Honestly, I still like LTF Chiwoo best. XD Sorry to the Ante owners, but cute as she is I'm not that into her, so even though she's an elf (and automatically I would want her), if I buy a LTF I'll probably stick to Chiwoo at this point. Lol I do think Rachel looks like a tiny Feeple Roda though. A slightly less sad one.

She loves all the boys though so we need to decide which we love most, and whether we really want the event items - luckily I'm not that bothered!

 

The new LittleFees are cute! But not cute enough to steal Shiwoos funds

 

OMG! Bisou is a bigger version of Bonnie! Bisou is the first LittleFee that I actually love, but I'm also afraid that her face is too baby-ish and she wouldn't look right next to my Bonnie. But then I also like the new Ante Elf. I've never been particularly drawn to the Ante sculpt, but there's something different about the Ante Elf. But I've never had any BJD bigger than 16cm, so I'm kind of hesitant to get one this size..... Oh well..... again, Bisou looks just like my Bonnie so I don't need two..... And none of the event gifts are calling me.

Well, after waffling between Chiwoo, El, & Flora forever and changing my mind about five hundred times....I joined a split for a Bisou >_> Looks like the crew will finally have a LF in its midst.

My daughter put in her request and we ordered a full-set Bisou girl to be named Calpurnia Erato (the muse of poetry) to go with her Pipi brother, William Tiberius Grey III. We're in for a wait. I'm hoping for Christmas, perhaps.

 

I like the boy outfit the best...that nice thick sweatshirt with that frilly fluttery tutu? Nah.

 

I really wanted an Ante but loved Chiwoo's Elf ears. Now there's an ANTE ELF!!!!! AAAARRRRGGGGGHHHHHH!!!!!! Cough. Errr, sorry. (slinks off to a corner to begin counting her pennies). I may have to put one of layaway with DDE. I love the outfit but I don't want it but the fullset is better value and I like the extra head. Decisions, Decisions......

 

Hobbysue, I know just how you feel. However, I think I will just get the Basic, as I also do not love the outfit that much, and another head would drive me nuts.

 

With the fullsets, do they come with makeup? What if you dont want makeup? I like everything else though, but I want to paint her myself.

 

I know that everyone's excited and talking about the new FL dolls, but I am still having major problems and I don't know what else I can do. Such a little thing as hands and magnets shouldn't be this bad.

I don't know if they can be ordered without makeup if it is a fullset. I didn't ask. What I did with my Shiwoo fullset was to sell his painted face in the marketplace and buy a blank one there. Fairyland does beautiful face ups, and I didn't have the heart to wipe it, and I thought someone else might enjoy it. Like you, I like to do my own. Wiping it after you get is always an option too, though.

 

Oooh, congrats on your decision! Bisou is just too adorable to resist, isn't she? (but don't tell Adeline I said that or she'll run off to her box and pout!) I'm sure you will love your LTF when she comes home!

with the full sets you can pick whether the face is painted or not and that goes for the sleeping and awake.

 

Yeah I saw the option for "No" on the makeup drop down. Unfortunately choosing not to do a faceup doesn't lower the price from the looks of it.

That drop down is for the sleeping face. The fullset dolls come with the default faceup on the open eyed faceplate.

 

I'm so sorry you are having so many problems. I don't know how to help.

Argh!! Waiting is so hard!! I think the hardest wait I ever had was for my Littlefee Ante. Here are a few dark haired pictures for you.

Ruby is sulking tonight and won't play. She is sitting in her chair grumbling to her rooster. I think she's upset about yet ANOTHER girl to possibly have to share clothing and toys with. Spoiled little demon princess!

Ooo, you sound like me....I have to pay off my Ante but I think I'm going to try for the Bisou girl too next. So much for a brother for Ruby! I might decide to have the Bisou as her twin instead of the Ante. Which means selling another doll.

I love Ruby!! It's so funny how they are the same mold, but they all seem to have their own personality. I think Bisou would make a great twin for Ruby. I like that they are similiar yet different....just like real siblings.

Nope, I haven't seen one yet either. But I asked for it as the gift anyway 'cause I don't have a Puki and wouldn't have a use for the Pumpkin head and I wasn't interested in the other head.

Thanks! I know...it's really odd how they seem so different depending on the personalities they take on. My husband just adores Ruby and actually joined DoA just so he could see her photo stories. LOL!

I think she would too. Again, I have to wait to order until I pay off my current layaway (or just get too impatient and do it anyway!) and I'm leaning toward the Little Bear fullset since I love that skirt!

Wow, how very frustrating to say the least. At this point, if it were me, I would set the little dolly aside in a safe place and scour the Marketplace for LF hands - they become available every so often usually in pairs - and obviously you need to be sure before purchasing that those you buy have the magnets in them. Good luck with whatever you decide.

 

I thought of that... perhaps I'll go start looking now. I can't believe how bad this turned out....

 

55 working days? I didn't realize we have been waiting that long. That is why I never count the actual waiting days.

I just hope that I still want my Shiwoo when I finally get him because Bisou is so cute! And it doesn't help that when I showed my husband Bisou he said that he was really cute. But my Shiwoo will be a little demon and I think Bisou is too cute for that.

Everyone's LittleFees are so cute, but I was just wondering if there were any punk LittleFees out there.

 

Aw, well, you tell Ruby that Adeline says hello, and that she can't wait till Ruby wants to come out and play. She even offered to share her toy kitty.

Thank you! She was worth the wait, and I just ordered Bisou and Rachel kindergarten full sets. I just have to be a bit more patient this time, and remember that they are always worth waiting for.

umm..I have seven right now so the new kids will make nine. I am a total addict, but I am really good about saving my $ to pay for my addiction. My house, car, and credit cards are paid off, so I have a bit of extra "play" money each month.

 

Thats cool!! Im hoping to get a job real soon - in which case I may be able to 'feed' my addiction a bit more!! LOL My hubby's really good and says he doesnt mind what I spend but I wouldnt like to take advantage of that. PLUS - The postman arrived and left three parcels and a rather boring looking lettter - I thought I'll open the letter first and save the goodies for after. The letter turned out to be from the Inland Revenue - telling me I had a great big fat Tax rebate - yippee!!!!

 

There's a photo in the FL news thread now (along with a photo of the pumpkinhead that doesn't interest me at all)

And I've made up my mind again, it WILL be the elfin Ante.

Puki pumpkin head = scary!

I'm going into a GO to get my two new LTF (an El WS and a NS Rachel boy - not allowed girls, Ianthe FORBIDs it.) so I can get one of the MNF parts... and the pic just made me happier to get them!

 

I think winking Ante head is cute, but didn´t like the pumpkin head much. Halloween really isn´t even part of my culture and it only looks creepy to me.

I got today to know I´ll get a big tax refund, feel so badly want to use a bit to buy a new doll... Maybe the Pukifee size so I´d have a size collection, or some of the new dolls... Must think about it now. I hope to resist the urge or at least buy something less expensive.

Thanks! And yes, it really does pay off. While I have no use for the pumpkin head gift (I will probably try to sell it ASAP), if I hadn't waited for the event I would have missed out on the elf ears and that would have made me really sad. Plus I really like the face up on the elf Ante.
