!
They look really cute with the legs, though I dont know how much of a major difference it would make in shoe size.

I think this body will make people who wish the minifees were just a bit more cuddly, very happy.

So how long after something is shown on their blog does it get released?

 

I like the little feet too, but then I like the huge dolfy dynamite boobs too. :p

 

I love the feet. They are so chubby and cute. I feel like they could fit into similar Yo-sd shoes.

I honestly would love for FL to release a new minifee boy body. Maybe one that is shorter and less muscular. I really don't like my men that manly and having a thinner boy much like a Unoa boy body would be cute. As for now I'm calling the new minifee head duckface Rheia, since her lips look really pouty and kinda like a duck. She could possibly be a Minifee Lisa or maybe a new sculpt in general. Who knows when they will release it.. possibly friday? They seem to release stuff on that day..

 

I like the new body. She is quite cute. Those feet look a bit like the littlefee feet, so I wonder if they will have magnets in them too? Not a fan of the big bust though, really hoping they release the cutie bust. It would be perfect for my planned Luka girl!

I LOVE this new body. She looks a bit chubby and cute! Omg those feet are to die for! they look smaller too. and the hands are so pretty!!! And I agree, the boobs are WAAAYY big so I'd probably go with the smaller choice. I'm in love .

I changed Gambits eyes out last week and am just now getting around to sharing. I like them better than the red I had in him before, and they match his wings and horn color now ^.^

The new sculpt kind of looks like a minifee version of the littlefee Lisa!

The feet seem chunky and small to me, considering the hands and stuff are so svelte. She seems... really... stiff. I like the movement the upper body has but the lower body just doesn't do it for me. I, personally, think this is a step back for them. Frankly, it seems like an updated B-line body rather than a general minifee body update.

 

I agree right down to the not gonna happen anytime soon.
I know many people love the muscle body and choose it over the normal body for maturity purposes, but I'm not a big fan of it. I've considered getting a chic-line boy body because I like the way it was sculpted much better.... only thing is next to my girls that proverbial boy would be seriously short and slightly built. Not necessarily a problem but I would love to see some more variety. And I would love to see something like Rou as a minifee, I can dream right?.

 

chiming in about the new body, pity the hip cup still there. But I suppose since it's already from their previous jp release, as some already mentioned

LuckyXIII - I really like Gambit's eyes- the matching is nice!

I look forward to new information on the plans that Fairyland has for their sales - I have been watching the discussion closely and I guess you can count me in on the side of: options = awesome! Plus the pictures look very cute so far.

 

im excited about the new body. maybe its just a regular msd size and not a slim msd? i also like that this is giving me more options, since i already have three full minifee's at home and one floating head , and two floating heads +another full one on the way i was starting to feel like they were all going to have the same body types, this opens a few more options so that if when they are all complete and i take a group picture someday, all seven minifee girls differ in more areas than just bust/legs but not so much that they look like they are from different worlds.

 

I think I like the new body enough that I'd consider swapping out one of my A-line bodies for it, just for a bit more variety if nothing else. If it came down to it and I could only keep one minifee, it probably wouldn't be on that body though.
I like the huge boobs. They look a bit funny when she's naked, but dressed she'd just look like she's wearing a nice Victoria Secret pushup bra (my other addiction XD)

We'll see what happens. I'm hoping the release of a new body (and head?) will mean another event worth partaking in!

hmmm so I got my Mirwen boy today that I bought on April 12th from the marketplace.. but he will be a she... anyways.. just thought to let you know that wigs 7-8 are all what I got and wig caps as everyone suggested that they are big.. I was surprised that they were quite hard to put on ... even without the silicon cap!!

I will post pics later.. but ya! I was even worried they wont fit ... too small or sth.. but with good stretching they were on!
However the seller sent a red wig.. which IS a big size that might need silicon cap .. however am not gonna need a red wig for my character

For the new body, I don't mind it other than the stubby feet. I don't have a girl and the way my plans keep changing, not sure what is going to happen. Though I'm sure I'll eventually get a body for my Siean that is coming in, just not anytime soon.

