Fairyland Chic Line clothing, shoe, and wig database - Useable vs. REALLY FITS

May 18, 2010

    1. Here is the link to Fairyland's measurement chart

There are “fashion doll” owners who are buying the Chic Line dolls and they already own stuff to try on these new beauties to share with us what is useable and what really fits them.

Since it is possible that not previously resin BJD owners will gravitate to these fantastic Chic Line dolls and come seeking information in this thread, I will make some statements that are redundant to us with resin doll experience.

      Cautionary notes concerning footwear:

Even if “X” brands of shoes/boots can be put on a Chic Line woman’s high heel foot, please be very careful when you test having the doll free stand while wearing the items. Just because the item can be put on the foot does not take into account all of the factors necessary to make them a correct fit and still allow a Chic Line woman to perform the poses depicted in Fairyland pictures.

My customary cautionary note about how “forced on” footwear is a major danger for damage/breakage to foot connection systems and ankle joints because of the force necessary to remove overly tight footwear is not as relevant for Chic Line dolls. Since their feet are attached with magnets, one might presume the worst thing that could happen is the foot/feet becoming stuck in too tight footwear and might incur damage to the footwear in extracting the foot/feet.

Also keep in mind that if you utilize any VERY SNUG FITTING footwear on your doll with no room for stockings or socks, you will increase the odds of the footwear staining your doll’s feet. The material itself and most especially the thread used in assembling the footwear should not be left in contact with your dolls extremities for very long. Most particularly in the "fashion doll" world, boots are known to be demons for staining.

Disclaimer: all replications of an item are bound to have variations within the same size for finished products. The item you possess and attest to fitting in a certain way maybe smaller/larger in some places than the “exact” same item in another person’s possession.

Regardless of the source, contributors who try an item on their Chic Line doll and post that it fits well need to substantiate their fit statement with clear photographs, front, back, and side that show the items actually on the dolls and to specify any modification enacted on the item to make it fit as seen in the photos.

Please be very specific with your adjectives to describe the fit, i.e. tight/loose, too long/short and in what location, easy/hard to get on/off, standing room only or can the doll sit in the item, in/out of scale, etc.

Since we all have different criteria for what is an acceptable fit for any item, we should take the pains to be supplying the most detailed information possible so others can make “educated” buying decisions.

Fairyland News and History: Good for finding out about Event items:
      http://dollfairyland.tistory.com/

    2. I'm gonna stick my neck out and say you're probably very safe getting Dollmore 16" fashion model doll clothes and shoes as well as undies (though I'm not so sure about those.... LOL ). They seem very much the same size :)

    3. I have a Resinsoul Mei and she fits into Tonner and Ellowyne clothes however she is small chested, so I would question if the larger chest Lishe will fit the same size and also you have to be careful with the hand and foot openings, I have some outfits she would look stunning in but I can't get her hand through the blinkin' sleeve, although she doesn't have an S hook to remove the hands, maybe the Chic Line's hands are easily removable? I love Lishe but want her with the smaller bust so am going to wait until that is an option

    4. The chic line have magnetic hands that easily come off for dressing, and I'm going to venture an easy on/off mechanism for their heads so you can pop their heads off for changing clothes too like the MNF. I think I'm going to buy a simple dollmore dress and boots (so cheap!) and a blank chic doll (not sure which yet) along with my MNF Rheia. She'll be a stand alone, but I suspect she'll really inspire me to make clothes and take pictures as I think they're stunning!

    5. Well I am not going to stick my neck out until I see pictures as proof, LOL

Within the measurements Dollmore has supplied for their dolls variation exists:

      Chest 18 – 21.5 cm
      Waist 11 -11.5 cm
      Hips 17 – 20.2 cm

Here is a link to a metric conversion site.

For my money I would not even be sure their clothes fit their own dolls in the same way.

My friend has a pair of the zippered boots from the same manufacturer as those in the Dollmore shoe link you provided. She says they have to be wiggled on and off her Tyler foot which is definitely what I term a ‘forced on and off” footwear item. I have no intensions of risking such a thing with my Chic Line female.

I am all for questioning, especially after I perused the following information.

