Aesthetics Faceup critique? (Iplehouse and Peakswoods)

    1. Hello guys.. Lately I've been into doing my own faceup to my Iple Tedros and Peakswoods free gift Shaia. I'm asking for suggestion as to improve for better faceup result..

      Anddd.. I want to ask how to make female eyebrows shape for serious character? (she'll assistant in forensics dept. working with corpses but I want her to stay beautiful and young)

      Seems I always made rough hairline for eyebrows and looks not very good for girl. This girl is my third attempt and I frustated with eyebrows :(

    2. I would say if you want her to look young and serious, thick long eyebrows are the way to go. Thick eyebrows will ALWAYS make somebody look younger, with slightly out of place hairs to show no plucking (kids don't really pluck their eyebrows!) I think for the guy, you need more individual moustache hairs, and a different variety of colours for both the moustache hair and beard (eg, not just one tone of brown, lots of tones) I also think there aren't enough different colour lines on the eyebrows. The eyelashes also seem a bit odd with their sizing, some are big and some small. For the girly, I think the eye crease lines are a bit too thick and dark (unless you want them to appear like that). The eye line also seems a bit uneven towards the side.

      I might have just been a bit picky here and I hope I didn't sound harsh, but here you go!

    3. Thankyou dear Uctie. Yes I think I need more color to the beard & eyebrows.. It's kinda hard painting lower lashes without looking grainy or very feminine for the guy. :( :(
      Which eyeline is uneven in the girly? Upper/lower? Towards the end or towards the tearduct?

      I might wipe and redo lines once again... Fourth attempt to go :D

    4. No problem! And yeah, it is :( I think with a really really tiny brush or VERY sharp pencil small, thin lines would work for him, with his lower lashes! Also with the girl upper, towards the end (opposite of tear ducts)
      i can circle if it's still not clear xD
