Exactly! Haha I don't need another one but it is so tempting just looking at her. She's too pretty!

 

I keep looking at her and Mari! I have no funds for either and my poor floating heads need bodies!!

 

I am also tempted to get another Seahorse Sia.. in clear pink.. Part of me wonders if I'd like that more.. Or if I'd like both and make them sisters.. GUH. I just want another for no real reason. lol.

 

Yeah, also thought about the second one... Would be so nice to have a second body which can be used for somebody else...

 

It's so quiet in here now! Is everyone still thinking about they're Sia's?

 

I am. I wish I could get a tan with patel mint talt. Or just a tan human. But I used all the money I can afford on dolls at the moment to get a WS full option with pastel pink tail. I kind of wish I could have gotten her without face-up though.

I'm still not sure about my color choices, too. I went NS with the pastel mint tail, but I also considered TS and WS, and if I'd known about it longer I might have considered the clear blue tail more... But if I'd picked any of those options, I'd probably still be second-guessing myself.

 

I got her in just human form and now I am wondering if I should have gotten her with a tail.... I don't need two sia heads I'm sure someone would buy her head... ugh. I just want the event to be over so I don't spend more money before Christmas!

 

I am thinking about her every day! And refreshing this thread a few times a day too lol. I am really excited to see her faceup-- and if it looks good on TS! I think my only regret regarding my order is that I didn't like the outfit! FL outfits are amazing and I would love to be able to order one with a doll but this one just wasn't my taste-- or what I have in mind for the style of my Sia's character. I really want my girl to have a cult party kei style! I haven't seen cult party kei look paired with darker skin much and I think it would look sooo cute!

 

I'm super excited for my Sia! I made my first clothing purchase for her yesterday,I have never started to buy things for a doll this early on in the wait before..but with her I just couldn't help it!

 

Getting a second one is the super tempting thing, I'm going to hang around though and wait. I really just want a second tail color.

 

The wait is so painful... I wonder if the fairyline orders will ship before Christmas? Either way I'm looking forward to seeing the new Calender! I too just made my first purchase of alternative clothing for my Sia, I'm so excited!

 

I think it got so quiet because the board went down for the migration pretty soon after the event started, and it's still being worked on in places. I think it killed the thread momentum.

BUT, can you imagine if the board had been completely down when the event started??? Nightmare!

 

I'm definitely still thinking about my Sia. She's NS with a pastel pink tail. I've got her wig and eyes figured out (I'm making her wig) and I'm working on gathering the materials I need to make her outfit.

 

I'm still thinking about my Sia too! Now that I've gotten my ideas for her sister's look down (she's the mother spirit of the forest, whereas I'm sticking with sea witch for Sia), I'm trying to decide if I'm going to attempt to blush her tail and arm fins myself, or send them out. Despite the fact that I do a lot of artsy stuff for my job and for fun, I've never tried anything on my dolls yet! Granted, my biggest priority is paying her off early by whatever means I can, since I've got her on a long layaway, so I'm not too worried about any painting decisions yet. I'm so excited to see what everybody else does with their girls! For those of you who are tempted, good luck resisting the urge for a second purchase!

 

Has anyone seen the photoshopped picture on Flickr of Sia without a face-up. They did a good job, but she looks so scary without a face-up to me

I ordered two human Sias (one in normal and tan ) and I keep wishing I had gotten atleast one of them a tail! I keep stalking DDEs website but I know there's no way I could afford a third layaway

YUSH. Aha. I got my two sias with default faceups and I was second guessing that ( I definetly don't need two with the same faceup... though one could argue that I don't need two at all..but too late for that xD ) but that picture makes me a little scared to see her blank anyway :F That picture really makes her "sea witch" side come out

 

I ordered my Sia blank and I still wonder which faceup artist I'm going to choose.
It's hard to book a slot since we don't know when they will be delivered !

 

If you could afford it I'm sure it wouldn't be difficult at all to sell the human Sia.

The bad thing about everything happening so fast is that there's not really time to do splits.

I don't think her blank face looks scary. I think she's very beautiful and that Fairyland's face-up reaslly don't do her justice.

^u^ Ohh its so exciting to see such movement in this thread again! And great to hear how people's plans for them have been progressing. o: Its so crazy to me that there are still some Sias available!!

TwT Since I essentially know exactly what I plan to do for mine but I just can't actually do/make anything until they are here, the wait is killing me more than usual haha~ I still have a few supplies left to get for some things I want to make and i'd like to find a new pair of eyes for them if I can, but other than that I'm all good to go!

 

Did anyone ever find out for sure if the default feet are the high heel feet or flat feet?

 

They come with both automatically
