Claudia just did not know what to do in the snow and I'm too sick to try harder, so here is Claudia's first outing in the snow!

Bee had her operation yesterday!!! Apart from a little problem with her head hook, that I manage to solve everything went smoothly. She was feeling so great that she wanted to go out: today was finally sunny after so much rain. But I have a big cold so we just went to the terrace to make a quick shoot...Here is the best pic (it was really windy so her hair is a bit messy)

Alright! Finally went down to DDE yesterday and picked up my friends Piki, I believe it is? XD; Not sure on the face mold, but as soon as we got home she demanded I do a face up on him. When his wig and zipper comes in I'll finish his outfit and do his hair, then a full body pic!



I don't think she's decided on a name yet, but 'Taka' has been pending. xD

Thanks, Moni! Benji's coat is from a GI Joe type figure. I found it on ebay a couple years ago. The white kitty hat is actually one that came with a WeeDesigns(?) outfit from DDE.

Thank you!! She was wearing that wig in the last picture I posted of her. Before that, she had a big fluffy wine colored wig on.

It just looks different because one picture was taken in daytime with natural light and the other one was at night with my little lamp as a light source.

Coming out of lurk mode to show off Caitlyn's new eyes. Her green ones turned out to be better suited for another doll, and these eyes, which I had gotten for another doll, I tried on Caitlyn on a whim... and got smacked in the face by the perfect cuteness!

And now Agnes demands to be posted too even if I don't have any new photos of her to show (or well, it's kind of new, just a few days and I've only posted it in the blog so far, I guess that could count as new ) The light is a bit weird though she's WS not yellow IRL.



This is Agnes trying to look all sweet and innocent after I caught her trying to log in to my Paypal account.

I'd love to take some snow photos of Agnes on my balcony but it's been so cold lately that I fear for the safety of her resin. Anyone that knows what kind of temperatures that's safe?

I don't think I've said this before (due to my previous lack of computer) but Quite is just soo adorable and I find her name very fitting.

Agnes tells me that she really likes Alyss' clothes. It's the first clothes with flowers on that she's ever liked.

Does anyone know where I can get resin wings for her? DDE is all out.

Please forgive me if I make any mistakes posting here. I joined DOE when my daughter got her Angell Studio MSD in December 2008 and posted a little. Then forgot about BJDs till we went to the Anime Convention last August and I impulisvely bought her a Resin Soul SD elf. Then I impulsively bought myself Chiwoo (who I want to name Lelani, but my daughter thinks I should keep Chiwoo as her name) and now I'm already thinking about getting my doll a little fee boy to keep her company.

Does anyone know how often Fairyland does events in a given year? I want to get a Little Fee girl (Leah--or perhaps if I wait long enough they will do my favorite Zoe mold as a Little Fee) and my mom wants to get a mini fee so we were going to order together to get free shipping. I am still at the early stages of saving for mine, but hope to have enough by the time the next event rolls around so we can get free shipping and free stuff too.

 

I hope to have spam soon, my elf ante is here!!!!! My husband will be bringing her home hopefully. Just have so much going on that I probably won't be able to spam her until Sunday.

You can check the DoA marketplace for some Soom MDs that have been split. One store I know though that sell resin wings is Camellia Dynasty. They offer wings in different varieties - tiny, devil, angel and cloudy.

Fairyland does events around 3 times a year - new year, summer and autumn. Or whenever they release a new line. But then they always do that in time with a specific season.

Another place that you might try is through Sinyland. Ritamouse is the dealer here, and I've ordered one of the unicorn horns through them. Good price, and really cute stuff.

Bambicrony also sells wings that fit nicely on LittleFees.. However! Both polarities on the magnets in the wings are reversed for LittleFees. So, you'll have to pry the magnets out and switch them.

Today I found out that I have to come up with a new name for my new upcoming Rachel! I wanted to call her Eleanor (Ellie for short) but I found out Ellie is the name Bee calls Eliza and I don't want to have 2 Ellies I am thinking about Charlotte now, Lottie for short. What do you think?

Since I posted this morning my daughter figured out I've got the Limited Edition SD elf on order for her that for the last month she's wanted so very badly. She also decided she'd much rather have a Little Fee. It's the weight issue (we go to a convention with her dolls each year) and the fact that she & I've been looking at the pictures here this morning and she thinks they're all so adorable, too.

Yay new thread! So many cute pictures, I can hardly keep up!

I stayed up all last night sewing Robin a new dress. I just didn't want to leave it till it was done! I haven't sewn anything forever, and I suck at using sewing machines, so I did it by hand. It's a bit summery though, maybe I should have made her a jumper for all the cold weather and snow!

I had to photoshop the hell out of them though, serves me right for sleeping through the daylight!

Has anyone got any pictures of an Ante wearing 14mm eyes? The glass eyes Robin is wearing are 16mm, and I think they're too big. They always seem to be cross eyed.

napria-My daughter and I go to anime conventions also. Both of us enjoy adopting bjds, I agree with you about the weight issue, SDs can get very heavy after a while. LittleFees are just the right size. Does your daughter like to cosplay? Also it doesn't take long, especially on this thread to have enough posts to get access to MP.
