I don't know why I struggle so much but where do I find the tutorials?

Also, I just figured out how to get photos to show on here, so here's one of my el elf taking down the Christmas tree.

I ordered mine on DDE not long after she was posted and I’m over here like I NEED HERRRRR

 

I got a new lap top so I can load photos again instead of links from my phone, YAY!!!, here are my Littles, Elliot and Ante on the spiral staircase.

Hi all, I just got my shipping notice for my full set hwayu today. She’s my first full set and my second littlefee and I’m so excited! She’s also my first vampire, I’m thinking her event plate will be Claudia from interview with a vampire

 

did you make it?

eilidh claimed she was guarding it from the boys, but every time i came back there were little tooth marks in the crust

 

Ah, no unfortunately, I could barely do woodwork in high school let alone a beautiful miniature staircase, lol!! I found it at an Antique mall, I was so excited to get it and I've had so much fun using it.

Ha, ha!!! I'm sure she'll blame the boys anyway, lol!!!

Hi everyone! I'm a long time lurker but first time poster here. I was recently super lucky to be able to purchase two LTF Babies on Facebook. I just finished giving the Rara a faceup and I am so obsessed with her - I had to come and show her off somewhere!



I am no artist But I wanted her body to one day put a Juri14 on because that sculpt is so cute on a baby body. So this one is sort of a stand in...

I also have a Bisou, Chiwoo Elf Girl & Ante, and a Halloween14 plate with no body. My dream LTF is Leah fullset, but I wasn't into the hobby yet when she was released. But! I ordered a Leah through DDE in December so hopefully I'm halfway into the wait for her!

Can't wait to see everyone's Hwayus popping up soon

 

Omy so Cute! I actually like your face up for her more than Fairylands, First time I'm looking at the sculpt going now thats cute.
I got my full set Hwayu in and had to take her on the road with me

I love her so much, I am obessed with littlefees now, I have Hwayu, Rendia, and a niya sp faceplate i'm modding open and giving elf ears too

 

She's the first Hwayu I've seen! Congrats!

Hey! Just thought people might want to see this. CP/FairyLand Re-release Survey

I wistfully put in for an Angel Elf Soo and a Vampire Dark Elf Soo in LTF size.

 

That survey is wonderfully evil, but all the dreaming and ideas are awesome!

did you order full set or blank or somewhere in between? Being patience for seeing non company face ups is hard.

They are already planning photo shoots and outfit commissions it was absolutely dangerous adding an old school vampire to my paranormal kids crew

 

It is more of a "What dolls would you be committed to buying should we release them" type of thing. I seriously doubt FL will get enough interest to justify releasing either one, but I can dream.

For Hwayu I got the fullset with unpainted parts. I hosted a split, so I will not be keeping everything, but I will have her with both open eyed and sleeping faces with the faceups along with her outfit and wig.

Cripes! I just realized she is going to need eyes! Lol, I wish I had thought about that when I made orders for random things the last five months. But, at least sleeping faces do not need eyes, so I will be good for a bit. She and my DES will just have to have a slumber party.

 

Oh, thank you for the survey link! I wish it allowed for event plates, I need Juris ;-; But I put that in the box at the bottom instead, with a tan event request too. I figured it doesn't hurt to ask!

@lilibet Rose is beautiful in that wig! I always go for the really long wigs and then realize they are way too long and then I have to work up courage to cut them

 

I have one long wig that came with another doll and I REALLY need to cut it but I am so nervous to because it's such a nice wig... I feel your pain!!

 

Very pretty Ante girls! I've only trimmed one wig, luckily it was meant to be a short cropped style.

 

This is one of my littlefee, Zoe! She is a FLAL and I painted her myself, I do need to work on my photography though.
I have a few other littlefees as well, including two babies who are very small and cute.

 

@perfectionismxx you know I love Zoe! I am so happy my FLAL face arrived this week (although I need to paint her and somehow find her a body), but I blame Zoe completely for me buying her

I'm ashamed I never did much with my Littlefee. I figured I'd try and find some spare time here and there to bond. My little girl wasn't too happy with my sewing practice attempts yesterday though...



This little girl was supposed to donate her body for the greater good (read: event faceplates) but she's just too adorable. I'm back to figuring out whether I want to splurge for extra bodies or if I'll just keep switching the plates onto the bodies I already own.

They're all demanding to be together though. Littlefee are such potato chips...

 

She has such a nice light natural faceup. She looks very cute.
My Chiwoo has such heavy eye makeup, he looks like the tiniest goth.

 

OMG...isn't that the truth? Your little girl is adorable. And destined to be a critic, which is good for any creative type!

I warn you, Wiishu was purchased by his Momma-D as a body for an event faceplate. Instead, after I fell in love with her Chi at a con (my first encounter with BJDs, and the LTFs were the unchallenged standouts for me) he announced to his Momma-D, when she came home, that he was destined to come home with me. The next day, she presented him to me. I didn't stop snivelling all day, and he hasn't stopped talking since. I think the only answer is to get dolls with duplicate faceplates and promise the original that these are alternates...maybe fancy makeup vs every day. Easy to negotiate with Wiishu, cuz he LOVES cosplay!

