I'm new to Flickr so hopefully I can successfully show off my girl. I got a Rin back in May. I've since changed her eyes and wig, but I really like this picture. Her name is Cherish with Cherry for short.

I got a reply back from DDE about the Lucywen vampire head. They (DDE) said that event is over and Fairyland missed taking off their site. I'm still confused since it's in FL new event page and haven't heard back from FL about it. I guess I hold off on ordering until I get a confirmation and pictures of the the winter event head.

the vamp heads are so 2004, a lot like the ones I have for El and Lishe. just by ordering little Erda, I'll get his vamp head, blank sleep head, nanuri 60 head. it's crazy!

I asked DDE about Lucywen vampire head and they said they were going to email Fairyland doll. A few days later looks like DDE added vampire Lucywen head back to the full package and designer complete set, but they didn't reply to my email after than? Well, I hope she comes with the vamp head cause I just put my order in.

 

This is such a cool picture to see because I have a Mirwen and it gives me a total feel for Erda's size, and now he is tempting me!

Hi, I'm new to this Thread and collecting SD's. I'm currently waiting for my feeple60 Moe body to complete my first SD. (BlackCherry/Fairyland Hybrid)

I have notice the feeple60 Moe bodies have a very odd sized feet for an SD. I'm curious where do you buy shoes for your feeple? And would anyone be able to tell me the width of their feet? I can't find it anywhere online.

Can someone answer this for me? Why did Fairyland discontinue the active line for Feeple60s? Did that extra "joint" make them unstable or something?

 

@KaramiahS Congratulation on getting your first Feeple60 body!
The feet at their widest are actually just about 3cm which is a bit bigger than a lot of SD girl feet, but their length is about 6cm which is shorter. I don't have any one place where I get shoes, but I try to find pairs that list the inner measurements not just the outer. Ebay tends to be surprisingly good at listing both. You can usually get away with having them wear shoes that are a bit too small in the width if they are open, like Mary Janes or pumps. Most shoes that are within .1 -.3 cm bigger in width or length fit fine. You can also find a few shops that make shoes specifically for Moe feet on Etsy.

@juni-fee To my knowledge they've never explicitly stated why they aren't offering the original F60 bodies anymore. I remember quite a few years back they stopped offering F60-F65 and Chiclines (I think Realpuki/Pukipuki too?) regularly due to the wide variety of lines causing productions delays and ever since then all of those lines have either had irregular new releases, irregular basic ordering periods or have not been re-released at all.
In the F60's case I don't believe its due to any major flaw in the design of the bodies, though the extra shoulder-cup joint isn't present in any of their current bodies being produced, so perhaps they've considered that an unnecessary/outdated design which might explain why they've since chosen to just scale up their newest Minifee bodies (in terms of completely new sculpting, the Fairyline and A-line renewal bodies are just altered versions of the A-line girl body) of both sexes (Moe and Motion respectively) as the new F60s instead. I don't believe they've ever explicitly stated if/when they plan to renew it or re-release the old F60 bodies (along with the heads originally offered with it that are also still unavailable like Luka, Karsh, Miyu etc.). It's been like 5+(?) years since they have been offered so at this point it seems unlikely they ever will be again.

No it didnt make them unstable, i think they pose much more naturally than the moe line. I think Fairyland just prefers to keep moving forward and not think about past releases, and only keep around their most recent sculpts

Also for the shoes, the ones i have had the best luck with fitting the moe feet are standard msd shoes (not slim msd). I have several from dollmore that fit really well, but any msd shoes that are on the larger end of the spectrum should fit. ( on flat feet not sure on heels)

 

As far as far as shoes for the moe flat feet go, I've had luck with the 1/3 female shoes from acbjd.com. Most of their shoes list both the width and the length. I've got two pairs from there that fit.

I can only speak for these two pairs, but they both fit nicely. The boots are actually a little bit snug length wise, but go on fine with a bit of tugging. My Rin doesn't like to stand in the pink ones, but I think it's because of the small heel. They're both really cute and well made. The pink ones have actual buckles. I also bought a pair of 1/4 boy shoes to try since some people here recommended 1/4th shoes. They wouldn't go on at all. I also got a high heel pair that was a little too long hoping they would fit on the flat feet, and they didn't. I placed an order for more shoes last month so when they come in I can possibly recommend more shoes, but it looks like most of their 1/3 shoes should fit. They have sales periodically along with having free shipping if you buy over $100 so I'd recommend them. There are a lot of shoes under $20 during a sale.

I just ordered my second Feeple60, a Mirwen! I've got my Erda on the way (he's sadly stuck in customs ;_; ) and I wanted to get his counterpart. I'm so excited!

