They look fantastic on your girl!

If it's a snug fit I'm guessing they won't fit the new F60 Moe girls though? The measurement charts show Moe girls as being 1cm shorter (and it looks like it's in the legs), and having 1.5cm wider hips and a .7cm thicker waistline.

I was wondering if I could get some input… I'm looking for a wig for my income girl and I really want a wig with bun but I've been finding them in the smaller sizes but not really for 8-9 wigs. Could anyone recommend a site? I've looked on formydoll but they have a really limited selection.

 

If it's just the colors of their bun-wigs you don't care for (rather than the style), they will actually change the color for you if you ask. You can get the directions from them for doing it by posting to their Q&A or 1:1 board; I've got several wigs from them right now that are in colors the styles don't normally come in, thanks to that.

 

Facets has a few bun styles in the 8/9 size. "Hilda" has a small bun with french curls, "Lottie" and "Lucky" both have two braided buns, and "Rococo" has a bun but it's more of a period style.

Wow. I can't wait to see them. I didn't order my Rin until the first re-stick so I doubt I'll be seeing mind until the end of the year.

Wow, that's incredible if it's true! I wonder if it's just basics without face-ups or what? I can't imagine that fullsets will be done before next month.

 

Grats to those getting dolls soon! I look forward to seeing pictures. Does fairyland really take that long? I have not ordered from them before and recently ordered a MNF. So I guess I can expect the order to be processing for quite some time.

 

Septunie - Who knows, maybe it's just the basic ones since they mention that it depends on the contents of the order. Did you order a fullset?
Zalem - Compared to 2011, yeah. I remember I ordered a Minifee (via DDE) in November 17, 2011 and she arrived on January 26, 2012. Now the wait seems reaaaally long. I guess we'll see by the end of the week, aha.

 

Yeah, fullset. So I totally still expect about a month's wait (at the very least) unless they had been preparing stuff simultaneously along with other orders. The board question did seem to imply blank moe orders, though the answer didn't directly say one way or another. I suppose we'll have to just wait and see. I ordered on the first day, but no change in status as of yet. I'm sure once status changes start, this will erupt!

 

Im hopeful its true! Back in July, Fairyland did address the fact that their wait times suck, and they said they were working on fixing things. http://dollfairyland.com/board/view.php?board_name=DREAMBOARD4&ID=271 Maybe they just finally got their act together.

I'm having the same issues, I'm afraid my girl will arrive and have nothing, not even a wig. Then again I'm debating on selling her if I don't like the size. So annoying...I hope she arrives soon and that I will be head over heels for her. I'm trying so hard to resist temptation and not purchase a Minifee as well...

 

The size is an issue with me too. I'm going to get her just one outfit before hand and then see whether I get on with her.

 

I'm actually a little worried about my F60 getting here too soon! I did a partial payment with DDE, down payment with full payment when she comes in...and I'm not ready to pay for that full payment yet! I'm actually kind of hoping that she doesn't come before the new year, but hopefully since I bought through DDE she won't be part of the first shipments, lol. Can't wait to see everyone else's, though!

 

I'm pretty sure DDE wouldn't mind holding onto her a little longer if need be. You shouldn't worry too much about the downpayment. I heard they're quite lenient about these kinds of things.

I was on FL's website and was surprised to see they still do not have the regular (non Moe) size F60's for sale yet. Does anyone have any idea what is happening with that?

I'm not ready for my Rin yet. I'm only halfway through my layaway. Hopefully I can pay it off early.

I haven't taken any photos of Yuki recently. So I will post my favorite one. He's just so pretty.

 

They do not currently have any plans to re-release the regular F60s. The only thing anyone knows is just that. Production stopped, may not ever come for sale again but they very well could too, at an unknown date.

 

I am certain they will begin production again at some point, it's not really a "possibly won't" situation, it's more of a "we don't know when" situation because of so many production slow downs. FL would really benefit from stopping sales altogether to get things back on track, but that's not really a reasonable request for a company. I would like to order from them in the near future unless I find something dazzling second hand, so here is to hoping it's sooner rather than later!