Here is a link to a site with the “fashion doll” Tyler’s measurements.

I am not in a position to attest to the accuracy of those measurements with the exception of saying the doll height is right on. So Tyler at 16 inches is 3.64 cm/1.43 inches taller than the height Fairyland has given us for their Chic female.

There are sufficient other variations between what is in that chart for Tyler and what FL has given us as Chic Line measurements.

Here is a link to Dale Rae’s sewing hints in which you can view a measurement chart which has both the Minifee and the “fashion doll Ellowyne”.

      Link to FL measurement chart

    6. Well, you might be right. The feet of the chic line are .1cm larger than the dollmore site, but many of the clothes are stretchy, so I figured they'd fit ok. Maybe I'm wrong, but I figured they'd fit one of my dolls. If I can manage to get a chic girl doll, I'll be getting the black knit dress with boots and will report :) But it will be a while :D

    7. Oh if that were the case, it'd be just as easy to use any boots without feet, and shoes that show the feet wouldn't be hard to poke out I'd imagine :D

Oh, that'd be awesome, derilan85! I wish they'd have some "testing" dolls that they'd send out to interested people so they could report on this kind of stuff. I would volunteer to do the work, though it would be hard, picture taking and all. Hummm maybe I should write to Fairyland and suggest they send one each of their prototypes to me for testing, ROFL ;)

    8. I'm not really sure about this, especially if you want the doll to stand^^; Granted, my only dolls who ever experienced a foot-less shoe period are my SD and 21cm obitsu. The first is too heavy to stand without foot (even if shoed), and the other is too light to be bothered by such things xD; I'm gonna have to wager that these dolls won't be too happy to stand footless xD;

    9. Amen!

I certainly will not be subjecting even my Chic's FL make up let alone a customized face up to the needless risk of toppling face first for the sake of a photo in footwear I know does not fit correctly.

    10. Well, we can't know anything for a while, but I suspect for just that reason, those feet are hooked on :D Feet aren't very.... expressive, so they don't require that fast a switch like hands, and hooked feet aren't that hard to switch out and usually would stay switched as long as the doll is wearing the outfit at least, so ... yah, I suspect highly, hooked feet anyway :D

    11. I honestly haven't had the hands come off my LTF without some actual effort in holding the wrist-joint still, so I think it'd probably be fine. Especially if the boot goes up over the ankle, limiting the foot movement a little.

I'm not guessing that they'll be mag-on twists, I honestly just tossed it out there just to be contrary XD;; But I won't rule out the possibility. We'll know mid-June, ne?

    12. PukiPuki have a little lock in their feet, too, but the locks are placed near the front of their ankle, meaning slipping off tight shoes takes the foot with it.

I would hope it would be the same as the LTF Feet just so that wouldn't happen!

    13. Like I said in the discussion thread: As I'm coming from dolls around this size, I've got a lot of Barbie and Ken clothes. I'm pretty sure Barbie won't fit, but I'll try some of the bigger Ken clothes and let y'all know with the pics and stuff. ^_^

    14. Fairyland measurements for the head circumference is 12cm. I'm getting a Parabox 4.5 inch wig to test this out since the Parabox site says 10.5cm and 12cm circumference heads will fit them. I'll let everyone know how it goes!

    15. I started a chart of doll measurements for similar sized dolls if anyone is interested.

Well, I've taken a rather big chance on stuff, and might as well state here what I bought for my large bust Ino. I got her stuff from Dollmore; stuff that's made for their 16" Fashion Model Doll. I got her the Manizer Girl Set It's arrived and it's so beautiful! I really hope it will fit! I also have the High neck one piece dress and the Nobody One-Piece dress. And the Stiletto Heeled Boots.

I also have Kingstate pumps and pull on boots, much like those I got from DM, and a pair of sandles which I will try on when she gets here (It'll be a while unfortunately).

