I'm almost afraid to ask, but are there still no pics for the event heads? I'm sorry to say this, but this isn't good customer service to me .

 

Not yet I'm disappointed that it's taking this long too, all the other company's I can think of post the event pictures as soon as the event starts.

 

Hmmm, Maybe the photos haven't been posted yet because FL are still on holiday for the Lunar New Year?

Or, maybe by delaying they're perhaps trying to build some hype/excitement?

 

I'm really wanting those pictures! I want to know if it's worth the effort for Yder! Anyways in the mean time Sage got her proper wig today! I have to thank Ravenwolf for letting me have to opportunity to buy this amazing wig! Thank you for helping Sage come more to life! And of course Strudel (the Soso) had to be in the picture to! Still on the fence as to whether I want to send her off for a custom face-up or not, I'll decide eventually!

 

Hi there! It's been a long time since I was around, too much work and too little time for dolls... I've been enjoying all the pics so much!

I don't think it will be long since the event heads start rolling around the forums, because I got my new girl this morning with the Littlefee event head. I'm sure the Minifees will be up in no time!

I will be placing my order soon for an F60 male body and getting the elf Siean head. Hopefully I will have a female body for her when she arrives in a few months!

 

I ordered the bodies for them. I was part of a split hosted by my girlfriend, so I'm also getting the shoes from the Celine fullset. Now, to get them all of the goodies like wigs, eyes, and clothes before they get home.

 

What does everyone think of Celine? And I just bought a Rheia! SO cute! She reminds me a lot of Chloe, but that's not a bad thing.

 

The Rheia came before the Chloe, I believe. But I like them both!

I like the Celine because she reminds me of the Soony. Anyone else think so?

 

Well yes, but couldn't they do that before the event starts? We're losing time now! D=

 

I'm wondering if they are still sculpting the heads actually. XD Last time they took this long was with the F60 body event I think and they didn't post pictures until they'd started shipping orders.

I too am just itching to order but am also in the waiting-for-pictures boat. Thankfully there is still a lot of time left in the event. ^^ I admit I am a bit anxious to see the Siean head, I'm hoping she won't be too mature/un-cute. But if MNF Siean is to F65 Siean like MNF Chloe is to F65 Chloe, she's sure to be darling!

I too am still waiting anxiously for pictures of Siean and Yder! There's nothing else that I *need* from Fairyland right now so I don't want to place a blind order. I'm still wondering if I've exceeded my minifee capacity so in order for me to bring another one home I have to love love love them. Part of me hopes I love at least one, and part of me hopes I don't love either XD
Darn you Fairyland, I said I was going to bring some variety into my doll family this year and you are SO not helping!

Hey guys, sorry if this is a really old topic, I have been out of the hobby for a couple years, and recently came back. I noticed MNF Shushu isn't shown in the MNF section on Fairyland anymore! I see you can still buy it in a la carte mode, I just think its so odd she isn't on there anymore.

 

I can sure help with the elf spam, although it is an older picture of Jessica.

 

Yeah, that is kind of odd. Strange because I think Shushu is still one of their popular molds.

Hrmm... I'm with those who are waiting on the event head pics before I make an order for anything that I don't need immediately... *hrm* I wonder if they're going to actually post pictures of them at all though? I've noticed that their picture blog doesn't really update very quickly anymore either.

 

Yay for Elf Spam! Most of my crew are elves. Here is Keaira, a modded elf Rheia, but you can't see her ears here

 

I remember a few pages back someone asking Fairyland about pictures last week and they said "in a few days". I'm sure they're still playing catch up from their lunar holidays, so here's hoping we'll have something by the end of the week!

kind of a crap picture, but I was excited and wanted to share 'cause I finally got some guitars for my girl Lena.
I got the one pictured below as well as a semi-hollow electric, they're from miniature guitar outlet for anyone interested.
I haven't actually measured them myself but the website says they're 9.5" which I guess may be a little on the large size if your minifee isn't meant to be petite, but my girl's character is fairly small so I think they look great.

EleanorAnne, That is a great picture! I've sometimes wanted a guitar for one of my crew, but never got one yet. I'll have to check that out ^_^

 

Well, I'm sure I've mentioned it before, but my addiction to living spaces for my minifees is probably
as big as my addiction for the minifees. Just this weekend I finally finished my incoming Mirwen's living space.
And although she wont be home for another 2-3 wks, I can't wait to photograph her in it:

Here is a shot of my Elf Shiwoo since there was a request for some elves. I even made sure you can see his adorable elf ears. Please forgive the cell phone photo.

 

Elf Shiwoo is very cute.

I love elves so much so if there is an option to get a doll with elf ears, I jump on it. I managed to snag one of the Karsh's floating around the mp. I can't wait until he gets here; I've always wanted a mnf Karsh since I first found FL. I have no idea why it's taken me so long to get one. well, I do. easily distracted by other dolls! I'll be spaming the heck out of him once he shows up!

I use shelves..they are pretty big spaces..never measured them though. I'd say each room is approx 24 inches horizontally, equally or a little more vertically...

 

Like just regular book shelves? Or do you build your own? You always have such nice lighting - if they're just shelves, how do you make it so bright?

 

Regular bookshelves. Luckily my room is just naturally bright, I just open the curtains and take pics

 

Recently took the plunge into MNF territory and bought myself a Mirwen - she's arrived home from the day spa today and I wanted to show you all. Please excuse my terrible photography!

She's still listed on A la carte but nowhere else.. Are they planning on retiring Shushu?

 

So, according to FL my Chloe should ship by the end of the month! Which gives it enough time to ship before we move!!!! yay!!!!!

Gosh, I hope not. Shushu is my all-time favorite MiniFee sculpt. I'm planning to get her after my Celine comes home.

I've always wondered why Fairyland didn't take new photos of all the MiniFees instead of using the old photos from Luts. Does anyone know?

 

I think most of the sculpts are just going to be offered in the A la Carte section instead of being listed as separate listings...

 

There are quite a few dolls which are listed only in al a carte. Why would you need to have a seperate "basic" sale page if they're available in al a carte? That is the basic listing. They only get listed seperately now if they're available as a fullset, which makes sense. For example: Mirwen, Chloe, Karsh, Rix, Rena, etc all only have fullset and al a carte listings. Lishe and El aren't listed at all except in al a carte. I doubt very much that they'll put any of their heads out of sale.

Why would you need to take new photos? Nothing has changed - not the sculpt, the way they're made or the faceup.

 

Mn, I don't think they're retiring her. If you'd noticed on her old page, she was the only Minifee girl left being offered on the old B-line body instead of A-line like the other basics. They're either updating her sales page or just leaving her to the A-la-carte system. No need to worry.

 

I think we need more photos from FL!! I so think they can put all the sculpts on separate pages to show the variety~