 

Speaking of events, have the Elf Sieans and Yders come in yet? I'm dying to see them!

somehow missed all the debate about the new body till just now. i must have been in the twilight zone or something ... not sure i would bother with it unless it had the option for smaller bust, but as far as the feet go, worst case if they were really too small, couldn't you just swap them out for high heeled feet? at least then you could get shoes that would be mature enough to fit the body. (and now back to enjoying the spam again )

 

Have been talking with some friends, and this body is growing on me. I mean to put a LTF head on this body (maybe not the balloon boobs) but the little one would be very cool. Pretty much all of my dolls are grownups or in their mid 20's (I have children I don't need my dolls to be children) and the thought of a bigger LTF that's more mature is kind of exciting. I'd have to have a HUGE sale on all of her old clothes, but the NEW clothes to get would be fantastic. I like the little feet and if they can fit into YO-SD/LTF shoes would be A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. I still wish companies wouldn't pose the dolls WITHOUT clothes, because once you get them dressed, THEY CAN'T KEEP THOSE POSES, and for me personally, my dolls all have clothes, socks, underwear, bras, like real people. Not to many of them lay around naked, and if they do it's a particular character.

 

I was actually considering putting a Littlefee Nanuri Winter FP on a larger matching body rather than a Littlefee one. If this body would work for her that'd be perfect (with a smaller bust of course). I love Tinies but I am more of a fan of MSDs, and really wished the Nanuri FP had been for Minifee size.

 

Okay. WHOA. I saw a picture of the new body on flickr with a link to the full doll... Fairyland is going anime. I doubt they'll stop making their current dolls, but they're making anime style dolls as well now. That explains the huge boobs and tiny feet!

 

it would be fun to have a grownup version of the LTFs for sure. I'm I correct that they are making her 38cm??? I would hope she would be 30cm???

 

I'm on the fence about the new body too. I like some parts a lot, but other aspects, I am not found of at all. She has the same pooched out belly that the F60 girl has.

Does no one else find it odd that her belly sticks out more than her huge boobs? I mean it's reeeeaaaally awkward, especially cuz she's such a thin thing.

 

I am getting to like this new body, but I will wait until owner pictures first before I get my first Minifee.

The Mami Tomoe body was 40cm if I'm remembering correctly and it is a new minifee body. I'd be interested in a 38cm body but I think this still counts as just regular ol' minifee. That or they couldn't come up with a new name for a new line.

They're not "going anime". The body you're seeing is for the "Mami Tomoe" doll that they helped to make for another hobby company. They won't be making that anime head for their own shop, it was done for a special, limited order.

 

Haha, I'm glad I'm not the only one that wants their LTFs older. Right now I have them on the C-line bodies. Though this new body I feel would be more ideal for their characters. Since they're not suppose to be va-vroom, just cute young girls. xD

I do love the fashion doll shoes though. I'll have to give those up >.< Ahh, we'll see...

Oh, I never thought they were going Anime at all, I was only referring to the body itself and its size. But I've made it a habit to call it the Mami Tomoe body. But even if the head won't be used again, I just wonder if the regular heads will be the same size as the Mami one, that's all. If it truly is going to be 38 cm, I'm rather excited to see that.

My guess is that this is just a redesign of the body, heads will be the same as they were before. They've probably have had plans for this body to come out for a few years but waited until their contract for Mami Tomoe had ended. I doubt they would stop production of A-line bodies since there will still be people who prefer A-line to this D-line (I'm nicknaming it Dream line) body. I feel like a lot of people have asked for a body between Minifee and Littlefee so this 40cm body is probably their answer to this. I was hoping they would make something similar to Chibi Unoas but who knows.. I've heard rumors of an in between body...