    16. Pandy just pointed out in the discussion thread that Leeke has fashion doll size shoes. And I'm telling ya, they're stunning! They're killer stunning, and I'm so in trouble now :doh I was thinking that section was for yo size dolls, and I never would have looked if Pandy haddn't said something. I figured I'd spread the desire virus here so I won't be alone, LOL

    17. If you look at those shoes, there is no way those high heeled sexy shoes were made for Yo size dolls?? Maybe some are, but a lot of them are very adult. I can't imagine these being worn by a Yo type doll

    18. Also, if you go by the measurements, 4.4cm on the shoe fits the idea that it might work on a C-line, but honestly we won't know until someone takes a dive and tests the waters. They could very well be too wide or a skoshe too long, we don't know.

It looks like C-Line feet might equal the length of many Yo-size dolls.

    19. From my years of experience with Leekeworld boots/shoes, adult styling or not, I believe that Leekeworld has made their boots/shoes in the “D” size category to fit their own “D” size of dolls and Volks YO dolls as they have stated. To what degree any styles of boots/shoes really fit the feet of the stated dolls is open to question without actual proof photos of each style of item on the specified doll’s feet.

FYI: Leekeworld boots/shoes are fitted to flat feet for the SD doll size range. There are numerous Leekeworld SD size range of boots/shoes, with high heels that fit the feet to one degree or another for several brands of SD size of dolls, look great on in scale; however, the doll’s ankle will not flex enough to allow for the tilt angle of the high heels and therefore the doll is canted forward so much so as to not be able to balance for “free standing” in the footwear. I know this for an absolute fact because I own many SD size of Leekeworld boots/shoes and own several brands of SD size dolls for which this is the case in reality.

I do not own Leekeworld “D” or Volks YO size of dolls. I do own FL LTF dolls and Volks YO/Dollheart YO size of boots/shoes and they “fit” the LTF primarily because of the LTF ankle width (5.0 cm) and even with socks are some too long on their feet in reality. The Chic Line ankle width is 4.3cm, which is between 1/4 and 3/8 inches narrower: that alone would lead me to think YO fitting stuffs will swim on their slender looks. I will demonstrate the fit of my YO size stuffs on the Chic Line flat feet as soon as my girl arrives.

For footwear items, my fit criteria is based on the doll mentioned actually being able to “free stand” in the specified footwear item and the item being constructed in a way to facilitate staying on the doll’s foot. Even if those first two criteria are met, regardless of the purchase price, I still do not want an item that is out of scale in looks when being worn by the doll.

I think your mentioning of the width and length are critical in this smaller scale of feet on these more petite Chic Line females. A single or couple of cms does not seem much on a ruler but it sure can be way out of wack for looks in reality. I have spent a tidy fortune learning just how off it can actually be in looks for several sizes of dolls.

Once I see my Chic female, the fit of her full package footwear selection, and her naked flat feet, I will be able to decide whether I am willing to ginea pig it to drop the bucks for trying Leekeworld anything YO size range.

It really will not be much longer before dolls are in peoples hands and we can end the speculation and have some positive proof.

    20. I have done a bit of testing on what fits my Ino.

Ellowyne Wilde coat: length is perfect. Too loose around the waist and a bit too massive.
Ellowyne Wilde lace top: perfect fit.

Trousers by Brennil: Too loose, a centimetre or so too long.
Bra for a Narae (?): Fits very well.

I'm in the middle of reorganizing my dolly stuff, so I could only find one Ellowyne shoe. Shape and size seem to match very well with the Fairyland boots. Fit is good as well. But I have no idea whether she could stand in these.

    21. I have done some test with the littlefee shoes I own on my Soo.Most fit nicely but, it can give big foots.

      Fairyland Ribbon Shoes
The doll can stand on it own, but the foots are loose in the shoes, so it can easily fall.It better to wear it with sock.

