Need some help here. I've searched all over but can't find any pics of a Soom monthly Little Gem with a Minifee. I didn't think it would be that hard.

Looking good, dollyb! You should try taking photos somewhere near a window for more natural lighting. More light usually helps photography a lot. ^^ I know when I take photos with good lighting it really helps my Point-and-shoot take clearer photos.

Haha, I know what you mean, dollyb. ^^ Finding the right location can be really hard, I've found. I tried to shoot near a window for my last photostory and ended up needing to actually block some of the light because it was washing out my photos!

 

Hey guys, can I see some pics of Shushu with ED or Dollflower 12mm eyes? I'm not sure which size I should get for my Shushu, 14 or 12mm.

Oh my inverinate! My problem is my camera try's to focus everything outside of the window :-/

I got my Minifee body today! It's a B-line. It came unstrung and I have no clue how to string them. xD The only elastic he had was in his top torso and his neck peice. Is that all he needs? Or do I need to buy more for his legs,and where can I buy it and how much if I need to get more?

Can the elastic hooks to the neck piece stretch to his feet? If so you should be fine. If not you may need more and you can usually buy some at local fabric or craft stores like Joann's. They have it by the yard.

The elastic should run from one foot, up the leg, through the torso and neck piece and then down through the torso again to attach to the other foot - much like the old Delf bodies. I will try to find a tutorial and post if I can.

Found vids for a Delf body, its much the same as a MNF B-line so this should help you! They didnt show how to measure the elastic though, but usually I just line up the body (unstrung) and if it were strung and then measure from the neck to the feet (factoring in the knot and stretch of the elastic)

To all those who have hybrids, what bodies are your kids on? iv decided to give Rix another chance and get a face-up on him before i decided anything els ^^ i want to get him another body though and so far the only match iv come across is the leekeworld art body

 

i really want the leeke artworld body for my rheia...sadly, now they arent selling it anymore. /fingers crossed i can find one or it comes up for sale again in the future...when i have money. ugh. otherwise, i had planned for a loongsoul body originally. my girl is WS so its a LOT easier to find a match. ^^;;;

Hope you get your boy sorted out dollyb!! I remember when I first had to restring, I had to make sure all the parts were separated xD and OMG, restringing 3 Minifee's back to back is highly not recommended.. My poor fingers!

awww thanks! im super excited for her. its going to be awhile before she's complete though. working on the tattoos now. lol im glad people are calling her my coffee girl, but i def want people to be aware that while that worked, its not the reason she is so dark now. that's all a custom color airbrushed on. However, she still smells divine...!

 

One more piece of advice, dollyb, and then you can ignore me, haha. XD If you have trouble focusing on your doll, look for a "macro" setting. It'll help you focus on close-up things better. :3 I know my photography would be practically impossible without my macro setting!

There's nothing better after a long day of taking care of your sick boyfriend than coming to see all these beautiful Minifees.

I've been on the search the past few days for the perfect purple eyes for Luna. It seems every purple eye I come across has too much red in it, is too light, or just doesn't look right and the colors I do find to be perfect are urethane. T.T Does anyone else have problems when trying to find the right eyes for your characters?
