I've always wanted a Minifee and a couple of days ago I finally ordered one!! It's a Rena with an active body, large bust and cutie legs. I just finished ordering her outfit too! All I need is shoes and a wig I am soo excited, she's my first Minifee and msd! Her name is gonna be Orion hiphip horray!

 

sahkmet- i cant believe that you restored her to suck lengths and cuteness. she is darling!! im so glad you were able to find her under all the nonsense i put that girl through. Mori is perfect!

Hey, I have a question O: Is there someone in here who has a SP Breakaway scar head that can show me what the head and cap looks like on the inside? I just got one off a friend who bought it on the marketplace long ago, and it doesn't have the customary year-and-name inscription like all of my other heads. But I don't have an SP head at all, so I was curious whether this is normal for SP heads in general or just something Fairyland started doing after they released the Breakaways? I have a code inside the cap, but that's not... really making me smarter, not even with google.

 

I do have a boy, but I don't think I've taken a photo of the inside of his head before - unfortunately I can't check him at the moment as his head is elsewhere. I can't honestly remember what is inside his head either.

Awww. Well, if you do find the opportunity, I'd be really grateful. I'm in no particular hurry though. It was just something I noticed, and I was a bit confused. So yeah, I want to know '-'

 

Some of them for some reason don't have anything stamped inside their heads - I was marvelling over the randomness of what was stamped on the insides of my 60cm sized Lishe heads a little while ago - a couple of them have nothing, a couple have "Lishe 1-1" which is the generic stamp for the OE, and a couple had some distinctly strange ones; even with shared releases - i.e. by Elf 05 and Elf Vampire heads have two different things stamped inside their heads and they were released together.

 

Oooh... well it's a relief I'm not the only one, in that case! If it's random, I'm not as concerned. Though you'd think Fairyland would want to keep a consistent labeling to avoid confusion sob. It'd make things a lot easier.

 

You'd think. I think my MNF Lishe has "Lishe 1-1" or something similar inside her head and I think my Tanning Lishe is the same. But no, with the variation I've seen for each of my 60cm heads, I don't worry too much about what's in their heads, unless it's the wrong thing altogether!

I checked one of my Juri'11s, I should check the other too, but I'm too lazy to take off his wig. 8( It's a pain to get it back on.

 

I contacted FL a few days ago about when they would ship since I might need to change the shipping address (since we're moving and I don't want her re-routed everywhere) and they said she would be shipped by the end of Feb and it's the end of Feb and she's still processing!!!! I might cry!!!

Oh noes! Somehow there is a tiny nick in my Shiwoo's forehead. I'm not sure how it happened but I want to get rid of it, thankfully its the sleeping face and does not yet have a faceup. Does anyone know how the boiling thing works? Can I put the head in a bowl and pour boiling water on it or do I have to actually boil the in a pot? Kinda afraid of the process >_<

 

Maybe try steam from a kettle first?

 

I agree with DFS, i think the steam should be enough to help if its a dent and not a chip. I wouldnt want to boil the head in the pot for fear of softening the resin and possibly warping him I have done this method because once I dropped a head on the floor and dented a nose! I basically got a cup of water and microwaved it for a minute or two until it was steamy, and I alternated between holding the head in the steam and gently dipping the nose in the water for short periods of time. It worked

On a side note... has anyone been able to get an answer out of FL about a basic siean? Id really love to get one but Im not sure I can put the funds together in time for the event, knowing that I can purchase him later would be a huge relief! Should I write FL? Do you think if enough people asked for him to be basic they might consider?

I've been wondering if anyone has changed their sculpt pairings because they don't look right together?

For instance, when Oliver and Marcy are together, they look odd. Ryeon's head looks twice as big as VE Woosoo. It bothers me so much I've been thinking of changing Oliver from a VE Woosoo. :'(

 

Well I can't answer this specifically because I don't have a couple or even a sibling pair but I have noticed that my DES and Shushu just go together very well. They are only supposed to be acquaintances/adventuring companions and Aislinn is an elf so this isn't a problem might even be a good thing. But it still strikes me how "other" DES looks compared to the very human look of the Shushu.

If it's something you can't help but see every time you look at them then a change might indeed be in order. I personally think the only thing you should think when you look at your dolls is how much you love this or that about them.

I guess I've just been lucky with my pairings, but I can see why it would bother you because girls tend to be smaller than boys. I'm hoping Siean won't be too big of a head, or at least smaller than Breakaway and Kyle. XD

Well, I've been talked out of the Valentine's Event by another event. I was so obsessed with the elf heads that I almost missed it! So neither of those heads will be coming home to me. I might pick them up sometime down the road, but neither of them screamed out to me & got me excited.

I have a super quick request, does anyone know what a Shushu head would look like on a Doll Chateau Girl body? I've got a Shushu head coming in that would just be so perfect on that body but I don't know how well the head would fit. So would anyone be able to tell me if it looks okay? Thanks in advance!

 

Both of them have the default Fairyland faceup, but I edited Dawn's. (Eliya) She has way too much red blush on her cheeks & chin, so I took it off.

Does anyone have the measurements around the ankle? And from the crotch to the knee? I want to commission a pair of jeans but my girl hasn't come in yet?

Also, does anyone have any good places for jeans? I want to order from Brennil but missed her ordering period this time and want some jeans for when my girl gets here.

Angie finally came home today from her faceup! She would have been home a lot sooner if it wasn't for the post man being silly and not leaving a collection notice... for two whole weeks... TT_TT

Anyway, here she is! She's demanding a new wig, but she's definitely settled on the white. I think it's time to spoil the MNF girls when Layla gets back home !