      Fairyland Macaron pink Slipper
It perfectly fit and the doll can stand on it own.It similar as if the doll had no shoes

      Fairyland Basic Boots
It perfectly fit and the doll stand on it own.The doll stand more safely with this boot than the other shoes i tried.Probably the best one.:)

      Dollzone Sneaker
Perfecty fit, the doll can stand on it's own, when her feets are not close to each others, otherwise the doll fall...:sweat

In the shoes I tried, the Basic Boots are the best one.If you want to wear LFT shoes i recommend them. The others can all stand but not without risk.:sweat

    22. Oooh nice :D Can anyone maybe try some 8mm eyes in their dolls one day? Mostly for El. I'd like to see just how terrible it'd be *_*

    23. It's funny, but 8mm eyes and 6mm eyes are a huge difference because they're so darn small. Not like 12 vs 14. Proportionately the difference is quite noticeable :(

    24. IngieBee - you are so right about the huge difference in 8mm and 6mm eyes.

fossilangel is not the only one who is royally ticked off about FL’s not protecting the face of their Chic Line doll with a face guard. The bubble wrapping dislodged my Dark Soo’s eyelashes and I had no choice but to remove her eyes and redo her eyelashes.

I am quite competent at appling eyelashes; however, let me tell you this small of an eyelash for this small of an eye opening was a challenge deluxe.

Since I happened to have an 8mm pair of the Glib eyes in the same color as my Soo’s 6mm eyes, I took a picture of the two sizes together. Lighting is not perfect but you can at least see the difference.

hyschara - 8mm Glib eyes will not fit in the eye wells of my Dark Soo. It would take quite a bit of reaming out of the eye wells to accommodate 8mm size of eyes.

    25. I always find it to be the very devil to get the lighting just right to show the detail in black clothing and also have the detail of the face be perfect. I gave up and settled for the clothing detail so it would be clear which top and which skirt these pieces are from the separates line for the Ellowyne doll.

I am not positive but I think this is the same Ellowyne lace top that Dreamyraven mentioned as fitting her large bust Ino. It is a loose but quite acceptable fit for the small busted Soo. The skirt is a tad shorter on Chic Line than it is on Ello; however, I would make this length for this style of skirt, not to totally cover the footwear, for my Chic Line girl anyway.

Two more pictures of LTF sleeping Ante playing grown up on the Chic Line body and wearing the Ellowyne “Multiple Tears” complete outfit.

      [IMG][IMG]

Dreamyraven posted a comparison picture of her Ino boot and an Ello short boot that had a similar heel height. The boots from this Ello "Multiple Tears" outfit have taller boot shafts with the same heel height as Soo's FL boots. They fit the Chic Line feet and body with cutie legs and the body can "free stand" in them; however, I certainly would not leave the doll unattended standing in these boots. I am told that heel heights vary with the Ello footwear so one should not jump to the conclusion that ALL Ello footwear will work for these dolls.

At the moment I cannot recall the name of this Clea Bella outfit blond bomb shell Soo is wearing here; it was always a favorite of mine because the pants did not fit skin tight and my “fashion dolls” could sit in them. The Chic Line body is definitely broad in the hips so pants from other doll lines might not fit as well as these pants do. Also note that the top is made from strech velvet and that thickness of fabric combined with the cross over front style does fill out her bust more and since the top is actually a body suit it is also filling out her hips more in width.

Soo is also wearing the shoes from that outfit. The Chic Line arched foot is a tad wider than the feet on most “fashion dolls” so it is not likely that all “fashion doll” shoes/boots are going to fit Chic Line.

This fur wig is a size 5-6 and definitely too large but it worked as a test of looks for frontal pictures only.

I have been out of the “fashion doll” scene for so long all of my stuffs for them are buried in my doll room. This outfit was handy as I recently bought it for an upcoming gift giving. The hat is too big and the collar is way out of scale for the neck and shoulder area of this Chic Line body but it does give testimony that some Tyler clothing will be able to be used for this body.

The Lady Soo is wearing the complete outfit including the shoes from a Tonner Monica Merrill “It Girl”

    26. IngieBee I am not sure about which shoes you are asking if they came with Soo.

Dark Soo full package came with the red boots we have already seen in owner pictures.

The black cuffed with partial front laces and zippers in the back boots pictured with the Ello "Multiple Tears" outfit being worn by Ante as a Chic teen are the boots that are part of that complete outfit.

The white with navy trim sling backs worn in the suited Soo picture are the shoes that comprise the complete Monica Merrill outfit and just happen to be wide enough and soft enough to mold to Soo's foot with a heel height that allows her to "free stand." This is a recent Tonner Tyler size outfit.