 

I tried searching this and didn't have any luck, so hopefully I'm not asking a question that's already been answered, but does anyone have any owner's pics of the 2017 carved Halloween head painted? I can't find one single pic anywhere of this head with a face up. I am buying one and would love to see it painted.

@IngieBee Oh, i'm so sorry...! It was a really difficult decision to commit to letting them go as I truly adored them so much, but as much as I love the SD size, having more than one or two feels so overwhelming for me right now.
Guppy will likely be my only F60 for the foreseeable future...unless of course Fairyland finally makes Risse into F60 size, i've wanted one for too long to ever pass her up if she does ever gets made

Have Fairyland stopped doing tan for Feeple60? I'm getting a tan head in and wanted to get her a body in the nearish future....

 

They only do tan during events. Supposedly they won't do tan during the humid season in Korea due to darker resin being finicky to work with. This past event (it might still be going on idk) they offered tan for minifees but not feeple60. They haven't done tan for any of their big dolls in a while. It's possible they'll do it again some time this year or it's possible they'll never do it again. It's hard to say with fairyland. It might be worth emailing them and asking. If a lot of people request it they might do it again. Also they don't sell bodies separately for the feeple60. You might want to see if any companies have close resin matches to fairyland tan.

 

Thanks. I saw Minifee and was thinking that they were keeping it a permanent option for Minifee. I've emailed them. I did a quick search of this thread and it sounds like they might do it once the new factory is set up and they release Feeple65?

I know they don't sell the bodies separately for Feeple60 (I really wish they would, I need a NS boy body for my Feeple Shushu as well!), I'd buy a doll and split parts or join an existing split in that case.

 

@Rinoa People would lose their minds if fairyland offered tan year round. It doesn't really make sense that they sell minifee bodies separately but not the feeple60 bodies. Idk what they want people to do with the feeple60 event heads. I don't think they sell the neck key piece for feeple60 separately like they do for minifee either so there aren't really any good options for what to do with feeple floating heads. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ It seems like a lot of fairyland's decisions don't make a lot of sense in general. I haven't heard about them moving their factory. It's possible that I'm just behind the times though.

 

If they ever sold Feeple60 bodies separately again, I'd end up needing to get at least two! Maybe I should email them too, but I would want the original Feeple60 bodies anyways, one in white skin.

I think once I clear up my credit card some more, I'll go hunting for original bodies for my floating heads.

@Ryuichi Sakuma 13 If you didn't mind the newer bodies you could always do a split here on DoA. I've done Fairyland splits here on DoA to get bodies before. My Mirwen boy is on the motion line body and even though it is I think a bit smaller than the old Fairyland F60 boy bodies it worked perfectly for the Mirwen head proportion wise.

 

That's my problem. I don't really care much for the newer bodies, and from what I can tell, they're the only ones that are put on the newer dolls. I much prefer the older "muffintop" Feeple60 bodies.

@Ryuichi Sakuma 13 If you were okay with the idea of blushing the head to match the body you could always get the Delf body from Luts. The Type 4 boy body is I believe basically the same as the old CP Delf boy body. You would need to figure out a way to keep the head on though. My Nanuri '08 uses the neck donut method and it works! The Mirwen head however was too small inside to use that method and need the neck mechanism. I tried to find him a different body before getting the motion line one for him but I struggled to figure out how to keep the head on since a donut didn't fit to hold the s-hook.

 

Just going to put this in here in case anyone is interested in hybrid bodies. I have some i use with feeple heads and type 2 cp delf heads and it fits perfect for both ( currently have a feeple shushu, vamp elf dr. chiwoo, and juri06 using them). It only comes in white but you cant see it when the head is on.

I was hoping some of you could help me with a question.
I much prefer SD16 size shoes for my current girl, but I'm confused if the SD16 heels would fit a Feeple60, considering the feet look short and a bit chubbier.

Has anyone tried SD16 heel shoes for their Feeple60 girls?

 

I think they’ll be too large. They fit an F65 who has much larger feet.

I've heard of people shoving tissue paper inside of shoes that are too large. But I don't really know exactly how much larger a F65's feet are compared to a F60, especially pertaining to the Moe body's unusual feet.

De-lurking because I was trying this last night and was bummed when it didn’t work out. Sometimes you can fudge it if the shoe’s a little loose, but it’s hard to get chubby Moe feet into really fitted SD16 shoes because SD16 heeled feet are longer and thinner. Granted, ymmv based on brand and I was using the flat feet.

Has anybody found that the heel feet are helpful? The old body didn’t need them to get into most heels (and neither do the old Delfs) so I didn’t bother picking up a pair but if it really helps heels fit I’d be all for it.

 

I got really lucky and managed to snag this gorgeous girl off the MP last week. Finally, I’ll be able to reshell my beautiful Evensong. Now I just need to get her a body.