 

We hope it's a certainty, but we don't know. FL said themselves, it's an indefinite hiatus.

 

I wonder if anyone who ordered on the first day the Moe girls were available got any shipping notices. The order I placed on Fairyland still says "item processing" but it's from August 1st, so it will take a while.

Your boy is really lovely! I'd love to see more Mirwen boy's it's such a lovely sculpt for boys too.

On the topic of boys, I'm really curious about when we will see the new boy bodies. I'm really wanting to get a new El. I sold my Delf El years ago because of financial issues and I'd like to get him back now. I'm hoping they offer up the boys soon and also hoping they have El as an option. Suppose it will be Moe Boys....I like the idea of not having that lower waist joint, but I'm not too keen on the torso joint of the MNF moe boy body. I prefer how the chest joint is done on the active line MNF boys. So I'm kind of hoping the Moe F60 body will be a mix of the moe and active line looks.

zalem, El is currently in the sculpt list, so I'm sure whenever they reactivate the line, with or without a new boy body, he'll come back. (I'm sure hoping so, since I do want one for myself.) I'm personally hoping for them to add Shiwoo to the line whenever they reactivate it... I wouldn't mind a new boy body, too, at least to consider as an option, but the head sculpt is what I'm most crossing my fingers for.

 

Yeah, it's really the head I care about most. I want my El back. If it's with the old type body that's fine with me, as long as I can get him. I'm kind of surprised they haven't created a F60 version of Shiwoo yet. I mean they have him from the old Delf days so it wouldn't be hard to bring him back.

 

zalem, I'm really surprised by it, myself! I've even dropped an occasional Q&A comment in suggesting they do bring him back, since he always seemed to be such a popular sculpt back in the Delf days. I know I could always just hunt down a Delf head and hybrid one together, too, but I have this meta thing going on where I want a brand new Shiwoo and El (to go with my existing Delf versions), and it just won't be the same on the mental level for me if it's an old head on a new body.

 

I sent them a super long note annoying them about not creating new stuff until we finally get more of the old sculpts that were so popular back. I know they are saving it for later for sales renewal, but they haven't given us anything besides new designs for a while, which is nice, but Chiwoo, Shiwoo, Moon, those used to be doll community staples, I want them back!

Ahhh shipping notices are going out for people who ordered blank Celines!! How exciting! I order two dolls so I'm assuming mine will take a while longer :/

 

Can anyone tell me what type of head attachment the F60 Delfs use? I'm expecting an Elf Soony head, but I don't know if she needs the neck mechanism, or if she'd work on a Type 1 Delf body.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

If they're blank they might be coming soon whether it is two dolls or one. I ordered mine with a face-up so I guess there's a longer waiting line for me. I don't mind, it gives me time to figure out what I'm going to do with her.

 

Raven wolf I love your boy! I think because I have a MNF Mirwen girl the boys have never worked for me but your Feeple guy is perfect!

 

So far, it's been the neck-mech for the Feeple60's.

 

I'm pretty sure that all the F60s have the same neck mechanism as the Type 2 Delfs, so you'd need either a neck donut or Type 2 mech to put the head on a Type 1 body.

 

Like this is a bad thing? They'd look awesome together.

The F60s all have the neck mechanism, like everyone else has said - but if you're going to put her on a Type 1, use a donut... I've put a neck mechanism on a Type 1 before and the S-hook got stuck in the neck (Type 2s and F60s have a slightly larger neck - at least channel inside it! - to take the s-hook). That then meant that the neck mechanism wouldn't turn and my doll's head kept falling off...

So definitely use a donut!

I have a spare donut knocking around, so I'll keep that in mind -- just trying to figure out what body will work best for her, especially since I'm not sure how Fairyland's current NS is going to compare with the NS of any of the bodies in the house.

Super-excited, though -- I have a Soony and a Soony-S, and have always been sad that she wasn't one of the sculpts that got MiniFee'd or re-released by Fairyland, so I'm excited to see the Elf version!