I have been told that Tyler shoes have changed in their shaping some in the last years. Sandals with the one piece base that were like the ones from the Ready to Wear Tyler dolls do not match the Chic Line arch shape and are too long at the back heel so look way off.

I have only begun to analyse the boot/shoe issue. A lot will depend on the arch shape and the heel height and especially the slant of the shaft for boots.

    27. I can say that Monique 4-5 wigs fit well - or the one I got does, anyway, this is the "Marianne" wig:

It's found on the Monique site in the general wig section, not the BJD part - worth exploring! It comes in many colors too. I kind of want to get it in red as well...

    28. I agree with you about the fit of Monique wigs in 4-5 size as fitting the Chic Line.

And, I think red hair would be awesome on your girl too.

    29. To begin my report on YOish size of shoes that are USEABLE for the Chic Line flat feet, I will give you a comparison shot of the ankle and foot from LTF and Chic Line. You will note that the Chic foot is longer, narrower, less thick, and Chic also has a much more slender ankle.

My model for the next pictures is a LTF Ante sleepy face plate on the L connector head back on Dark Soo’s small bust body. The underwear being worn is from a Tonner Ready to Wear doll from the past. The top is some too wide in the shoulders and the panties are over wide in the crotch. This over wide in the crotch is another indicator that pants from the Tonner line might not fit as smoothly in the crotch area as one would desire.

Next is the fit of a pair of Volks brand YOsd shoes with a sock made to fit LTF and gaps at the ankle, and then again barefoot so you can see that YOsd are definitely wide for Chic Line flat feet.

Next is a pair of Dollheart YOsd shoes and the same is true for the fit of these shoes as is the Volks YOsd selection.

Next is one Dollheart Yosd boot and a FL LTF boot. I prefer the more compact and less bulky look of the Dollheart boots for my LTF over the FL boots.

Next is an inexpensive oxford sold by the ebay seller 2debsadorables from her 10” Ann Estelle section, which many people use for their LTF dolls. They also are some wide but the length is good.

Here is a loafer style tennis shoe also sold by the ebay seller 2debsadorables from her 10” Ann Estelle section and again used often by people for their LTF dolls. Wide again but good for length.

    30. passionasfashion : Thanks for the comparison shots on those shoes. They are very helpful.

morganatron : LOVE that wig on your Lishe. She is hot :drool

    31. I agree Has one tryed teen trend shoes/clothes?

    32. I'm so jealous of everyone that got their dolls already!! Mine just shipped two days ago and I can't wait to get her...>_< But I'm definitely enjoying all the photos and info everyone's posting! <3

      Any idea what size wigs will fit these dolls? JpopDolls is having a sale on 6/7s but I have a feeling those might be too large... Someone posted that a Monique 4/5 fit well, do Moniques run small/large in comparison to other brands or are they pretty standard? I always have issues getting wigs for my dolls, I never know what size to buy...^^;;

    33. I am waiting for the Basic Lishe (sans wig) to arrive.

Does anyone know of a similar dark brown, long wig that would be close to her default wig?

I just love her in that wig so much !!!

    34. I'm glad the Yo-SD size shoes don't really look good on this new line of dolls, I'll stick to what I have here for now since I have tons of Tyler dolls with shoes and outfits to try on mine when she gets here. I hope Fairyland will have that brown wig for sale soon. I want that wig too for my Lishe.

    35. It had been put forth that YOsd footwear was going to work for the Chic Line flat feet so I did my usual have to know tests.

Thanks aznbutterfly for telling me the information I posted was helpful.

Size 6-7 would cover her whole head and be a hood, LOL; 5-6 are way too big; 4-5 are the best fit that I know of presently for the Chic Line.

Monique are about as standard as standard gets. It has been my experience that there are always some variations in the sizing for different styles of wigs within any one manufacturer’s line up.

And the wig styles marketed by Monique that are made with synthetic mohair fiber are the best for drape and natural looks, IMO.

morganatron is absolutely correct about the fit of size 4-5 Monique “Marianne” style wig. I have it in the brown/black color. I also have other styles of Monique wigs in size 4-5 and they fit nicely too.