Definitely one of the cutest sculpts! And she's beautiful.

OMG! I've never seen one of these "face-up'd". I've got one of the OE, but haven't done it up yet. This is soooooo cute!

 

I'm such a fan of little Wiishu ❤ he does perform cosplay like a pro!

I did try the alternate faceplate thing but now I have a sort of twinning situation going on with one of my girls.

I think I'll need to purchase a preloved baby, have someone open the package for me, have them snatch the faceplate and have them sell it before I can find out about its whereabouts. Willpower? I have none when it comes to dolls.

I'm not complaining but my wallet is often cross with me for giving in. Who can say no to all these adorable Littlefee faces though. It's love at first sight on so many occassions.

 

Thank you so much! Wiishu sends you BIIIIIG hugs! And, yeah, that twinning thing is a concern. I actually turned my new factory painted Shiwoo face into Wiishu's "adventure face" because his original has become so fragile. When I have my workroom back, I'm hoping to reproduce that very special little expression that his original face had on the blank Shiwoo I have in the box.

I must admit, the best thing that ever happened for my pocket book was Wiishu's reaction to getting a little brother. I've managed to reconcile him to little bro Pooki, and he's taken on that responsibility like a pro, and I have a couple of faceplates that came in, one as a gift, the other on a second hand body, that I occasionally bring out for a photoshoot, but if I actually added them fulltime to the household...I fear for my sanity. Not my life (I leave that concern to the Poobanator) but while he'd share his clothing and space, woe be it unto me if my time was one of the things he had to share! He'd be oh so sweet...and oh so sad. I'm very grateful to those who share their LTFs on this site. It helps me love from afar without hurting his feelings.

HAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Good plan! The little blue-haired lad above was one of those, but I adore the elf chiwoo face, and this was a cute faceup, so he just quietly comes out for holidays. He has a name, but note, I've not used it. There's a reason for that. There's power in names, esp if used too much.

Poor Morgaine and Vanye, my ChicLines, have been ignored since I got their faceups done. That's hopefully going to change this summer, when I finally get my workroom back. I have NO IDEA what Wiishu is going to do when my Granado order comes in. (Dare I mention another company?) I'm finally "shelling" my main boys from my novels, Stephen and Wesley, both in Big Boy 70-74cm size and 30cm. That's going to be a lot of sewing machine time that's not going to Wiishu. Likely I'm going to have to give him something new in between every piece I do for anyone else.

Oh dear. I'm supposed to take my partner to the grocery store! We're both walking wounded at the moment, she's covid-safe, but short on stamina, I'm much better on stamina, but only half-safe. So I'm the designated driver!

I need to paint them and I don't know how I want to, but I keep looking at them and imagining regretting NOT owning LTF skates one day. What is impulse control.

 

@lilibet I know all too much what you mean about impulse control. I was (still am) waiting for my Fairyland orders to come in, which include a littlefee, Cygne, when I purchased this adorable in-stock LTF Ante (I call her Anni) and her skates. It took me some time to get up enough nerve to paint them but, then I decided to just have some fun, and I did. I gave them a few coats of MSC first so if I ever decide to change the painting on them, I probably can. Anyway, Anni seems to enjoy them.

@Dollquest omg I love Anni. You did SUCH a neat job on the laces, I have no faith in my powers to do that. Pink and purple is what I was maybe thinking too, I always wanted Barbie rollerskates as a kid...

Thanks, you are so sweet! But, thruth to be told - If you look closely, it's not perfect! I did have a great time painting them and I did a pair for my minifee too.

 

I was too late. He ordered them when my back was turned. I caught him running out of the office, giggling something about pink and glitter....I am...concerned...

 

Adorable kiddos and outfits, especially the skates! My kids have to share a pair of skates, poor things, but they're actual "put the foot into them" skates, not specifically for LTF. I'll have to go take a look at DDE's site and check those out.

I have the same issue...I have ended up with sets of twins because I purposefully adopt a LTF that I already own with the intent of keeping the body and selling off the faceplate, but once they get here I can never go through with it.

 

I have this fantasy of making alt faceplates for Wiishu. One of my cuter photoshopped pics of him is his happy "birfdayz" card, where I superimposed a Pong mouth for his singing mouth. He likes to go to filks at cons and it would be fun to have a singing face for him. And he's such a little sobersides, I'd like to mod...probably a sleeping face to a little happy face.

All this to keep the number of actual personalities running about the house to a minimum!

 

I love the ltf roller skates, I was so very tempted myself but I didn't decide to buy them, maybe I'll regret it.

I still need to work on my photography skills, you all take such lovely photos!
I have taken a picture of all my littlefees though, to introduce them to you.


Littlefees are too addictive, I swore I would stop at two, and now I have... more than that.

@perfectionismxx Your group is adorable! I am glad to see the baby bodies because I had heard so much about them, but didn't know what people were talking about. It's nice to see the comparison in your group picture.

 

Very sweet group. We are all in the same boat as you, we swear it will only be one or two, and then reality hits.

Oh, that horse escaped the barn *long* ago, then not only shut the door but burned the whole barn down. Great idea with the superimposing...Pong is one of the few faces not in my LTF group. Always great to see Wiishu
