Lily wears a 6/7 Leeke wig and it fits her wonderfully! She had previously a 7/8 Leeke wig that just wouldn't stay on. Too big.

Im deciding to go back to my roots in mnf's! I am returning with a shushu, I miss her too much for my character, luka aswell so....luka and shushu spam please

Thanks! I'm still not quite sure about these eyes, I did have a pair of blue glass in her before the spa and I'm not sure which looks better!

Cheers- I used some craft glue I had lying around and so far, so good! (applied it with a knitting hook...)

Allstar - Yeah - my dollie plans have changed SO much over time that I can barely remember the molds I have owned sometimes! Kind of crazy.

TPR - I really like how that faceup looks on Magna Dea - very nice actually, with her bronze skin tone.

samson - Yeah - makes me linger on the tought of going back to a Luka sometimes....but I am not 100% sure about it. I definitely wouldn't mind getting a second Shushu though!

The first reason why i chose a shushu head is because i searched for a head that looks similar to my SD girl. But without that reason, i could not decide between all the FL heads (luka, chloe and ryeon, including shushu).

I haven't said anything yet, sugarxpopz, but I really love how soft and sweet Luna is! I love her pastel colors. >w<

Drive by spam to show off the new violin! I found someone who sells a full range of violins that work for about just every single size of dolls! I got a 1/4 scaled one for the MNF and a 1/5 scaled one for C-Line.. What can I say?? I LOVE PROPS!

I have a 6/7 wig "Stay with Me" style from For My Doll, It fits my Shushu head nicely but a bit on the snug side, I think a 7/8 would be too large.

 

I love her dress! that is absolutely gorgeous!
Also now I am really bummed that the violin I have didn't come with a bow, it looks almost exactly like yours.

Hehe, yes, silver, I did. :3 No sense getting a company faceup when I plan on sending him off for a custom one anyway. I'm excited to be able to budget the extra money for a custom faceup without stressing about it. >w<

ravenwolf, I'm not sure I should say specifically (gotta keep my photostory mysteries) but I can say he's someone Fionha's known for a long, long time.

Man, I need to seriously look into Monique wigs...I like them a lot, especially the colors they come in, but I'm always too chicken to go for it. XD Where do you guys get them from? I'm always a little leery of buying them from sites that look sort of sketchy...>_<

jennabean, it depends on how far you live from Denver, but I think its always less than the shipping from Fairyland. Maybe $20 or less would be a good estimate? Someone who's actually gotten a doll from there should answer instead of me. XD

DDE shipping is so high >>;; I can mail out SDs for under 20$ somtimes.. so i'm always a little ticked when they've charged me like 36$ in the past for an MSD...

Also Monique wigs are awesome. I'm tempted to get a second for Mackenzie since her's is starting loosen gracefully or to get her a few more in whatever other styles the double red comes in.

For those asking about Monique wig sizes..I went with their 7/8 in Paige and Navajo are a bit on the loose side for my DES and Shushu but nothing a nice fat elastic band under can't handle.
And I've bought them at both Monique itself and Facets by Marcia; Monique took forever to ship but that might have been because I ordered a wig that was ultimately out of stock.

 

It cost me about $15 for DDE to send a minifee to me. I chose UPS to a business address (it's cheaper than a residential address). If you choose 'best' shipping, they usually send your package via USPS Priority.

 

Ban- omg i meant to answer you forever ago. my tanned girl is indeed dyed with coffee, but the reason she is so dark now is due entirely to airbrushing. im working on her tattoos now, and hopefully by next week she will be all finished sans faceup. ^^

Elcia, thank you, I love that dress too! It was an Ellowyne Wilde dress.. I've been following the Ellowyne line closely just to dress my Minifees! Sorry to hear about your violin.. These ones I found are shockingly realistic, they don't only come with bows but also a pretty little case!

Ban Sidhe, I got the violin from a Taobao seller, I can PM you the link if you like! Taobao is the one advantage of my husband's assignment in China.. I'm trying to get someone to custom make a cast iron spiral staircase in Minifee size for me next! (So far no luck, one seller wanted a minimum of 10 orders.. what am I gonna do with 10 Minifee staircases? the other ones wanted a whopping 400 USD for one!)

Hey guys, sorry to stray off topic here, but I was wondering if any of you had any Minifee and Dollzone dolls, especially newer Dollzone ones? I am waiting for a Breakaway head in the mail and want to put him on a new moment styled body, but don't know which colour would match; the pinky normal or the normal yellow. and when I look it up, all I get is normal, so... I'd rather be safe than sorry?