FYI, doll sellers, nine times out of ten, finesse the wigs in one way or another that are shown photographed on their dressed dolls.

From the owner pictures we have already seen of Ino and Rou, their wigs out of the package are not identical to the looks of the wigs on the dolls shown in FL pictures. The bangs on my Soo’s wig are not nearly as perfectly cut either.

The odds are, if you had bought the full set of Lishe, her wig out of the package could well not look as nifty as the look you LOVE on her so much anyway. The head band in the full set outfit is “taming’ her wig and you can get a better idea of what it might look like out of the package in the underwear outfit pictures.

Some people have proposed the Dollmore size 4-5 wigs as an alternative. Dollmore fashion doll heads are slightly larger than Chic Line and even in Dollmore’s pictures their wigs look some bulky on their own dolls. I do not feel I would be happy with the look of Dollmore 4-5 wigs on my Chic.

    36. Homan, I've got a bit of input for stuff my dolly can wear.
I got two Fwigs from DDE, one in 5G and one 4-5, both are too small to work with my Lishe's head.
I had a pair of Yo-SD panties I got from MoC that look nice on her, and also a pair of Guppykisses leather-look leggings and a pair of leggings from another Etsy dealer my sister bought me that work out really nicely. One of my Guppykisses tops, though pretty loose, looked pretty cute too.
I tried on my LTF fox parts on her too, the feet didn't work at all, but the hands, though loose, stayed put while I was wondering around with her. :aheartbea

    37. Since the Chic Line was released, the burning question has been if Chic Line can wear the Tonner Tyler footwear and/or other brands of 16” fashion doll footwear.

The answer is Yes and No.

A lot of the fit issue depends on how tight the shoes fit on the doll they were made for to begin with, on whether they are assembled on a shoe base or more modern style made like human shoes, on whether the shoe uppers are made with “soft” or “stiff” materials, and if the item was made to fit with or without hosiery.

The more modern ones (shoes and boots) made for the Tonner Tyler line of dolls that I have here to try on Chic are an acceptable fit and Chic can “free stand” in the items with varying degrees of stability depending on the thickness of the heel portion of the item.

The following comparison shots of a Tonner Tyler foot and a Chic Line high heel foot should clarify the whys of how specific items could or could not fit Chic Line.

This particular pair of sole base shoes from a Tonner basic doll’s lingerie set happens to work. Even on Tyler not all shoes made on this style of shoe base fit Tyler in the same way. It depends on the style of the uppers of the shoe as to what will work for the Chic Line females.

Soo Jin is wearing the camisole from a Tonner basic doll lingerie set. The fit of Tonner lingerie items on Chic Line small bust body is very loose in the shoulders and bust. The back closer was pulled tighter and pinned for this photo session. Could be such items will fit differently on the Chic Line large bust females.

In the discussion thread, it was asked whether the Dollmore fashion doll shoes would fit the Chic. I replied there and the following are photos as proof of my statements.

Caution: Please folks do not force your Chic Line feet into shoes when they will not slip on naturally, most especially if the shoe/boot uppers are made of stiff material. You certainly do not want to break off any lovely toes just because someone says a shoe/boot fits the Chic Line. Remember there are variations in every replicated item. The pair they have could fit but the pair you have might not fit.

    38. Thanks Passionasfashion! Say, do you happen to know how Ellowyne Wilde feet compared to Tonner? I bought some EW shoes hoping they would fit... so I'm wondering if there is a difference between the two feet (EW and TW)

    39. Here is my Lishe in Dollmore FMD clothing. Looks great... but she can't sit down! The shorts are a wee bit too tight so she won't bend at the waist

    40. Looks awesome! I got the other outfit with the skirt... Hope it fits here then! It's a tight look... :doh LOL. I can always put it on my TW, I guess??

    41. I think something with a skirt might work better though it may ride up a fair bit when she sits down:wiggle
The shorts need to be hiked right up to her hip joint to get her to sit. I'll upload a pic a bit later today of that.

    42. Here are some observations for boys:

I do NOT have that many things. In fact, most I have are clothes I bought for my MNF boys, so that's all I have that I can try.

Slacks and such from Dollmore for 1/4 size won't fit. They're far too big around the waist for our slim Chic-Line boys. Heck, they're even big around the waist for MNF D:

In other news, I have a pair of boys' relaxed jeans from HDS that, while they are slightly, slightly large around the waist, it isn't really noticeable at all. Note though that the legs are too long, so if you don't like bunched up bottoms...

I think they make for a decent pair of slightly baggy jeans for him.

Also I put on a FairyLand MNF black and white striped tank top on my boy and while it is large and a bit long, it's passable.

    43. elsii, she looks so sweet! I'm in love!
Wondering, wherther iplh JID_girl jeans fit her? Or may be dress or cardigan...

Decoy Embra, mmm, your boy have very tasty body and arms :)

    44. Thanks Kaori!I'm not sure what is going on with her arm in the back there though :S Maybe when it is not so cold out I will get some better shots.
I would think JID clothing would be too big for these girls. I'm sure shuga-shug will be able to tell us. My JID girl is but a twinkle in my eye thus far. Soon... *sigh* Lishe stole my Iple funds!

    45. JID girls are very large compared to MNF, which are larger than chic, so there really is no way JID clothing would fit :(

    46. People are having trouble keeping FL default wigs on their dolls, especially Rou’s wig.

Put a piece of double sided sticky scotch tape on the head back and their wigs will stay on.

Take the tape off at the end of a play session.

    47. Oh good idea! Thanks passionasfashion.. I thought it was only me cos Lishe's wig is super long and is already falling off everytime I move her much to my annoyance. You would think I would have learned some patience in this hobby but noooooo.

    48. :) yeh! she could :)

Oh, it's a pity about JID clothing :(

    49. Gorgeous!
Thank you for that elsii, I was wondering if Dollmore stuff would fit :)

    50. When I get my Lishe I'll let everyone know about JID clothing. I'm thinking that maybe even some of the Nine9Style stuff could possibly fit, especially the stretchy stuff. I also have tons of fashion doll wigs & clothing that I can report on too. Now if only I would get that email from Denver Doll saying she's been shipped out!

And Lishe stole my Iple boy funds!

    51. I have no doubt I'm gonna end up choosing a favorite wig and glue it down! LOL, but with three wigs on hand for my doll, maybe I can't.... Ugh, I hate it when wigs move!

Funny, elsii, Lishe stole your Iple funds, but Benny (JID) has stollen my Rou funds! LOL. Oh well, such is life...

I forgot you're here Shuga! Now I know who to turn to for C-line clothes, LOL. That is, when I have funds again... :doh Oh man, we need to repaire those Iple Boy funds! We so need Iple boy clothes, you need that boy!!!

    52. I didn't even think about nine9style stuff fitting but that would be awesome if they do. :)

    53. I know, I know.... Lishe stole those funds, but I'm starting to save up again...

    54. Hi! You can put the link selling shoes? Thanks ^^

    55. Okay, I've been doing some more testing with Ellowyne Wilde clothes.

Skirt: A tad loose but works well enough.
Blouse: Too loose around the waist and the collar is a bit too massive.
Shoes: Just perfect. She stands so much better in these than in her default boots.

The already twice mentioned lace shirt: Good fit.

Blouse made for flat chested Unoas: A very good fit.
Ellowyne skirt: Looks too massive, but the fit is good.

    56. Good to hear about those shoes! I just bought a batch of shoes for EW off ebay, LOL. Fingers crossed they'll work! Love all those clothes on her! That last blouse looks so sweet, nice country western look to it!

I'm still curious to know, do the feet pop off everytime you have to take shoes off? I don't recall anyone answering that one? LOL :D Thanks :D

    57. I have been ordering up a storm for Lishe, Im really hoping that the Ellowyn stuff really fits, I love her style. The boys will be harder to fit for me, Im just to new to know all the places but with all the help Im getting here Im hopeful.

    58. Me too, the Ellowyn stuff is fun :)

    59. Sorry :doh ...where it is possible to buy?

    60. Mostly, I've seen Ellowyne Wilde clothing on Ebay. Somebody recently posted or else I found this place through Google, very cool stuff, but expensive!
